Back in Stock Flow does not populate the Product

 I am setting up a back in stock flow for my BigCommerce website. I added the script and it has collected emails. Below are the 2 issues I am having with the back in stock flow and script.The “notify me when available” button appears on one product that is out of stock but not another that is similar. Everything on the back end is the exact same for these two products, yet the green one does not show the “notify me when available” button. Conditional trigger split by fulfilment status

Hi all,  I would like to include an conditional trigger split of the fulfillment status (we using shopify) in my already existing customer thank you flow. So if the fulfilment is completed customers get the planned mails of the flow and if not they will get an information about the delay. Following adding another trigger of the fulfillment status in the flow a few days later and if the order is fulfilled they get the planned mails of the flow.  Can someone help me in this case? Thanks so much in advance! Natascha

Enabling store staff to communicate with local customers

Hi I was wondering if anyone has managed to enable their colleagues in store to communicate with local customers, either in a 1-to-many way (advertising special offer / events for example) or in a 1-2-1 way (private shopping follow-up for VIPs)?Either using Klaviyo directly or integrating another platform/app to Klaviyo to manage data capture and management (permissions) in one place. ThanksLeo

Using MyStore.com in Flow instead of mystore.myshopofy.com

Hello, My problem is that {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} returns mystore.myshopify.com as oppose to mystore.com. I asked support and they said I should change that from Integrations → Shopify → Store URL However, that was misleading advice as the Store URL must follow the pattern mystore.myshopify.com I am not sure how to fix this. I obviously don’t want to send my potential customers to another URL than my store’s. Thanks in advance

Coupon Code

Hi ! Does anyone have a solution how to create dynamic coupon code in Klaviyo with the settings that a customer has to buy something different, to get a specific product for free. Something like Buys X gets Y for free. Is this possible? Or do you know a workaround how to set this up? Would be super important. Thank you!

Issue with klaviyo plugin update

I have been using klaviyo for years with no issues on Woocomerce. Yesterday i updated klaviyo to the latest version. Issue with no klaviyo setting page in woocomerce. The klaviyo is connected on woocomerce, but i can't look or edit any settings? How do i edit the consent box? It is gone, even though klaviyo and woocommerce is connected. I used to restrict source “accepted at checkout” in our welcome email flow. This does not work anymore. How can I restrict people from the checkout flow from receiving welcome emails? After the update, the source is API, which is common with many integrations and we are therefore not able to restrict the API source.

My abandoned cart flow is not working, have I done something wrong?

Hi,I use woocommerce & flatsome theme, I have setup an abandoned cart flow and cannot seem to get this working. I have read that there may be issues with having a single checkout page, which is restricted to my theme, but surely there must be a workaround? Can anyone help

How Does Klaviyo use email marketing to nurture and understand customer relationships?

We are a niche publisher based in the Boston area that has an eCommerce site as well as other content sites. Our bread and butter is our content; paid subscription. We currently use Active Campaign, but are considering migrating to Klaviyo, but it appears a bit light on the email marketing side. No one can dispute Klaviyo’s powerful ecommerce integration but I don’t want to lose out on the nurturing (beyond onboarding), lead scoring etc. Understanding the full picture of our customer is paramount. For instance, have they visited our content sites and made a purchase on our Store etc.I’m looking for some guidance from any folks who have faced a similar situation.Thanks, Bev

PRICE DROP EMAIL CODING

price drop email coding test and review

hi,I’ve created a price drop flow and email using klavyio library. Now i’m trying to see a preview, test email to make sure all the data populates properly.I’ve dropped the price of an item. I see that item in the price drop report.My flow is set as manualI’ve browsed my self that product before the price drop (being logged in)BUT i am not seeing any email in “review” mode at all so I cannot see preview email…. also don’t understand why i’m not even getting into the review.

From Stripe to Klaviyo via consent from Zapier webhook

I am trying to setup a paid monthly subscription via stripe. Our website is built on Webflow and currently they don’t offer subscriptions so ecommerce through them isn’t possible yet.  So until then we just link buttons to a stripe checkout to capture the payment details.We are trying to use Zapier to automatically add them to our list inside Klaviyo which will automatically send them a welcome email and sms. The email has always worked fine just not the sms. I was told to use this article to help with that https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407486310683-How-to-Send-Consent-to-Klaviyo-via-Zapier#troubleshooting-tips5 . I set it up but now I’m not sure what the Zap should be to get the info from Stripe to them send the consent/subscription to Klaviyo.

Automations Triggered by Searched Product

Hi! So I got an automation from an ecomm business using Klaviyo and Shopify that was based off searching a specific product onsite. The email was essentially “we saw you searching for this on our site!” Does anyone know how trigger such an automation? I’m guessing it may involve APIs. Thanks so much!

hallo,bei der Einstellung der email für Abgebrochene Warenkörbe.Bekommt der Kunde nach 30min eine email , wenn der Kunde auf de erste email reagiert und was kauft . bekommt dann diese Kunde eine weiter email von mir ?? oder bekommt er keine Email mehr wenn er schon auf die erste Email was gekauft hat ? ich habe dann eine weiter email eingerichtet wenn der Kunde bei der ersten email noch nicht gekauft hat .Zum Beispiel Kunde bekommt nach 30min erste Email. auf die email reagiert Kunde nicht nach 24stunden bekommt der Kunde 2 email

Style Social Links text

Hi, I’m using the Social Links component in the email builder to create this block using custom icons. Is there a way to change the font used? It’s defaulting to Helvetica which italicises in Outlook, so I need to change it to Arial. All font styles in the global styles are set to Arial, and there’s no option in Block Style to change the font. Any ideas?Thanks, Tom

Flow Query wrt Smile rewards

Hey I need to send emails to my customers when they reach a smile.io points balance. I have integrated it long ago. What I want is for email to be sent at 500, 1000, and 2500 points. I have set up a smile.io segment as a trigger. However, is this correct way to send emails when they reach above target??

Best Option for Multilingual Flows and Content in Klaviyo

We are trying to introduce multilingual Flows to Klaviyo and it seems a lot harder than we would have expected.  Compared to Shopify’s easy multilingual management, trying to do it in Klaviyo gets complicated really fast.  The sign-up form to have users select their Language preference is easy - done, but, from reading Klaviyo documentation and thinking of all the option we can, there seem to be 4 options each with their own pros and cons.Assume for the purposes of this discussion that we have 5 languages - English, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese…. with 8 Flows and Flows having Medium Complexity in terms of branching, etc. Option 1 - Use Show Hide Blocks As Klaviyo RecommendsIn article “How to Customize Content Based on Language” Klaviyo refers to using Show/Hide Blocks.  In the case of having 5 languages, that would seem like a lot of embedded Show/Hide Codes to add and, do Show/Hide codes work for E-Mail Subject Lines, etc.?   If not, that’s a Show Stopper.  There is no point

Stray lines in Outlook 2016

Hi, I have an issue with rendering in Outlook 2016.This is using the built in builder, rather than custom HTML.I have lines appearing between blocks (but not all blocks) - in this case a text box and a button box. There are no boarders applied and the background colour is set to white.Some examples are below. Change the default price in email

My abandoned cart email shows the customer what is in their cart, but is there a way to show the "sale" price. The email that gets sent is showing the "regular" price for my store listing and not the sale price. I'm sure it would increase my conversion rate if I could change that. Is it a setting in Klaviyo? Anyone?

How do I make sure subscribers don't get a Flow until A Certain Date?

Hello,i currently set up the klaviyo by using the build in flows and i love to work with it. I want to ensure, that my Shopify subscriber do not receive the welcome serie mails. So how i have to do my flow setup for this requirement? There is no filter which allows me to set up a start date. Hope you can helps me!

Turn Time Syntax to Local Time

I used the Klaviyo time syntax to setup time related event : {% today "%Y-%m-%d" as today %} {{ today|days_later:5 }} However I realized it is displaying in UTC time , is it possible to switch back to local time ?

Sending the same email multiple times to a customer

I have had a couple customers reach out and explain that they receive two copies of the campaign emails every time one is sent. They do not have multiple accounts, as it is going to the same email and I have cross referenced that they are not on multiple lists, segments or profiles.
