250 user limit on free plan - how does this work?

I am on the free plan. I have 6 users signed up for my newsletter. However Klaviyo also has 142 other users which seems to be customers.Those customers (who are NOT signed up for e-mail marketing) seem to count towards the 250 user limit.I don’t plan on doing any mails besides welcome mails to new subscribers (e-mail marketing) and occasional newsletters - also only to subscribers (currenctly 6).How can I make sure that only those opted in for e-mail marketing count towards the 250 limit and not all customers?

GTmetrix (cancelled) page speed issue

Hi all, we came across a very weird page speed issue in Gtmetrix which appears to be (cancelled), and 0KB size. Our main question is: if this is flagged as an issue with a (cancelled) voice and 0KB size, is this actually an issue? What would that even mean, and is there anything we can do about this? Setup wizard email verification

Account Still Disabled.

Please Help. I’ve spent hours on hours setting up proper flows for my business and love this service. However, upon attempt to run them my account was disabled. I have tried reaching out to support via the chat but have yet to hear a response. It’s been almost 1 month and my account diable has yet to be resolved.. Can someone please fix this asap, I don’t want to switch services but this is hurting my business not running properly. Thank you so much.

Hello, @davidOur account is disabled and we don’t knowthe reason. I  searched the cummunity and saw your answer that new account needs manual account review. Maybe, we need manual account review? Hi Guys, I was just wondering if My main shopify account and its sub-domain for wholesale can both be linked to the same Klavio account? or would it be best to have two separate accounts for better tracking?  Cheers  Lachy

Email not pulling through GA properly

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking into our GA reporting as it is currently half pulling through to ‘Email’ and half to ‘Other’. I’ve checked that all channel settings are system defined and tracking is used on every email. Could anyone hazard a guess as the issue I’m having? Thanks!

Account confirmation email didn't receive

I have sign up a new account and set step by step however at the end of confirmation. my email inbox shows nothing confirmation email. i follow our instruction by checking spam or junk folder, adding the support@klaviyo.com into my contact, and update new email address but didn’t work. So how can i solve the problem? did any one meet this problem before?

Emails not sending because of an invalid SMTPAPI header??

Our account was disabled this week and it was like pulling teeth getting back into it. We were finally let back in and our account was enabled (yay!), so we scheduled a campaign because we had a large group of products launching last night.However, this is what the campaign looks like currently and no one received the email.Then, the email that our Klaviyo account has as the sender email, keeps getting emails from SendGrid saying “Invalid SMTPAPI Header”. We don’t know what this is and want help getting it resolved.

Account Disabled

On Wednesday, June 16th, I was scheduling my first campaign to be sent out but I got an alert that my account was suspended. I answered all the questions needed to verify my account and I still have not heard anything back yet. I read that this only takes 24 hours to clear up but it’s been 4 business days now. What steps can I take now? We are behind on our schedule because of this

Gmail logo/icon displaying broken link

We have recently updated our email icon/logo in Google Admin to what you see in the preview below.But when we send our campaigns it says the link is broken. I have 2 accounts with the same problem. It has worked fine for the last 3years until we recently updated the image.In GmailIs there a way to set the icon within Klaviyo?In OutlookHow do i make it show up in outlook?

HELP! DNS records

Hello! I have very limited experience with configuring DNS records. My Klaviyo account is integrated with my Shopify store (I purchased my domain through Google). The email address associated with my Google domain is “info@mybusinessname.com”.  Therefore, my default sender email address on Klaviyo is “info@mybusinessname.com”. According to my research, it seems like it’s best practice to set up a dedicated sending domain. I’ve successfully done so - my new sending domain is “send.mybusinessname.com”.I’m confused as to how this actually affects my emails. Apparently, it will remove “via Klayvio” from the senders address. More specifically:I’ve sent myself a test email prior to creating the new dedicated sending domain. I never actually saw “via Klaviyo” attached to the senders address. Could this be because the  test email was sent from me to my own account? Would “via Klaviyo” have appeared if I had sent my test email to a completely separate email account? Hello,With the arrival of iOS 15, I’m really worried cause it might affect Klaviyo email marketing of my clients. I am trying to look at Google Postmaster as one of the things that can support/help my email marketing. Hi - sorry but i am pulling my hair out.  Any help would be appreciated.I am a new business and I have 391 profiles available in klaviyoBut they are not all available in any list and I can’t find where to add ALL profiles into one singular main list.Im lost

Account has just been disabled

My account has just been disabled, even though I had it verified by a Klaviyo employee from the Success Team last Friday and was assured that I could send my campaign today (Sunday) without any problems.We want to release a new product today and I don't get any feedback from the support team via email.I am slowly running out of time and the project seems to be falling through.If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful!

Can someone from the enlighten me as to why my account has been suspended for at least 7 days when they said I should hear from them in ONE business day? It would be nice to finish my email FLOW at some point.

Logging into Klaviyo from Shopify

Hello everybody,I’ve recently installed Klaviyo in my shopify store and there weren’t any problem.But now I don’t know why every time I click on the app to enter, it doesn’t function, there is no new tab for Klaviyo, so the only thing i can do is to open a new tab on google and tap “Klaviyo”, which is a bit annoying.Does anyone have ever got the same issue and be able to help me to fix it ? Thanks
