Klaviyo pricing and packaging updatesCustomer-facing FAQ Why is Klaviyo making changes to their pricing and packaging structure?Klaviyo is updating its pricing and packaging plans to make them more predictable, easier to use for omnichannel customers, and to reflect the increased value of the platform. We are increasing prices to reflect the increased value our platform currently delivers and to support our continued innovation momentum.  The majority of customers will not see a pricing increase. In the 8 years since we last changed our prices, the Klaviyo platform has evolved significantly to help customers grow their revenue through personalized communications.  Our goal is to continue delivering outsized value for our customers, so we are increasing prices to support investments in even more enhanced functionality, better scale and reliability, and enhanced customer support. Understanding the new product feeds experienceNews

Understand how to use Klaviyo’s new and improved product feeds feature, which is rolling out to all customers between September 12 and September 22, 2022. Pricing and inventory filters are now available, and you can now configure the ordering of products based on a customer’s view history, abandoned cart history, and your newest products. It’s important to note that this release is backwards compatible. If you have existing feeds, they will continue to function exactly as before. I work on Fiverr, UpWork, PeoplePerHour as a klaviyo expert. I have helped so many clients and drive revenue for them through Email Marketing. I have already done over 60+ projects. Klaviyo Partners | How to get credit for clients?

Hey there,  we are a Klaviyo Partner for a couple of weeks now. Luckily, we get more and more of our Shopify agency clients to go for Klaviyo. However, we are still a little unsure about how to get credit for clients. I understand that there are three ways to get credit:  #1. Customers sign up via the referral link.#2. We create a lead in our Klaviyo Partners Account #3. We add a managed account in our Klaviyo Partners Account Regarding #1.   a) Where do I find our referral link? When I use the button in Klaviyo Partner Dashboard it leads me to a separate Landing Page of Klaviyo (see attachment). Regarding #2.   a) Does the customer have to sign up for Klaviyo by himself, or is it possible that we create an account for the customer and invite him afterwards (preferred way)?b) Does the customer have to use the exact same email address that we state in Klaviyo’s lead registration form?c) If we can create the account for the customer, do we have to use the email address connected to our K

One particular story I’d like to share is about a client of mine’s deliverability issues and how we rectified their particular issue, in hopes it will teach and encourage others as well.   The challenge facing our Klaviyo Client, WearMePro (WMP), was the concern that their domain reputation was in bad standing and that their emails were landing in Spam after seeing several sends with low engagement. Klaviyo Updates to Customer Support Offerings At Klaviyo, we want to ensure our customers are always getting the support they need. Whether it's through interactions with the Klaviyo team, consulting with peers in the Community, or reading Help Center articles, we aim to provide a comprehensive set of resources to help you troubleshoot. Please note that we are making changes to our support model starting on February 1st, 2023 for any customers on a free account plan, that may impact the level of support accessible to you as an existing user. Any new users joining on our free account plans our platform starting on December 1st, 2022 will also be impacted by these changes.  What changes are being made? Starting on December 1st, 2022, existing free users will begin a 60 day trial of email support. For any new free users, we are also offering a 60 day trial of email support for those who join our platform after this date.  No support changes are being made for any of our paid account plans

💡 Email Design Tip - Using The Date Variable with a Dynamic Coupon

Hey Fam,  This tip is a “nice-to-have” to help the user experience in the welcome flow that uses a dynamic coupon which expires after X amount of days. I’d say 99% of brands are using an welcome discount to incentivize visitors to get on their email list.  So, naturally, that first email should answer the question - what’s my coupon code?! Yes, you could use a static coupon that’s the same for all your subscribers (ie. WELCOME15), but a few issues I have with that:It could be EASILY shared amongst friends (I’ve done it) and found by services like Honey If you want to incentivize urgency, will someone believe a generic coupon code is actually going to expire (yes, my view is skewed because this is what we do for a living) Does it really make the subscriber feel special that it’s a code really for them? Probably notOkay, so what’s the tip?Here’s our setup:Dynamic code generated by Klaviyo Expires after X amount of days (let’s say 7) Reminder email after 6 days that the coupon will expire

Big News: Universal Content is Now Available!

Let the celebration begin! This long-awaited feature is finally here!  What is Universal Content in Templates: Users will have the ability to edit their saved blocks and sections in the New Editor and have those changes reflected in all templates where that content is used. Why and How Does This Help Me: Right now, whenever customers need to make an update to their footer, header links, or any other content that is reused across their templates, they need to go one by one and update every single template.This is tedious and can take some brands a tremendous amount of time. With Universal Content, customers can now save significant time and effort in creating and updating their email designs across various campaigns, flows, and other templates. They’ll also be able to better ensure consistency in their email designs.  Details:This feature is only available in the New Editor.
