Hi,I tried to add an account as an admin and when the link got was clicked it said the link has been expired ask for another link. Then I send another and it still said the same. I am aware the link gets expired after a set number of hours but this all happened in the course of a few minutes and it still said the link has been expiredA little backstory: The account I added is already an admin in some other account but then a new account was created under the same email id and different account name after referring to klaviyos multi user article. It’s still running through the same problem tho
Hi, we are switching over from Woocommerce to Shopfiy and I can’t see how to disable our current integration to then set up the new integration. On the new Klaviyo dashboard, the integrations tab is not there. I don’t want to set up a new Klaviyo account for the new shopify store as I want to see the legacy data and use all our current campaigns and flows. When we switch over, we want all current campaigns, subscribers and flows to be available and working. Please can anyone advise what updates to these are needed to make this happen? I have read that some flows need triggers updating - please advise?I can’t get started until we find out how to disable the initial integration!Thanks,
Hello. I’m looking for advice. I have a digital communications preference center in mind that goes beyond Klaviyo’s default list opt-out experience. I want a page that allows the User to opt in and out of email, sms, and push for various topics.This is essentially both a subscribe, unsubscribe, and preference center in one page.I also want want to give the User a chance to decrease the email volume, as they should be allows to set a preference for “once a month” “twice a month” or “gimme all the email”Here’s a screenshot of what I designed.Please provide some advice or instruction for how to implements this type of preference center.Thank you!
i’m baffled what happened, I basically had an opt-in email list after collaborating with a huge national company for a competition and we got a really good participation rate, which meant I had 10K emails consenting to subscribe to our newsletter. Great, I didn’t think, and added them all to my email list via import, forgetting that each subscriber is actually sent a flow that welcome’s a new subscriber and gives them a discount.Of course this means over 10K people got sent a welcome email from our flow, not a campaign. So how did this work? I did get 2-3 notfiications that a few ££ had been taken out of my bank account, not large amounts, literally 2-3£. I’m now wondering whether klaviyo is about to destroy my business account with a huge bill of 300-400 dollars because they sent out 10,000 emails to 10,000 profiles? Hi, I recently set up a dedicated sending domain. It no longer shows via Klaviyo mail but it shows via my domain name on my mails. Whenever I check the mails of other brands it doesn't show up. Only their sender mail address shows up but no via Domain name.

Hi guys, I was wondering how I could add a free shipping bar on the top of my website at all times. I would like it to say ‘Free shipping for all orders over $50’ and as a person adds items to their cart, the number appears. For example, if they add a $25 item to cart, the banner will say ‘You need $25 more for free shipping’. Much like Privy’s free shipping bar feature that they have. I use BigCommerce. My site uses Matomo Analytics instead of Google - Matomo uses “MTM” instead of the normal “UTM” prefix in URLs. I’m trying to add custom parameters in Klaviyo Account Settings, where I’d like to set the value for mtm_campaign to the Klaviyo Campaign Name, however it is not an option. All that is available is External ID, Klaviyo Profile ID, and Link or Alt Text.Is there any workaround here?
The Klaviyo account is disabled before we do anything, which makes us inexplicable.Why account is disabled after we paid???We have sent many emails to customer support, Nothing helps from the current situation. Hey there, I have tried using the set up wizard to set up my viewed product tracking which I get the green text saying that it is enabled on my shopify store. However, when I check the viewed products analytics it is still flat lined even though there are definitely people on my website and buying products. I have tried redoing this but to no avail. Can anyone kindly assist? Thanks
A previous client has asked for us to remove ourselves from their management/as a partner registration on their accounts. They have already removed our access, so is there a way for us to remove ourselves from their partner registration now that we don’t have access anymore? Or is this something they will need to do?
Hi, I have a client whose Klaviyo account was suspended today (Remembrance Day) because Klaviyo was “unable to process last payment.”The credit card and billing information on file is up to date but we’re still suspended. Hi, l am posting here as a final plea that somebody here in the community may be able to help me! l have 2 stores on the platform Shopify to which l have linked the Klaviyo app to both, l want to set up pop ups and flows etc for both but the problem is Klaviyo are only letting me use one email address for both intergrations now ordinarily this would not be a problem how ever one of the stores is a pet supply store and the other is an 18+ store so l obviously can not have an adult store email going to a pet supply store and vice versa but everytime l try to add a new email for each store the platform uses that same email for both intergrations! Is there any way l can use each companies dedicated email address in Klaviyo? l have tried contacting support by email but l am getting nowhere.Thank you in advance!

Hi there, Recently I become a Klaviyo Partner Program Member as a Freelancer. So right now the badge is not showing in my profile, as you can see? I know the 9 numbers should be putted in the profile settings, but my main question is Where to find those 9 numbers ? You will say “ Go to Portal Dashboard, right hand size there is a Quick Links Tab, scroll down , you will see a Forum Key” , Is that you will say BUT BUT That are not 9 numbers, its showing like this k-002134397 ( It’s Showing 10 numbers ) , What should I do now ?
Hey, I wanted to change my avatar for my clients, I saw a post on this forum that said I had to create a gravatar account with the same email. But it doesn't work :/ So what can I do to customize my Avatar (the profile picture shown on my mail).(I use 1&1 for my work email).I already contacted the support klaviyo and told me it might be a problem with 1&1 (ionos) but what do you think about it ? My dad was charged (from Klaviyo inc. software) about 120usd on his credit card in the name of Klaviyo but we can't figure out where it comes from. My dad is a retiree, he has no business for which he needs Klaviyo. He doesn't even have a klaviyo accountIs it possible to go back to the details? could it be a hacker or fraud problem?This is the second time this has happened to him. We fail to understand.
