@annasophiefc I don’t understand anything in this article LOLToo complicated unfortunatly… If I understand you correctly, you would like to stack the image, product name and price right in the setup?==> I just wanna display the product image and underneath, I wanna display the name of the product.That’s it

Thanks for you answer @annasophiefc I can’t find “Add filter” ???But this work foir the dynamic content, but how can it work with abandoned cart email ?Because I wanna display only 1 item of the cart, so if that wrong “product’ is chosen first, I want to be able to show the next one.I hope i’m being clear.Thanks a lotSteve

@Bobi N. & @stam_marko thanks for your answers guys.@stam_marko I followed : Metrics > Active On Site > Filter by, and check if any of the filters could reliably un-shadow the different stores.But Klaviyo doesn’t provide me anything unless the filter “NEW/RETURNING”Is that normal ? Cheers,Steve

Branded domain

Thanks for your answer @kaila.lawrence What I mean is, In Klaviyo, when you want to create a branded domain, Klaviyo tells you to create an email adress “send.mycompagny.com  Is that new adress that I have to add to my default senser email adress ? Or I have nothing to do and keep : contact@mycomagny.com ?Thanks,Steve

Thanks @kaila.lawrence It does help, but I still have questions though. LOLWhen setting a brand new dedicated domain in Klaviyo’s tutoriel, they say that you have to create a sub domain, like “send” ?Why ?Is that really a sub domain ? I can’t explain to my client why we need to have : “send.storename.com” rather than is current domain : hello@storename.comI hope I’m clear LOLThanks a lot ! Steve

Hey @bluesnapper last question.Right now, I’m using “mysite.com/discount/WELCOME10Which is good, but the coupon code that shows on the cart is WELCOME10And my client wants it as dynamic, eg: WELCOME107597624556So you’re saying that in order to be able to do that, I have to put this URL : mysite.com/&discount={% coupon_code 'WELCOME10' %} in the CTA button ? I tried it and it shows a 404 page...Thanks again, you rock !
