New Flow Builder is really annoying

Every time you move an email to a new part of the flow, the side panel opens up and you have to close it. Is there a way to stop this from happening? I’m just trying to reorganise emails quickly and not stop to close something I didn’t want open every time!CLUNKY!!!

Restrict recent purchasers who's order is in transit from getting flow messages

Hi, I want to filter out from the flow customers who have purchased in the last 30 days AND did NOT received their order yet. In other words, I want to include buyers who received the package, no matter when they placed the order. I just can’t figure out how to write the filter.  It could be done using conditional split, but I don’t want to use it, because I would get to active branches that need to duplicate the content. Another workaround I came up with is create a separate flow to enrich profiles and tag buyers when they receive their order. But I am not a fan of this method, because tags not work well, at least for me. It would add a lot more clutter, in my opinion. Maybe someone has a very simple idea to solve this? Thank you.

Checkout Abandonment Flow Sending to People who Completed Checkout

My abandoned checkout flow is sending to people who have checked out. How do I fix this? My company uses a custom WordPress website and Guesty to track our customers and interact with Klaviyo. We recently revamped our metrics; the revenue was not collecting for many of them, but that issue is now fixed. With that, we have had to update our flows, but there’s something we’re still missing.  NOTE: After reviewing further, it looks like our flow filters have not been working. Preview and Test

Hi, I'm trying to test an EDM I want to send out this afternoon. However it only sends to my email address in Yahoo, and not my work email address in Outlook. I can't also send it to my boss in Outlook to approve either and I'm not sure why.

Add emojis to text-only emails (in klaviyo flows)

I’m able to add emojis to the email itself - but Klaviyo won’t let me save my work unless I remove the emojis. The error reads, “There is something wrong with our system, please try again.” I’m so confused - why would Klaviyo create an emoji bar if you can’t actually use them? Is anyone else running into this issue / has anyone resolved it?

Hi I mistakenly deleted an email in a flow. I have manually reinstated it - is there a way to recover the people who were waiting in the flow before it was deleted please?Pt 2 question - I added a second email - it is a reminder to use a coupon - is there a way for this to be sent to the people who received the original email before I mistakenly deleted it?

Cloned a flow and the clone isn't displaying dynamic content

Hi all,I'm setting up an Abandoned Cart email flow and am having a problem with the product image and name display. They're not showing up.Here's what I've done, and tried:I have an Abandoned Checkout flow already set up. It has a bunch of conditions in it (eg., if # of items in cart = X then offer discount Y) that I want to re-use in my Abandoned Cart email flow.So I cloned my Abandoned Checkout flow. Then I created a new flow using Klaviyo's Abandoned Cart flow template (I'm on Shopify and I had already prepped my Shopify and Klaviyo accounts to track abandoned carts).I created the Abandoned Cart flow so that I could grab any dynamic variables and directives in that flow and apply them in the cloned Abandoned Checkout flow.I made sure to change the trigger set-up in the cloned flow so that it matched the trigger set-up from the Abandoned Cart flow.Then I started to edit the emails in the cloned flow paying attention to the dynamic variables in the Abandoned Cart flow and swapping tho

Flow set up

Hi can someone please check if my flow set up is correct? I want to resent an email to non-openers after 3 days, afterwards they should just continue the flow. I am not really sure if time delay is correct so they will receive next mail at the right time or if it is extended by the specified time of 3 and 4 days and will take them longer to come back into the flow.  Thanks :)

Is there a way to set up a custom best sellers section?

I’m trying to achieve a 2x2 custom table layout where the first item would be the last item the user visited on the site (like in the browse abandonment flow). But the next 3 items would be the first three of the 90 day best sellers (just like in a similar dynamic table).With dynamic links I was able to do the first part, but i don’t know hot to (or if it can be) call the first three of the 90 day best selling items.The reason I’m trying to do this is because the two dynamic tables that can achieve this separately can not be styled to look perfectly the same.Thank you if you can spare the time to help me out.

Bonjour, J’ai créé il y a un moment un e-mail avec un lien pour le suivi de colis que les clients reçoient après une commande. Certaines informations dessus étant erronées, je souhaiterais modifié le mail, cependant je ne le retrouve nul part dans klaviyo ?! How to group multiple emails into a campaign?

Hi There,Sorry if this is simple but is there a way to group multiple emails into a single campaign to properly determine the performance of a promo as a whole?For example, we usually announce promos/deals with an initial email, then remind customers with multiple emails that contain detailed features/benefits then finally, ending soon and ‘last call’ emails.But for reporting, we have to manually add-up the separate campaigns to determine performance of the promo as a whole. Not only is this more time consuming, it’s kinda confusing when campaigns are really just emails - unless we’re missing something basic here?I hope that makes sense, any pointers much appreciated.Cheers, Ben

What happens with the emails when I turn my welcome series to draft

Hello!I have a welcome series of 3 emails with a $100 off code. Email 1 they get right as they signup, Email 2 they get 2 days after, and email 3 is 4 days after. We have 3 sales a year and when we have our sales, i’ve created a separate welcome series that does not include this code.When i set our “sale” version of the welcome series to live, i turn our original welcome series with the code to draft. My question is, what happens to people that are in the flow (and set to receive email 2 or 3). Do they drop out of the flow and not get the email at all? or will they get it when i turn the welcome series back on?Thank you!

Shopify store owner - VIP tag on Shopify from Klaviyo and the VIP flow on Klaviyo

Hello everyone, This is the first time I’m doing this and I’d greatly appreciate an experienced eye checking if my logic will work here.  I want to reward people who’ve bought from me 3 or more times as a VIP member, which gives them exclusive benefits.  I started out by creating the attached flow for those who’ve purchased once, twice or more than twice to personalize the customer journey.   You’ll notice that if they’ve bought more than twice, I’ve added to create a new profile property - as per this article in the community. Because I need to know when an order comes through on Shopify, that its from a VIP and that they qualify for free shipping so they shouldn’t be charged for shipping.  Question 1: Is the way I’ve set it up correct? Will it pull through on Shopify for the customer to not be charged shipping at checkout phase?  I imagine I would have to do something on Shopify to know not to charge shipping for people who have this profile property? Then I went on to build out a VI

Looking for NOT IN STOCK metric

We use BigCommerce as our ecom platform, and we have a great “abandoned browse” flow, but we are sending to customers who are browsing items that are out of stock.I am looking for a way to trigger “If in stock?” YES → send this email, NO → send this email.Many of our abonded browses are for items out of stock, and it seems silly to send a customer an email reminding them that they took a look, and come back, if it the item is out of stock. I did not see anything in the metrics.  Any creative solutions welcomed.

In a campaign, can i dedicate a logic to a person in particular, specifying the email, not their behavior or other specifics?

I’m in the process of setting up my Klaviyo account. I have a mailing list of 1200 contacts to whom i’ve never sent a newsletter. I’m sending out a first campaign to Welcome them and give them a 20% on their first purchases valid for 2 weeks only.But, i want to exclude a particular client who just purchased a few days ago, and i want to offer her the same discount but valid for a whole year.Is this possible with Logics, and how?

Custom back in stock segment

Hello. This is a question more on a conceptual level: we have an Opencart store with a custom Klaviyo integration. If a product is out of stock, it is possible to submit your email and get in “queue” for the product to return back on stock.  Is it possible to capture/setup some kind of custom event in Klaviyo, for those who leave their email and subscribe to the back on stock notification? We would not like to create a flow, but rather create segments based on this event and send them manual emails once item is back on stock.Esentially we would need the following properties captured within the event:1. customer email (they leave it in the field when they click the back on stop notification button).2. product nameBased on this custom event, we would create a segment. Appreciate your thoughts on this.

Browse Abandonment - Split according to specific product viewed

I want to create a split in my Browse Abandonment flow and create product-specific emails to my best sellers + another for the rest. Customers usually browse more then 1 item.Let’s say client viewed items X + Y + Z.how can I make sure that my split condition catches Z and shows the Z product in the dynamic product shown?

Trigger filter for specific item - dimensions

Hi!Setting up flows for a new brand and they want a post purchase flow specific to one of their items. I understadn that I need to set up a trigger for Placed order and then select trigger filter and use dimensions → item → etc.  However, when I go to trigger filter the only dimension that is available for use is “$Value” They are a new brand so maybe that is the issue? Any guidance will be helpful.
