Hi Community! As a Champion, I would love to share some of my experience with you all so we can continue to learn and grow together! One particular story I’d like to share is about a client of mine’s deliverability issues and how we rectified their particular issue, in hopes it will teach and encourage others as well. The challenge facing our Klaviyo Client, WearMePro (WMP), was the concern that their domain reputation was in bad standing and that their emails were landing in Spam after seeing several sends with low engagement. Understand how to use Klaviyo’s new and improved product feeds feature, which is rolling out to all customers between September 12 and September 22, 2022. Pricing and inventory filters are now available, and you can now configure the ordering of products based on a customer’s view history, abandoned cart history, and your newest products. It’s important to note that this release is backwards compatible. If you have existing feeds, they will continue to function exactly as before. If you open them in the new editor, your preexisting feed setup will be mapped to the new settings, and you will be able to edit it using the new settings. Hey there, we are a Klaviyo Partner for a couple of weeks now. Luckily, we get more and more of our Shopify agency clients to go for Klaviyo. However, we are still a little unsure about how to get credit for clients. I understand that there are three ways to get credit: #1. Customers sign up via the referral link.#2. We create a lead in our Klaviyo Partners Account #3. We add a managed account in our Klaviyo Partners Account Regarding #1. a) Where do I find our referral link? When I use the button in Klaviyo Partner Dashboard it leads me to a separate Landing Page of Klaviyo (see attachment). Regarding #2. a) Does the customer have to sign up for Klaviyo by himself, or is it possible that we create an account for the customer and invite him afterwards (preferred way)?b) Does the customer have to use the exact same email address that we state in Klaviyo’s lead registration form?c) If we can create the account for the customer, do we have to use the email address connected to our K

Hi everyone,We are running Facebook Ads to collect leads offering free lead magnets.I just set up the Facebook integration via LeadsBridge to find out that it's a paid service. That's really sad especially after spending a whole day to trying setup and configure it so it would work seamlessly with Klaviyo.As I understand it's the only way to use Facebook Instant forms with Klaviyo.The other option is to create a landing page and send people there.What I am wondering if anyone can tell from their experience if there is a different conversion rate between the Instant forms and Landing pages. We are not spending on FB Ads so much so it would be worth paying extra for LeadsBridge integration.Thank you in advance!

Hey Fam, This tip is a “nice-to-have” to help the user experience in the welcome flow that uses a dynamic coupon which expires after X amount of days. I’d say 99% of brands are using an welcome discount to incentivize visitors to get on their email list. So, naturally, that first email should answer the question - what’s my coupon code?! Yes, you could use a static coupon that’s the same for all your subscribers (ie. WELCOME15), but a few issues I have with that:It could be EASILY shared amongst friends (I’ve done it) and found by services like Honey If you want to incentivize urgency, will someone believe a generic coupon code is actually going to expire (yes, my view is skewed because this is what we do for a living) Does it really make the subscriber feel special that it’s a code really for them? Probably notOkay, so what’s the tip?Here’s our setup:Dynamic code generated by Klaviyo Expires after X amount of days (let’s say 7) Reminder email after 6 days that the coupon will expire

What is missing from Klaviyo is a white glove treatment from an expert from Klaviyo. By providing this tool, you are assuming everyone wants to become an expert with Klaviyo and has countless hours to learn. The issue is many « experts » from many tasks websites claim to be experts in Klaviyo and all they end up doing is setting up some basic flows. What would be beneficial is a Klaviyo service that can look at your current implementation, fine tune the flows based on best practices. We would then simply manage the process going forward and take our time understanding the whole system in an optimized state … the alternative is to piecemeal a few flows while you are live and learn on your clients …. not a great idea!
