[Klaviyo Status] Delays in Real-Time Segmentation + Intermittent Issue with App Accessibility
Hello Community! Klaviyo is currently experiencing two incidents:Delays in Real-Time Segmentation Delays of up to 1.5 hours in real-time segmentation processing. Flows triggered by segments, as well as segment-targeted forms, may also currently be impacted. We are actively working to restore real-time processing Intermittent Issue with App Accessibility Around 2 pm on 11/25/22 we noticed some intermittent outages and timeout within our application. We are currently investigating the issue We’ll continue to provide updates pertaining to both incidents on our Public Status Page. Change my sender name at top of received email
When I send a test email the name (brand) at the top of the email is dispalyed in bold. I want to change the name of this. I have tried changing the name by going to Account > Contact Information > Organization. and changing it there, then saving it, but it hasn’t changed when I send a test email. Should I be changing it soemwhere else?

Inflation, economic headwinds, and BFCM
Hey folks! Our marketing team just released some incredibly helpful data around how US consumers plan to show for BFCM given inflation and economic headwinds. For instance, 99% of US consumers are feeling inflation but 65% say they will spend the same or more on BFCM as they did last year. The report breaks everything down into 13 different demographics so you can properly segment, and looks at various retail sectors as well (fashion versus tech, etc.) to see how different demographics plan to shop in those verticals.
