How to find the element id in an embedded form?

I have made signup form through klaviyo editor , any my form is  working fine . I want to set value in signup form through javascript, but when i inspect element  on input fields, i am unable to find  unique id, class or property for these input fields .  Is there any way in klaviyo to assign each input field a unique identifier ? Thanks.

e-mail confirmation custom

Hi, Whenever I click on ‘’Support’’ on my Klaviyo account, it simply doesn’t work. I have tried many times, it won’t open any page. I hope someone can help me here with few issues. How can I customize the confirm your subscription e-mail? When the customer receives the e-mail titled ‘’Confirm your subscription’’. I would like to make it look better, like adding my logo, changing the colour of the button.  I created the sign up form but I’d also like to collect the names (not just their e-mails) to be to customize my e-mails. I don’ see where I can add that?  If a customer instantly closes the sign up form the first time, can I make sure that after 2-3 minutes it pops up again? (just 1 reminder)  I’m based in Montreal, Canada and there is an anti-spam law (like many countries). My store will be serving Canada and USA. A lawyer said I need to keep all the consents (SMS and e-mail marketing). How does that work with Klaviyo? Also, is it completely legal to get customer’s phone numbers?

Using javascript to pass UTMs from an inbound URL into Klaviyo via their API

Hello,We are using embedded Klaviyo forms on our marketing landing pages built with Zipify in Shopify.  I want to pass UTMs from the inbound URL via hidden fields in a Klaviyo embedded form to Klaviyo.  The reason for doing this is for marketing source attribution for a Profile.  However, Klaviyo support tells me that this is not supported.  They say the best way to accomplish this is to use javascript to get the UTMs parameters and push them into Klaviyo via their API.I have a script that gets the UTMs (Source, Campaign, Medium, Content, Term) and then pushes those to Klaviyo. I need to activate this upon Button Submit for the Klaviyo Embedded Form.  Can anyone tell me how best to trigger the script upon Button Submit?Thanks!Roy

Removing Popup Button From Website

We have a popup signup form on our website and a button has appeared on the homepage which links to this form. We would like this removed however there does not seem to be a setting to remove this?Does anyone know how this can be removed? Image showing popup form button to be removed.

"Already Subscribed" message

If someone subscribed to my site for the 20% discount on their first order, does klaviyo recognized this same email address and prevent this person from subscribing again to get another 20% discount coupon in their email?  I have been on sites that use Aweber that says that I’m already subscribed.  Does Klaviyo also generates similar message when someone is already subscribed that has already received my signup discount code?

Adding form values to redirect URL

I am trying to use the Go To URL action for after my signup form has been submitted. I can get this working with a fixed URL, but I want to add a parameter to the URL based on the user input in the form, eg:https://example.com/process?email={{ person.email }}I’ve tried using the syntax from a flow for this, but it doesn’t get substituted. Is there a way to use values that the user has submitted in the destination URL?ThanksDavid

How Do I Removing the background Color of an Embedded form?

Hello all,First question, so be gentle :-) I have made the mistake of buying the Pro version of SeedPROD which doesn’t integrate with Klaviyo. Grrrr. Hence, I have created an embedded form. I want to remove the white background for a form. See form below:  It should be a simple task of clicking no background in the section below but nothing is actually easy with WSWYG editors. How do I remove the background? In addition, what is the easiest way to move the ‘Subscribe’ button to the next line?Lastly, in 2021, forms should be responsive. Having to create an embedded form for desktop and a separate one for mobile is quite backwards.Gillian

Sign up form - consent via a tickbox?

Here’s the scenario: We want to create a competition sign up form to put on a web-page. This form will submit the email address, add hidden tags and collect email consent. We want to give the person the option to opt in for marketing emails, like a tick box. We have tested this, and it seems that regardless of if you tick the box or not, clicking the submit button (which creates the event “subscribed to list”) automatically adds consent to a profile when they submit the form.The only other way I can think to do this - is to create a separate competition list that they get added to, where by ticking the box it adds a hidden value (e.g. consent = yes). We can then use that value to manually add people to the main newsletter list, thus leaving anyone else who doesn’t want marketing emails out. However, given that there is a competition virtually every month - this then becomes a very manual process of segmenting and adding people from one list to another.Ideally I want to avoid as much ma

Klaviyo sign up page for mobile

Hi All,  I’ve created a sign up form and have embedded the code onto my shopify website. The desktop version of the form appears fine however the mobile version needs to be reformatted. I suspect that I will need 2 version of the sign up form (1) for desktop (2) for mobile. How do you add the code to your shopify password liquid content so the right version will show for desktop and mobile?  Thanks.

No email received after entering email in signup form

I have set up a signup form that offers a 10% discount.  I tested it and was expecting that the customer would receive an email in addition to the code showing in the pop up box.  However, in my test I didn’t get an email.  Is that how it is supposed to work (i.e. just the coupon code on the screen and no follow up email)? Thanks

Signup Form - Hosted On Klaviyo?

Hi there! Is it possible to have a signup form hosted on Klaviyo the same way the list subscribe pages are (the ones with the url: https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribe?a=)? The only other option I see is creating a new list specifically for the signup form I want hosted but since this signup form is directing to my main list, I feel like I would like to avoid this if possible. Thank you for your time!

Sign up form (popup) not showing up on shopify store

Hello!I have successfully made my first sign up form campaign for my shopify store. The code snippet is installed correctly onto my website and shopify is connected through klaviyo.Unfortunately the code snipped gives me this error “Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site. Please view the installation documentation.”I have tried everything in the installation as well as the troubleshooting document. But everything is correctly installed. The popup simply does not show up on my site (even in private browser).Any ideas guys? (Below I attached my edit code portion of shopify, where my snippet is visible). Thanks

Inquiry Form on Product Page

For specific products in Shopify, I’d like to not show any pricing and/or availability information and only show a button “INQUIRE”.  This should then get a customer to see a pop-up form, add his/her information and then be put on a specific list. I tried playing with the Back In Stock flow, but that requires inventory level < 1, which isn’t the case (I see can be changed slightly but might be a little bit too technical.) Is the best way to:Create pop-up form “INQUIRY” paste form info in Shopify product template specific for this type of product (change necessary section/template) create form to only be shown on URL containing “#inquiry” and have the button re-direct when pressed to [product url page the customer is viewing]#inquiryIs this the best way to do it or is there an easier way that might work better?  Thanks!

Responsive Input fields & Buttons

I’m struggling with styling my embedded form a bit. I’m looking to achieve a responsive email input field and submit button combination like so: On desktop: On mobile: It seems that out of the box all form templates are static. So if the template has the email input field and button laid out on one row, they’ll stay on one row disregarding the width of the screen (which results in the e-mail address and/or the placeholder text not fitting the input field on smaller screens). Can I achieve the desired effect with the form editor somehow or will this require manual styling?

How to change width of input fields?

Hi, new to Klaviyo but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for.My text input fields in my embedded signup form are full width. I would like to shorten the width of these input fields.For example, “first name”, “last name” input fields do not need to be full width, and stacked.Additional question - Can first and last name be in two columns? I can’t find anything to assist with column in the designing stage within Klaviyo.The submit button is also full width within the embedded form, can I constrain that to the button text? Website Info:I’m using Elementor on a wordpress site, with woocommerce.I’m using the Astra Pro theme. Thanks so much.

How do you add conditional logic to forms in Klaviyo

Is there any way to add conditional logic to a form? I would like to have a contact form that displays different options based on the form selections. For example the first form field is for inquiry type and if product inquiry is selected I would like to display a few checkboxes for product options that the user is interested in inquiring about. Is this possible?  Thank you in advance for your assistance!
