Replenishment flow - exclude item

Hello, I am building a replenishment flow and wondering if there is a way to always exclude certain items from this flow and/or items previously purchased. There are certain products that are not meant to be replenished - is there a way to exclude them from all instances  (products list from last order and products moved to the checkout) so that they just don’t show up anywhere at all?ANDCan I direct the customer to cart instead of the checkout (the default email send customers to checkout), but I want to send them to cart so that they are able to make changes in quantities.Thank you in advance!

Post-Purchase Pre-order Flow with Tags

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to set up an email flow for customers that purchased one of our pre-order items. The issue I have is that we only have certain sizes/colours of two products up for pre-order, some that are still in stock, so was running into the issue of the Placed Order pre-order tag not registering in Klaviyo to trigger the flow or add people to a pre-order segment.  Any tips on a workaround or something I have missed? Thx!

Change Flow Message Names and Order

I am working on a templated email flow.  I added 2 emails to the flow.  I inserted the 2 emails before the original email of the flow.  The two emails that I have added are labeled as email #4 and #5, but technically they are #1 & 2.  Will this affect the flow or do I need to changed the name of the emails to #1 and #2?  If so, how do I change the name of the emails so that it flows in the correct order.thanks in advance

Create a flow with free account

Hey, i just want to ask, when i have the free account and i create a flow, for example when the customer doesnt complete his order.Will this email flow send out automatically?Because i turned all the mails from the flow into activate with the green colour and there it doesnt show any message, so it seems like that it works. Thanks for your help guys.

Short HTML email extending limitlessly when shown in preview window

Hey all, I’m looking to set up a bit more of a refined abandoned email cart flow for customers. In this I have a HTML that when I send it to myself (in gmail) looks fine. However, when I try preview it within Klaviyo it will extend indefinitely.  This is how it looks in the preview window:And this is how it looks in gmail.Now, you might say, “who cares, it works when you send it” but this indefinite width also shows on another persons email app (Edision Mail), So I think it’s a problem more and more people may have and I’d like to avoid that to make it look perfect on (most) device types. ​​​​​​​

Campaigns and flows are Klaviyo’s bread and butter. If you find yourself getting a bit confused between the two, don’t worry!A campaign is a one-time email or SMS send to a pre-determined list or segment. These must be manually scheduled to be sent at a fixed point in time. A few examples of campaigns are sales promotions, educational blog content, or new product launches.A flow is an automated sequence that is set in motion by a specific trigger and then includes one or more steps. Flows can be built to send timely emails or SMS messages, or they can simply apply certain actions, like updating a specific field on a profile. These are usually a series of messages that are constantly running in the background hitting your customers at the right point in time with the right message. Two examples of high revenue generating flows are the welcome series or the abandoned cart.Happy sending!

Why are customers who accept marketing in BigCommerce being added to the newsletter list, but are not triggering the Welcome Series?

For those with a  BigCommerce store, there is a default setting in place that prevents people who accept marketing at checkout from automatically receiving the welcome series. A welcome series flow is designed with brand new visitors in mind. These are people who have never before been exposed to your business. People who accept marketing at checkout could be new to your brand, or they could have purchased from you a few times before, which would mean it might not be appropriate for this person to get queued up for your welcome series. This said, this setting is completely optional! If it makes more sense for your brand to be sending welcome series emails to customers that accept marketing at checkout, please contact our Success Team to have this setting adjusted.

How do I check for Fulfilled status = true but wait 1 day if false before checking again?

I want a flow to be conditional on Placed Order = 1 (then send ‘Welcome’ email) and then checking that Fulfilled = 1 (then, after 4 days to wait for item delivery, send ‘How is it?’ email).Query is, if conditional Fulfilled is still 0 when I do the check I want the flow to loop back and check Fulfilled again one day later. If still Fulfilled is 0, wait another day, etc, etc. How do I construct this?I want to avoid putting in a fixed waiting time eg. 10 days before I send the ‘How is it?’ email. Reason being, sometimes I have inventory for immediate fufilling and sometimes I wait for it to arrive from other business locations before I can Fulfill, so inventory fill time can be from 1 day to 4 days. I only want to send that email after I know the order has been Fulfilled.

How to display the special price in the block?

Hi, I displayed the below:{{ item.product.name }}Quantité: {{ item.quantity|floatformat:0 }} — Total: {% currency_format event.extra.line_items.0.product.special_price|floatformat:2 %}  But it still the ‘normal price’ we see in the preview email while it should be the special price. Can you please let me know what is wrong in the formula?Thank you

Why is my Duplicated Flow not Sending the Correct Content?

Hello - Recently, we duplicated a flow and updated the content.  When a customer triggers the flow they are being sent the OLD version of the content.  We cannot figure out what is wrong - we even deleted the old content - and the problem persists!  Any help would be greatly appreciated!Rick

Why am I receiving a link error for abandoned cart?

Dear sir/madam,So far ive had one issue with Klaviyo, that i dont know how to resolve. Despite this issue I am very happy with my Klaviyo experience.The issue i have is that my first abandoned cart mail has a link that doesnt work. It is the link to the product that has been put in the cart of a costumer. Ive tried to put different links in to fix the problem but it keeps going to the wrong page. When i see what link it sends me to, I see that there is no ‘/’ inbetween ‘.com’ and ‘products’. But even when I put a ‘/’ inbetween these in the link, it still doesnt work… These are the different links ive tried to put in: {{ organization.url }}cart?wck_rebuild_cart={{ event.extra.CartRebuildKey }}​​​​​​{{ organization.url }}/cart?wck_rebuild_cart={{ event.extra.CartRebuildKey }}{{ organization.url }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}          - (this one works with my other abandoned cart emails)Ive also tried putting my sites url, then ‘/products’ then ‘/{{ item.product.handle }}’ In each

Can you use event variables on a campaign, not just a flow?

Hi! I’d like to create a footer that will go at the bottom of each campaign that is filled with the products the customer has been looking at from our website. If the customer has been looking at a green scarf, it should show up dynamically in that feed. If the customer hasn’t been looking at anything, then it should just be a block of our top selling products or something.To me, it looks like this can only be done in the flows. I tried using {{ event.ImageUrl }} in a regular campaign, but it doesn’t look like it works because the event isn’t defined. Has anyone tried this in a campaign and not a flow? Or is it not possible?Thanks!

Abandoned cart

Hi there, Can I adjust the trigger when adandoned carts actions will start ? For example can I start it manually on a click ? Can “abandoned cart” campaign could start not when customer adds products and goes to check out, but when item added to cart and wasnt paid for specific time ?? Other one : I heard that, a link to abandoned cart can be created , how to do that and where this link is kept ? Thank you in advance people !

Abandon Cart flows - Image representation

Event emails

HiI run an event company and I want to create a flow of emails that the customer receives when they enter the event. The last email they will get is two weeks before the event date and is the most important (the others are news and offers from sponsors and tips etc)The problem I have is that some people enter the event WITHIN the two week period BEFORE the event and will miss the date that I set in the flow.How can I ensure that customers who do this can still receive the final instructions email without me having to send it manually?Thanks in advanceClaire

Order total showing 5 times

New Welcome Series Flow

For the new year, I’d like to replace my old Welcome Series Flow with a new one.  Obviously, I turn off the old one, then change the status on the new one from draft to live.  But what happens to all the customers who are currently going through the old flow? I collect emails with JustUno. Do I have to change the integration settings to make sure they dump into the new flow? Is there anything else I should do?  I suppose all the customers working their way through the old flow won’t receive any ore emails unless I manually dump them into the new flow, correct? Thanks
