When I am using the https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profile-import from Make.com

Klavyio is returning a success (200) with the response with the updated profile with the correct values.

However when I search for the profile in Klavyio the profile is not getting updated.

Hi @PartsAvatar,

Would you mind sharing the payload you used (with the private API key and sensitive information redacted) when making the call that resulted in a 200 message, but didn’t update a profile? That would help us determine why it’s not working as expected. Without seeing the call, I can’t say for certain this is the issue, but by chance, are you trying to change an identifier on a profile (email/phone number) to another identifier that already exists on a different profile in your account already? There are certain, niche situations where that’s not possible, and I’m happy to explain these situations deeper if that is, in fact the case!

If you’re simply trying to update profile properties, and it’s not working, that may require a deeper look, but I’m happy to look into that once I see the API call!
