How to access support on trial

I am still on the Klaviyo trial while trying to figure out if the product can do what I need it to do. I am having trouble with a flow triggering an email based on a segment I created. I have tried posting in here for help but have not been able to solve it. The email and live chat support is only available on a plan upgrade. I don’t want to upgrade until I know that the product can do what I need it to do , and I can’t figure that out without support….  So how can I access support to see if this product actually works since I have seen many similar posts about the issue I am experiencing without any solution, and I don’t want to upgrade to a paid plan just to access support.  HELP!!

+ Offering 10% Discounts in Both Welcome Series and Abandoned Cart Flows

I plan to offer a 10% discount in both my welcome series and abandoned cart email flows but want to ensure I'm doing this in the most effective way. My main goal is to incentivize new sign-ups and recover potential lost sales without overwhelming my customers with too many discounts. My question: How do you manage the distribution of the 10% discount across different flows without customers potentially receiving and using multiple discount codes? Should I offer separate 10% discount codes for the welcome series and the abandoned cart flow? or is it more effective to use the same 10% discount code across both flows. Thank you so much in advance for your time.

Shopify product description shows with HTML tags

Hi guys, I am setting up a back in stock flow and was wondering how I could add the product description. I am using the following code, which pulls the description dynamically from the catalogue.{% catalog event.VariantId integration='shopify' %}{{ catalog_item.description }}{% endcatalog %}However, the description includes HTML tags (see Screenshot). Multilanguage flows

Hello, is there an option to run eflows in two languages / depending on the browser language of the visitor? I have Shopify store, which is bi-lingual using Translate & Adapt app.  Would you have any other ideas or solutions how to set up E-mail marketing in a bi-lingual store without creating second store ? Segment Triggered Flow

I want to send a custom email flow to existing subscribers up until this date. I’ve created a segment of emails called “Joined Before Launch”. How can I make sure all the emails in that segment automatically enter the flow once I activate the flow? Currently, I think the way this is set up is that they will only enter the flow once they enter the segment, whereas I want to send this flow to everyone already in the segment.

Automatic selection of A/B test winner on flows

Hi,I’ve had an A/B test running on a flow and I was under the impression that the test would end automatically once statistical significance was reached, which according to this article is defined as:At least 500 recipients have received each variation. A variation has at least 90% win probability.As far as I can tell, this test (pictured below) satisfied both criteria, but it still says it’s not statistically significant. In the end I just manually chose the winner, but could someone explain why this wasn’t classed as statistically significant?

Multi-Metric Custom Reports for Flows

I have a multi-metric report for checkout started value and placed order value filtered by flows in a month’s range. I am seeing a big decrease from checkout started value and placed order value. For example, the welcome series reports $25.4K checkout started, but $6.5k in placed order. Does this mean customers added $25.4K worth of items to cart AND started checkout BUT didn’t place their orders? Within this report we have an abandoned checkout flow that also reports a higher started checkout value (much less than $25.4K) than the placed order value. Are these directly impacting each other? Does this mean we’re losing our customers within the welcome series somehow? I just want to be sure I’m reading these reports correctly.

Replenishment flow - exclude item

Hello, I am building a replenishment flow and wondering if there is a way to always exclude certain items from this flow and/or items previously purchased. There are certain products that are not meant to be replenished - is there a way to exclude them from all instances  (products list from last order and products moved to the checkout) so that they just don’t show up anywhere at all?ANDCan I direct the customer to cart instead of the checkout (the default email send customers to checkout), but I want to send them to cart so that they are able to make changes in quantities.Thank you in advance!

Post-Purchase Pre-order Flow with Tags

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to set up an email flow for customers that purchased one of our pre-order items. The issue I have is that we only have certain sizes/colours of two products up for pre-order, some that are still in stock, so was running into the issue of the Placed Order pre-order tag not registering in Klaviyo to trigger the flow or add people to a pre-order segment.  Any tips on a workaround or something I have missed? Thx!

Hi,I’m aware that there’s been activity surrounding this issue on WooCommerce, but wondered if it’d been tackled for custom integrations.tl;dr - in Klaviyo emails, can we get a coupon code dynamically at send time from our own web service, providing a customer ID as an argument?Many thanks,Gareth- o O o -Detail:Back ages ago when I handled all emails myself, I had a class that created single-use, customer-locked coupon codes with expiration dates. When I was generating emails, the process would call the class, get a code, and include it in the email.We’re now looking to incorporate the same logic in a Klaviyo flow. We can do 90% of it just fine - import a list of single use codes as per documentation etc. Problem is we’d like them to expire three days after the email is sent. This means either that when the email is sent it needs to make a call to my server to say ‘please expire GXC34567dfghj in three days time’, or, much simpler, just request a 3-day-lifetime single use customer-locke

Help with creating flow for short term rental

Hi there,I am trying to create a flow for my short-term rental guests that will only trigger on the date of check-out. So what I did so far is create a Custom Property named “Check-out date” and used it as a trigger in the flow. But it’s not triggering for some reason. (Please see attached image) Could you please tell me what am I doing wrong, PS. I want it to trigger on the day of check-out at 11 am EST. Thank you!

I’m new to Klaviyo and just got my flows set up and live.I also get trouble with all email now being skipped, i do not know why like that but i think something wrong when i set flow filters. Am I wrong in setting up the logic for flow filters? Can I have some advice please? Thanks in advance!

How do I prevent a person’s title - eg Mr or Dr, etc - appearing in a personalisation field? Eg, if somebody has their name as Dr Shirley Smith, adding a first name personalisation would end up with ‘Hello Dr’ instead of ‘Hello Shirley’.

Is it legal to ask our subscribers to drag our mails from promotion tab to primary section?

Hi guys,Hope you all doing great ✍🏻. Lately I’ve been caring more about my deliverability. I read some documents that say we should ask our customers to drag mails of my brand from promotion tab to primary inbox. IDK if i violate any rules for doing that. But it seems like a very good idea 🤔. And if it’s possible, I think I will execute it like a footer in our mail series. What do you guys think of this? Massive Traffic Spike to Website When Sending Email Campaigns

Every time we send an email campaign to our Klaviyo list(s), we immediately see a giant spike in traffic to our website.  We have several tools that all show spikes and log what they are reporting as visitors and sessions, perfectly coinciding with the campaign being sent from Klaviyo.Google Analytics GA4, GoSquared (showing real time traffic spikes into the thousands per second while the blast is being sent), Lucky Orange and Hotjar (session recording tools) will all show these spikes.These traffic spikes are screwing up our analytics in multiple ways: (a) showing a lot more traffic on a day that we send an email blast that isnt’ ‘real’ traffic, (b) using up valuable session counts that we’re charged for from tools like Lucky Orange and LogRocket, etc.It’s obvious something in the email campaign (a URL) is being hit or checked by something (or thousands of somethings) as the email is sending.   We have various links to our site in the email campaign.We read a generic article about UTM

How to track performance of Unique Coupon Codes

I have set up a Unique Coupon code for my Customer Winback Flow but I can't seem to find a way to report on how many times the general discount code has been redeemed, how much revenue it has generated etc. I’ve tried to look at reports via Klaviyo and Shopify, but can't find any reports that I can filter by the  Unique Discount Names. I’ve seen that there's a way to search the discount name in Shopify Discounts, but it doesn't provide a comprehensive report and allow to filter by a specific time period.

Help with scenario that is not working as expected

I have a form on my website allowing users to share their email address to be emailed a free guide.To do this I am using make.com and I have set up a webhook in the form allowing the email address to be passed into the scenario. I can confirm that part is working fine.The problem I am facing is that if a users email address (mine for example) already exists it can’t create a new profile, which I understand. To combat this, I added a ‘List profiles’ step to pull all users, then a router so that if the email address already exists, add them to the list so that they get the email from a flow in Klaviyo, or alternatively create them a profile. I can’t seem to get the filter “if already exists’ correct.Has anyone had a situation like this before? I feel this is a really straight forward task that is proving a nightmare. It’s worth noting, if there is any easier way to do this, please do share as I would rather do this right than make my method work if it isn’t best practice. Any help would

Should an email campgain be resent to the entire list?

A division of my company would like to resend an email to the entire list that received it two weeks ago. Is there any potential fallout from this, as far as inbox providers and spam? Would it help to tweak the title and messaging, even if the bulk of the email itself remains the same?
