Our e-commerce company is initating a new ‘stock drop campaign’ - we have added the products to a unique ‘stock drop’ category on Magento. The category is currently disabled. I want to create the product feed to only pull from this category but Klaviyo doesn’t seem to be recognising the new category to set up a product feed. I am drafting the email to schedule it before sending out. Is the issue that the category is not live? However I can see in the list of options other categories that are not currently live.

Hey there!Still getting used to Klaviyo as our new CRM platform. Looking in the metrics tab within the analytics section, is there no way to filter a specific metric (like ‘Active on Site’) by a segment?All I want to do is be able to look at specific metrics for a pre-defined segment of profiles, but it doesn’t seem possible.Am I being stupid, or is this genuinely not a feature of Klaviyo analytics?Thanks!

For some reason our account now has 2 different added to cart metrics and our tracking metric has switched over, which means our abandoned cart flow hasn’t been sending since we switched to a shopify 2.0 json theme. Does anyone know why this has happened?below are the two metrics.The shopify one is new and the other one is our old metric which we always used.  we need help ASAP as we’ve lost so many potential sales due to the switch we were never notified about.  

I sell t-shirts with print of animals for kids each animal with a personality and name so the kids like them more. I love to be able to send out a mail with a goodnight story after a sale and a follow up every 1-2 weeks and of course with a new story about the same animal so the perant can use it for a good night time for the kids that will love the t-shirt more and more and will by new t-shirts with the animals friend/different animal t-shirtis that even remotely possible?

Typeform- one of the answers is not synching over. I have built a typeform > Klayviyo integration. One of the questions asked ‘Where are you based?’ and gives a multiple choice list of 14 locations.How can I ensure that this is tracked through to Klayvio such that I can send them relevant marketing emails based on their location (in this case it’s job alerts). Any help hugely appreciated!

Hello!  We recently launched a new Shopify B2B store and opened a Klaviyo account for it. We want to set up a new sending domain to keep these separate. Our URLs are company.com and b2b.company.com. We are curious if anyone has insight into the easiest way to set up a new sending domain that will not share with the DTC at all for deliverability purposes. Can anyone help outline what exactly we need to do for this? We are by no means experts in this technical setup for email and greatly appreciate any help we can get!  Thank you! 

Hey is there a way to delete a profile via an API call ?i am able to unsubscribe the profile from the list but i still dont know how to delete the user profile. and the api page doesnt give me any information regarding that part.

Hey email marketers!I’ve been recently trying out many Spinwheel Solutions that integrate with Klaviyo and Shopify.I thought Wheelio was the top choice. Strangely, it’s listed in the Klaviyo Tech Partners directory web page, but not in the Klaviyo Account integrations apps page. hmmm 🤔 The best alternative/competitor I have found is Tada. However, they both are lacking in critical/important app and API features. There are no adequate solutions, sadly. I have extensive notes and observations; if you’re interested, reach out!  

Hello,  We have partnered with a third party and we will be sending their customers a discount code for the next three years every time the customer resubscribe or subscribes to their annually membership. They will be sending customer data in from a API, such as if they have paid, tier of membership and expiration date and start date. We would like to segment customers that used a coupon/checkout code when they placed an order (as opposed to paid full price). (We’d also be interested to know if this is possible when Shopify is used.)We would appreciate any ideas that people might have on this. Is there a way to automate a flow to resend the double opt in confirmation email if the customer hasn’t confirmed their email address within a certain amount of time. We’ve got lots that are in our system as Never Subscribed and i think this is that they haven’t confirmed their opt in.thx

I’ve set up a multi step sign up form 1st for email which triggers and welcome discount and 2nd for adding sms and upgrading to a higher discount level. My question is, how do I set it up so they user only gets a flow based on what they have filled in ie if they fill in only email then they get the email welcome flow however if they request SMS the email flow cancels and they get the SMS flow instead.Is this possible ? Profile filter? or should they just get both since they technically requested both?Thanks

Hi there!  Hope someone can help me. I’m creating an email and trying to add the unsubscribe but it keeps breaking and honestly I don’t know the reason. Hello Everyone,Anyone have good experience with segments?I am trying to correctly set up a segment that brings profiles in to that segment ONLY when those profiles have 'received' 3 emails (in this case a intro sequence for new subscribers before they get put on my general broadcast 'segment').So the profiles are being added to the segment WITHOUT meeting all the conditions...which is receiving 3 emails.I have tried using the 'subject' filter and the 'message' filter and have created separate segments for each.But profiles are being added to the segments above without 'receiving' all three emails.Anything I can start trying to troubleshoot?Thanks,Ken 

Hey I am trying to when I click fulfilled order on Shopify a email goes to the customer to say their order is on their way etc. I click on flows, select the fulfilment and this error appears. I’ve tried different triggers but the same error appears. I've tried once/ twice a week for weeks now! I’ve tried refreshing etc, different browsers, clear cache and different laptops. I am on the basic version of Klavijo so I can’t get in touch to log an issue.Would be great to get the flow set up.
