Hi @joshuaahanson,Thank you for that context! I spoke with our engineering team and have found that this is actually expected behavior because Shopify Tags and Collections are both treated as categories within the Klaviyo catalog service.Do you have a specific issue that you are running into when building segments with these tags (or other tools in Klaviyo)? What kinds of flow should I create for offering an affiliate program?

Hi there,Thanks for writing into the Community!As Manny said, you can create an Ambassador welcome series to welcome new Ambassadors to your brand and provide resources and information for how they can get involved in their journey with your company. You may even want a VIP Ambassador welcome series for top performers or a birthday flow to thank them and wish them a happy birthday. There are so many unique ways to employ flows, so make sure to peruse the Flow Library and check out the Help Center if any questions arise while building them.You may also consider creating segments based on their engagement as Ambassadors, similar to how we model engagement tiers for customers. How to edit the Confirm Your Subscription email?

Hi @tropfenkontor, thanks for writing in - I’m sorry to hear about this frustration!To translate your list-specific pages, you will need to click into the specific list that your page is tied to and select Settings. Under Language, choose a language from the associated dropdown menu. Once the correct language is selected, click Update List Settings to save your changes. This will translate that content to your new boilerplate language (i.e., the default language that will be reproduced each time someone subscribes or unsubscribes to this list).Head to this article for a full list of available languages and to learn more about this process. Need Review Problem

Hi Vincenzo,Thanks for your reply! Can you take a look to see when those contacts were put in Needs Review? Often times, when publishing a new flow or flow message, we see recipients first enter needs review before you change your message from Manual to Live. Even if your flow messages are all live at this time, some of those contacts who need review may have been placed there before you made that change. In that case, after you either bulk send or cancel those messages, you should no longer see that issue arise now that your flow is live. Need Review Problem

Hi Vincenzo,Thanks for reaching out! If your flow message is (or was at some point) in manual mode, Needs Review lists the total number of people who are ready to receive your flow message. However, when a message is in manual, this means that they will not receive messages automatically — you will need to manually review the emails and SMS before they are sent out.You can individually preview, send, and/or cancel each email and SMS that needs review. If you have a lot of recipients that need review, you can bulk send and cancel messages with the Send All and Cancel All buttons, respectively. For more information, I suggest heading to this article to learn more!In the future, if you want flow messages to send automatically without reviewing them, you will need to set your flow messages to Live instead of Manual.All the best,Ashley

Why don't I see my full list of Active Profiles?

Hello -- my apologies, I misread that before! Do you have the dates associated with these subscribers? If there are dates in your file but no timestamps, then you can set the time to midnight by using the HH:MM:SS value 00:00:00 in your CSV.

Why don't I see my full list of Active Profiles?

Hi there, thank you for clarifying!In that case, there is likely an issue with the downloaded CSV formatting. Here is a list of our acceptable dates and timestamps in Klaviyo. I suggest checking to see if the ones listed in your CSV align with what Klaviyo accepts in list imports.If the dates/timestamps do not match in formatting and you need to update your dates/timestamps, here are instructions on how to reformat your file.If instead you find that the timestamps are not the problem, then I suggest that you head to our article on How to Troubleshoot List Imports which outlines various other reasons why this may be happening; for example, all CSV files must start with an email header or there may be duplicate headers in your CSV. This doc will go through common issues we see that can be fixed in order to upload this list.I hope these resources prove helpful!Best,Ashley

Why don't I see my full list of Active Profiles?

Hi @JetAviator7, If you do not want to keep all of those profiles as active, then the answer is generally to “clean your list.” That said if these contacts are not currently on a list, then you will need to add them to a list first as Keegan outlined prior so that this process works; if you do not have a list established, then that is likely why the documentation didn’t match your use case.NOTE: You will only want to clean your list if these are contacts you do not want to save as active/emailable in Klaviyo. If instead, when you download your list from Aweber (outlined below) and want to keep these contacts, then you can keep them in a list and stop at step 2! Then, you will be able to view/email these profiles in your main list and build out engaged segments.However, if you do want to clean out any profiles from your account, you will want to do the following:Download your list from Aweber as a CSV file Return to Klaviyo and select the Lists and Segments tab, click Create List/Segmen

Why don't I see my full list of Active Profiles?

Hello,Thanks for writing into the Community!Within the Profiles tab of your account, you will see the 50 most recent profiles to enter your Klaviyo account. However, those are not the only active profiles in your account; rather, that is just a preview. Those other profiles are still available and emailable within Klaviyo, and we suggest hosting them all in one main list. If you are ever looking for a specific profile that is not listed within the Profiles tab (because they do not fall within the last 50 recents), you can search for that profile directly in the search bar at the top of your page. All the best,Ashley

How to edit the Confirm Your Subscription email?

From what it sounds like, you want to disable the double opt-in confirmation altogether, though correct me if I’m wrong! This is possible in Klaviyo, though we highly recommend having customers confirm their subscription via email as a way to maintain good deliverability and collect real, engaged profiles.That said, if you wish to remove the double opt-in process, follow these steps on setting up single opt-in. Once you do so, people will be added to your list without having to confirm their subscription in an email.
