Custom Analytics lets you dig into your performance in seconds, without copy-pasting from various sources. Understand how to use Klaviyo’s new and improved product feeds feature, which is rolling out to all customers between September 12 and September 22, 2022. Pricing and inventory filters are now available, and you can now configure the ordering of products based on a customer’s view history, abandoned cart history, and your newest products. It’s important to note that this release is backwards compatible. If you have existing feeds, they will continue to function exactly as before. If you open them in the new editor, your preexisting feed setup will be mapped to the new settings, and you will be able to edit it using the new settings. Let the celebration begin! This long-awaited feature is finally here! What is Universal Content in Templates: Users will have the ability to edit their saved blocks and sections in the New Editor and have those changes reflected in all templates where that content is used. Why and How Does This Help Me: Right now, whenever customers need to make an update to their footer, header links, or any other content that is reused across their templates, they need to go one by one and update every single template.This is tedious and can take some brands a tremendous amount of time. With Universal Content, customers can now save significant time and effort in creating and updating their email designs across various campaigns, flows, and other templates. Klaviyo Updates to Customer Support Offerings At Klaviyo, we want to ensure our customers are always getting the support they need. Whether it's through interactions with the Klaviyo team, consulting with peers in the Community, or reading Help Center articles, we aim to provide a comprehensive set of resources to help you troubleshoot. Please note that we are making changes to our support model starting on February 1st, 2023 for any customers on a free account plan, that may impact the level of support accessible to you as an existing user. Any new users joining on our free account plans our platform starting on December 1st, 2022 will also be impacted by these changes. What changes are being made? Starting on December 1st, 2022, existing free users will begin a 60 day trial of email support. For any new free users, we are also offering a 60 day trial of email support for those who join our platform after this date. No support changes are being made for any of our paid account plans
Klaviyo Partners | How to get credit for clients?
Hey there, we are a Klaviyo Partner for a couple of weeks now. Luckily, we get more and more of our Shopify agency clients to go for Klaviyo. However, we are still a little unsure about how to get credit for clients. I understand that there are three ways to get credit: #1. Customers sign up via the referral link.#2. We create a lead in our Klaviyo Partners Account #3. We add a managed account in our Klaviyo Partners Account Regarding #1. a) Where do I find our referral link? When I use the button in Klaviyo Partner Dashboard it leads me to a separate Landing Page of Klaviyo (see attachment). Regarding #2. a) Does the customer have to sign up for Klaviyo by himself, or is it possible that we create an account for the customer and invite him afterwards (preferred way)?b) Does the customer have to use the exact same email address that we state in Klaviyo’s lead registration form?c) If we can create the account for the customer, do we have to use the email address connected to our K

Leads Generation via Facebook Ads. Instant Forms vs Landing Page
Hi everyone,We are running Facebook Ads to collect leads offering free lead magnets.I just set up the Facebook integration via LeadsBridge to find out that it's a paid service. That's really sad especially after spending a whole day to trying setup and configure it so it would work seamlessly with Klaviyo.As I understand it's the only way to use Facebook Instant forms with Klaviyo.The other option is to create a landing page and send people there.What I am wondering if anyone can tell from their experience if there is a different conversion rate between the Instant forms and Landing pages. We are not spending on FB Ads so much so it would be worth paying extra for LeadsBridge integration.Thank you in advance!
COVID & Shipping Delays
A common concern we are hearing here at Klaviyo is shipping delays, especially from small business owners. What is your approach to shipping this year -- are you moving up your last day for guaranteed delivery emails or not offering guaranteed delivery by the holidays this year? Any other strategies you are utilizing to mitigate any shipping concerns?
