Profile "Metrics and insights" UI not aggregating event data correctly

Hi all — I’ve been banging my head against this wall for a bit and would appreciate a sanity check:Background:I am sending custom event called “Theme sale” to a profile -- these events happened in the past, before the profile was created. I am setting a custom date for the event. This is working and I can see the events in the profile timeline.(Fwiw I’m pushing this data via api rev 2024-06-15)Issue:The profile’s “Metrics” UI does not accurately reflect/aggregate the event data.I’m having a tough time figuring out why. It seems like maybe if the event occurred before the profile is created, then the data won’t aggregate correctly. But I’m not sure that’s the actual issue.Any ideas? Is this a bug? Or am I missing something silly?Examples:In the screenshots below, you can see I should have 5 all-time “Theme sale” events and 4 within last 30 days -- this is not reflected on the profile “Metrics” UI. But you can see the data is properly in the metric’s data/chart itself.Any help greatly ap

No ratings despite having a review

UPDATE: It updated after about 10 minutes. Hi,I’ve recently installed Klaviyo Reviews on my site but despite having reviews added to products by verified buyers, the star rating is still 0. https://shopannieg.com.au/products/cha-cha-linen-lounge-setIs this a bug? If so when can this be fixed?

Review quote not showing

I am trying to insert review quotes from my website into my emails. My reviews are captured using klaviyo reviews and it still is not working. I thought the problem was the imported reviews but even the new ones are showing up for me to select. What can i do?

Assistance Required for GTM Server-Side Tracking with Klaviyo Integration

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance with integrating Klaviyo with my Google Tag Manager (GTM) server-side container using the Klaviyo by stape.io custom template. Typeform > Klaviyo Integration

Hey there!I believe I’ve followed all the instructions correctly to integrate Typeform with Klaviyo. I have synced the 5 Typeform questionnaires that I want data pulled from into Klaviyo and have created lists or segments for where I want the data to go. I’ve tested these Typeforms and Klaviyo isn’t picking up the email addresses or any of the data. Klaviyo is also not picking up some of the Typeforms that I’ve synced, but it’s picking up old ones. Yes, all my Typeforms include a single email input question and yes, I’ve deleted the integration and started again.I saw a few other community members asking similar questions and the responses stated that Klaviyo needs to know about variables before it can pick up the data. Could somebody please elaborate on this?

Some stars are showing some are not

Hello, I have added the Klayvio reviews to my Shopify site after exporting in from Judge me. On my products page (https://1streliefpro.com/collections/all) some of my products have the stars and the others don’t. How can I update so all have the stars like I did before?

How to remove background of review stars

Hello, I just installed Klayvio reviews on my Shopify site. There is an orange background and the stars and reviews are in white. I would like to remove the orange background. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Treat custom event as Placed Order event

I have a google tag manager server side container sending events to Klaviyo. The format I have for ecommerce purchases are in the format of a GA4 purchase event, not in the format that klaviyo uses for “Placed Order” event. Is there any way within klaviyo to treat these events as Placed Order events? Or do I need to transform the data in GTM before sending to klaviyo?

Klaviyo On-site tracking & Add-to-cart trigger not working

I’m trying to set up the abandoned cart flows for my client but have encountered an issue where none of the on-site tracking is working. I'm unsure if this is because the website is currently password-protected (pre-launch) or if it’s due to the absence of a cookie banner.Here’s what I’ve done so far:Checked the Shopify-Klaviyo integration, and everything seemed fine with no errors. However, I re-integrated Shopify to ensure nothing was broken. Enabled anonymous visitor tracking. Verified that Klaviyo's on-site tracking app setting is enabled in the Shopify live theme. Noticed that the ‘active on site’ metric reports “no data available”. Accessed the site via the Klaviyo email link to ensure my profile is cookied and also visited the store in incognito mode, using ?utm_email=example@gmail.com to test.For the “added to cart” trigger, I’ve tested two methods, including the class method as described here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001396711 Here’s the button class code

Review Import Issue-Says Complete, but i cant see them.

I imported my reviews from Judge me and it says “complete”.  I cant find them anywhere though.  They arent appearing on klaviyo and not on my website.  There is no “save” button and no further instructions.  Please help!

Placed Order event fails for invalid phone number

We are testing our integration and submitted a test ‘placed order’ event with a fake phone number, we get a 400 error “The phone number provided either does not exist or is ineligible to receive SMS”The problem is that in real life customers can also enter invalid phone number (either intentionally or by accident).It doesn’t seem logical that the ‘placed order’ event metric should fail in such a case, obviously if the phone number is not valid we would not be able to use the phone number, but why would we choose to lose the event altogether just because of an invalid phone number? shouldn’t your system at least save the rest of the data?

Tracking Numbers

Hi ! We want to start using klayvio to send emails once an order has been shipped to our customers with tracking numbers - we use 3 different shipping platform DPD, FEDEX and DHL. Is there a way we can integrate these or pull our tracking information from the 3 sources into klayvio ?

Review summary star rating saying no reviews, despite having reviews

Does anyone know why some of my products show my star ratings at the top of page, and the actual reviews at the bottom, but some of them say I have no reviews at the top of the page, when I do have reviews, and the reviews show on the bottom of the page. pics are from the same product.

Google Ads integration error

Hi All,I was trying to add Google Ads integration but encountered the following problem: the last step after choosing a Klaviyo List/Segment would be to choose (or create) Google Ads Audience.I had nothing to choose so I tried to create but whatever I typed I got the message: We are unable to create the audience at this time. Please try again later. I cannot get beyond this point. What could go wrong?Thanks!

Why are my Facebook instant form leads not syncing automatically into Klaviyo?

Hello, I have been in touch with Support about this but they have been no help at all. I have been running a lead ad for the past week on Facebook that connects to an instant form. I can confirm that our Klaviyo integration is set up correctly and all seems to be working on either end. The issue is however, When a person submits their information via the lead form, they are not automatically subscribed to email marketing in the linked Klaviyo list. When I manually import them, I can see that Klaviyo is aware of their opting in via the form, but hasn’t done anything with this information. For reference, my lead ad does have the requisite privacy disclosure, terms and conditions etc.We simply can’t run any more lead generation ads across any platform until we know that this can be resolved, as manually importing is not a solutionThank you in advance!

Need help with mark as paid custom event

Hello, I need help regarding klaviyo custom event. I have a store on Shopify and use Klaviyo for my email marketing needs. Currently, I am facing an issue where I need to send an email to customers whenever an order is marked as paid on Shopify. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an existing event for this activity in Klaviyo.Could you please provide guidance or support on how to create a custom API event in Klaviyo for when an order is marked as paid in Shopify? Can anyone help me point out where can I find the Shopify Tag property in Shopify?😅It is not appearing in the integration section -Which is why (maybe?) it is not synced to Shopify>Settings>Customer data.I added the tag via flow -

Add to Cart event using Shopify Prestige Theme not working

Hey folks,I wanted to create a new flow for Browse Abandonment using the add to cart metric. After doing all the steps multiple times provided in this article (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001396711) I realized that the Prestige Theme may have some issues when it comes to implementation. I’ve tried the snippets 1 and 3 over and over again (snippet 2 will not work because there is no ID in my button code) and here is the code of my add to cart button:<div class="v-stack gap-4"><buy-buttons class="buy-buttons " template="" form="product-form-8311865475338-template--19401582575882__main"><button type="submit" class="button w-full">Add to cart</button></buy-buttons></div>I was putting the snippets into my theme.liquid file and into a custom liquid block on my default product page. Back in stock Klaviyo trigger does not translate

Hello, I’ve recently installed the back in stocky feature on my shopify website. It works well apart for a few issues i’ve been having. Firstly, the “Notify me when back in stock” text does not translate into the other languages my website has. The other issue is that i’d like for it to appear as a button but unfortunately, only the text appears on my product page under my add to cart button. Nothing else. I’ve tried to play a bit with the code but nothing happened. I also tried switching it to replace my “Not in stock” purchase button but it just removes it and i end just with the text “Notify me when back in stock”. I’ve been having this issue on both of my websites i’ve installed it on. Any idea what solutions i have? Thank you

Cart abandonment flow for subscription items.

Our business had separate cart abandonment flows for one-time and subscription items. We could separate them based on item name and Shopify or Recharge (our subscription provider) checkout.We have now upgraded our theme and are using Shopify unified checkout. With no longer having a separate Recharge checkout and item names being the same, we are no longer able to send cart abandonment emails for subscription items.For our cart abandonment email we use item names to trigger the correct email with specific content. Whether a user selects one-time purchase or subscription, the item name is the same. Question: How do Recharge users trigger a cart abandonment email for specific subscription items that would be different from when a user abandons a one-time purchase item?

Okendo Quiz Issue

Hi All, our company uses Okendo Quizzes on our site. We want to send our customers an email with their quiz results once they’ve finished their quiz. For some reason, the email after the trigger is not sending to the people who submitted the quiz. Any ideas as to why this is? When I go into the analytics for the email, it does not say anyone is waiting for the email either. However, when I go into the trigger analytics, it correctly states who completed the quiz.

Shipstation Order "tag" custom property

Hello,I am trying to figure out how to pull the order “Tag” from shipstation and use it as a filter for a flow.We have many products that are made to order. We assign specific tags to orders in shipstation based on the status. For example, if we are out of stock of a certain color for a product, we assign a tag to that order “item waiting for paint”. But what I would like to do is send a flow email to the customer when that tag is assigned in shipstation and ask if they want to switch to a different color if they don’t want to wait.How do I sync the shipstation order tag to klaviyo and use it as a filter?Here is a similar thread but it is not detailed enough for me to understand:Thanks in advance!
