We have a paid subscription but the chat bot wont put me through to live chat human support.It just bombards me with useless links and tells me I need a paid subscription to access live chat.I’m trying to set up a new account and being forward to waste my time with this nonsense.
SO Frustrating!! I am doing everything to get the new card that I’ve uploaded retried but it’s greyed out and I can’t get in touch with the Klaviyo team because it appears that I’m not a paying customer (because it won’t bill!!!!) Can someone please help me! Thanks Eliza
Ive just signed up to Klaviyo but I cant get anything to appear when I log in on Chrome. It works on Firefox but I do everything on Chrome so I dont want to change. I’ve updated my Mac OS, updated to latest version of Chrome. All Im getting is a blank white screen.
So Klaviyo has officially rolled out their new overview Dashboard and removed the green circle charts...Clearly they seem to think this clean look is better. But for the life of me, I don’t know why it’s now limited the filter dates to only today → 7 days → 30 days.The old overview you could filter by month, 180 days, past year, etc - that was WAY better.This is so restrictive:It give us way less control over our data at the high level and literally made it impossible to see the total store revenue and total email revenue + percentages in one view, for custom date range or previous month.Really bad move.I seriously hope this is fixed soon...
I purchased Klaviyo basic plan in January, used it to its full extent. The results weren’t promising for me so i stopped using it but forgot to cancel. It charged in Feb, which isn’t a problem for me. Now it is trying to charge my card again in March. I had absolutely forgot about klaviyo during this period. I came to know when my card transaction was declined. So now my account is suspended, and i can’t find the option to cancel my account. This is supposed to be a prepaid service. If i am not using it in March and let me cancel it pls. Email & chat support is disabled and there is no call numbers available. So there is absolutely no way for me to approach Klaviyo team to resolve the issue. Please help. Thanks
Hi, my live chat has not been working for several days. It just says there are a number of agents waiting and then says Im “disconnected from the Wifi” which is clearly wrong when i exit the chat. This has been going on for a few days now and I can’t get in touch with the live chat feature.
Hi Klaviyo Community, This is a weird one and I’m hoping someone can help me. Many years ago I helped a brand optimize the copywriting of their e-mails and was invited to the brands paid Klaviyo account. I signed up with my e-mail address and all worked super well. I then forgot I had opened that account and last year opened a Klaviyo account with my business domain. I want to make use of the 1st Klaviyo account for another business. So I did the normal, forgot password and reset it successfully. I then returned to the log in screen and accessed my original account but I have very limited access. I can see that my user permission is set to “content creator” but I’m the owner of this account too as it’s linked to my e-mail address. The first name on the account is mine but the name of the account is the friends account I was originally invited too. Could anyone help me understand how to get owner access on an account that belongs to me? Thanks if you got this far!
Hi, we have installed Klavyo on 2 of our websites, omstrip.com (site in Italian language) and omstri.com.br. (Site in Portuguese-Brazilian language). They are the SAME website that just sell in different coutrines. Currently Klavyo is configured with sending emails/template in Italian language also on the Brazilian website. How can I configure the emails/template for the Brazilian site in Portuguese language instead of the Italian language? Thank you
We have created a sign up form. I changed the system email address, but it still sends the old email address in the email. I also corrected the address manually in editable e-mails. I want to know where I can edit the e-mail that the system sends when the customer has subscribed to the newsletter?Many thanks for help!
Companies that use Klaviyo NEED to be able to understand how they are trending on credits usage. How many credits were used yesterday, last week, last month, etc? Whatever is in account overview can be described purely as vanity metrics. They are not helpful i understanding if you have enough credit or if you are going to get charged overages at some point. This is baseline functionality that should have been consider an MVP feature by the product management team at Klaviyo because it builds TRUST with companies. Without this Klaviyo feels like another Attentive (not a good thing). PLEASE prioritize helping your customers (the actual users of Klaviyo). Is there anything currently being worked on to address this? How do we get this prioritized?
Hello,I need to change my company name and email address in my partner dashboard - but I can’t see any way to do this.I did read in the community that I need to create a support ticket and get Klaviyo to do this for me, however my business doesn’t have a paid account (as I predominantly manage client accounts). Is there another way for me to make these changes? I’m only just starting to onboard clients to Managed Accounts and don’t want them to be confused because the request comes from a different business name. Thanks, Amy
