Hi, I sent a campaign yesterday, and when i went to check the analytics there were a lot of profiles skipped because of invalid emails. My question is how can i create a segment of invalid emails so that i can exclude them for my future campaigns.

It should be automatically suppressed in couple of hours
Also check: Invalid Email Addresses are not suppressed | Klaviyo Community
so the only option is to send the campaign to the entire list so that invalid addresses get skipped and Klaviyo automatically suppresses them? There should be a better way to avoid sending them emails in the first place.
My current list is huge, and I believe there are a lot of invalid addresses. If I send the email to the entire list, my deliverability is going to take a huge hit.

I can see you already have a list of invalid emails, the best approach would be to export that CSV and then import it to a new segment you create to exclude.
How to import profile properties using a CSV upload | Klaviyo Help Center
Create a new segment or open an existing segment in Klaviyo.
Click on "Manage List" dropdown and choose "Import Contacts".
Upload the CSV file you exported earlier.
Map the columns from your CSV to the appropriate properties in Klaviyo.
Review and import the data.
Another way is you'll need to set up the filter to identify invalid emails. Here are some filter options you can use:
Email address does not contain a valid domain: Set this condition to filter out common invalid email domains.
Email address contains special characters: Use this to filter out email addresses with characters that are often invalid.
Email address contains text like "test," "invalid," or "fake": This helps to catch obvious fake email addresses.

thank you for your reply. However, I don’t have the complete list of invalid addresses at the moment.
I currently have a list of around 15,000 people.
I sent one campaign to only 3,000 people, and out of those, 300 turned out to be invalid, so they were skipped.
In the future, I will send campaigns to the remaining 12,000 people (i.e., the 15,000 total minus the 3,000 already sent). Therefore, I want to remove the invalid addresses from this group of 12,000 before sending any further campaigns.
Also, the invalid addresses do not contain words like "test," "invalid," or "fake," nor do they contain special characters. They are simply email addresses that were typed incorrectly— for example, for Gmail, some people mistakenly type "gmial" instead of "gmail," or for Yahoo, they may type "yaaho" instead of "yahoo." You can refer to the image below for more clarity.

It could be a bit challenging but I feel doing it manually is the only best bet for the 3000 invalid emails.
Also I am not sure if this will work or not but
Set the filter criteria to exclude the 3000 contacts (create a new list importing the invalid email list from that 15000). For example:
Condition 1: Email is in List "15,000 List".
Condition 2: Email is not in List “3000 list".
You will have to do some trial and error.
Let’s suppose you have 1,000 email contacts on your list, and you haven’t sent any emails to these people in the past.
Today you decided to send your first email, you send your first campaign to only 100 people, and out of those 100, 20 of them had invalid addresses and were skipped.
Now, you’re concerned that the remaining 900 people, whom you haven’t sent emails to YET, might also have invalid addresses.
So, you want to exclude those invalid addresses(of those 900 people not the one’s you got today) beforehand.

Ah Okay.
It’s hard to determine which emails are invalid before you run the campaign. Another approach would be to verify using email validation tools. Klaviyo have couple of integrations with such tools.
