Can't figure out why my Add To Cart metric isn't working?

Hi all,I’ve followed the instructions on how to create a custom ATC event here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001396711-How-to-Create-a-Custom-Added-to-Cart-Event-for-ShopifyI’ve added the script into my product.liquid page and also modified the classname value to reflect that found on my inspect element.The issue is, however, that I can’t seem to create a flow from an ATC trigger because it gives the error that “this flow requires setting up a special metric” - and when I click on the ‘learn more,’ it just brings me back to the aforementioned help page.The highlighted part is my ATC button found in the inspect element, and you can see the classname value is ‘btn product-form_cart-submit’. Here is what my product.liquid looks like:Here is the error, I can’t click “create” because I don’t meet the prerequisites. FYI, I did try using ‘product-form_cart-submit’ - without the ‘btn’ at the front to no avail. Any solutions? Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn’t find

Product feed images/thumbnails so small!

I can’t seem to find a way to display our product feed images/thumbnails differently/larger. We have a very visual product and the default is just too small. I’ve already tried making the product feed just one column, but it still appears as a tiny rectangle in the body of the email. Especially painful on desktop. Help!

Custom Font Not showing correctly in emails sent

Hi I would like to use a handwriting font for my name at bottom of email and have chosen Satisfy Normal 400 however when subscribers receive the email in gmail they get the fallback font.  I would appreciate help on this. Thanks

Gradually sending emails over several hours for A/B test

Recently did an A/B test for an email and didn’t have the option of gradually sending emails. Setup the test two different ways:Even split (50/50) Split 49.5/49.5 and remainder going to winnerWas only able to choose a specific send time. Is there anyway to throttle the deployment?

Links to Abandoned Cart Not Working

Hi,We set up the two following abandoned checkout flows- one is targeting customers shopping for a subscription (Recharge checkout), and the other is for customers shopping for a one-time purchase (Shopify checkout).We want to link both back to their saved carts, but having some difficulty. These are the link structures I’ve tried using:{{ event.extra.checkout_url }}{{ organization.url }}/cartIt either brings me to the homepage or shopping cart but it shows 0 items on cart even though there is an item.Thanks in advance for the help.

How to exclude contacts if they are in one of several flows

I have a few different optin offers and each have their own nurture sequences of emails associated with them. When I send a campaign I want to exclude a person if they’re in any one of many nurture sequence flows. What’s the best way to accomplish this?

Setting up flows to replace ReCharge Notifications

I’m looking for assistance on how I set up flows to replace the notifications (i.e. your order is coming in 3 days, your credit card is expiring etc.). I’ve already successfully integrated Klaviyo and ReCharge, but can’t figure out how to set up the proper triggers.

Hi.I want to have three pictures in a row (horizontally) in an email/newsletter. How do I do that? I cannot see the choice of 3 in the spit-block. Alternatively change the photos in a product (product-blocks allows 3 in a row)?Thankful for any ideas or tips.//Åsa

Hi, I own a web agency and I would like to send emails to clients to upsell other services. For example, if we’ve built an online shop for a client we would like to recommend him a maintenance service (monthly updates etc.). Another use case would be sending surveys to clients to ask them if they were satisfied with our service.Klaviyo was made for E-Commerce but does Klaviyo also work for our use-case?

Is there a way to show a specific category of products in an email?

Hi,I’m trying to create a product block only to show when a person has recently browsed the homeware section of our site. It is a homeware and clothing store so it doesn’t make much sense to show clothing as recommended items when they’ve browsed homeware and vice versa.I’m going into the preview mode and seeing that {{ event.Categories.5 }} is ‘homeware’ so i’m trying to show a dynamic product block based on that, but it doesn’t work, it just keeps on still showing clothing items. I’ve successfully managed to just show blocks based on the person’s sex using the person|lookup:'Sex' = 'Female' variable, but for some reason just can’t get this homeware category to work. Something i’ve also noticed is that the category number sometimes changes depending on the preview, it was 5 in one preview and then in another the category 5 was Trousers. So do I need to put the text homeware in rather than the category number? The store has multiple iterations of homeware, like homeware candles for ins

Why don't the subscribers from my Shopify Subscriber Box get added to my Welcome Series List?

Hi Everyone,New to Klaviyo but loving the features so far. Way better than Mailchimp and Seguno which I’ve used in the past.I’m having one small problem that I can’t figure out. I have 2 subscription signup areas on my website:First is the Signup Form popup through Klaviyo. These subscribers get automatically added to the “Welcome Series” List in Klaviyo. They all start receiving emails from the “Welcome Series” flow. This is perfect. Second is the Shopify Theme Subscriber Box at the bottom of my homepage. These subscribers get added to the “Customers” in Shopify and then get added to my “All - Newsletter” Segment (my full campaign list of everyone who has subscribed) in Klaviyo but don’t get added to my “Welcome Series” List in Klaviyo. How do I also get them included automatically into my “Welcome Series” List so they start receiving the “Welcome Series” flow?The site is www.sharetoiletpaper.com for reference.Thanks in advanced!Jeff

I have added the "Added to Cart" event for Shopify by following the Klaviyo suggested article. https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001396711#where-should-i-paste-my-snippet-3 I have a confusion, They have mentioned three snipped code.Does your store redirect customers to another page, such as the checkout or cart page, after they add an item to their cart? If the answer is no, you should use Snippet 1.  Does your store use a button ID to define the Added to Cart button? If the answer is yes, ‌use Snippet 2. Does your store use class notation to define the Added to Cart button? If the answer is yes, ‌use Snippet 3.  Now my question is, when customer click the Add to Cart button, a popup form comes.  like this,Then which snipped code should I use? If i have the the custom block and if it doesn’t work even after using the code, then what should I do.Please help me if possible.thank you

PRICE DROP EMAIL CODING

Mobile Text Size New Editor

I’m using the new editor and trying to use the Universal Styles to make the mobile text size different from desktop, but it’s not working. I’m using H1 on both mobile and desktop sizes but nothing happens when I change the mobile size. Sometimes, when I try to change the font size on a heading on mobile, it will edit the line height but not the font size.

Abandoned cart and different language

Hi,I have a WooCommerce store with multiple languages and I would like to setup abandoned cart notifications in the language the visitor has chosen. Now, in the community I have found that this can be done by country as on the image below.But what about bilingual countries? E.g there is a Swedish speaking minority in Finland and I would like to send reminders to those in Swedish instead of Finnish. Using the above approach would send in Finnish instead of Swedish.I have language available in the URL of the site (e.g. www.mysite.com/se/checkout/ for Swedish and www.mysite.com/fi/checkout/ for Finnish) but it doesn’t seem like I can choose checkout URL in my conditional split.Is there any other way this can be achieved? E.g. by using API or similar?

Abandoned cart flow: return to your cart button takes me to none/ any ideas?

I have set up a abandoned cart flow and its triggered  just fine but when I click on the return to cart button in the mail that is sent out I am taken to     And under flows in the url I have:  {{ event.extra.checkout_url }} I have even tried {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} with the same result. Does any one have any ideas?? p.s My store is runing on shopify

Instantly send email response upon link click

I want to create an “email trigger” (a la Ian Stanley’s teaching) where an email is INSTANTLY triggered when a user clicks a link (either in an email or on the site). This way we can say “Check your email NOW” for the response. ActiveCampaign has this feature.

Filter A Flow If Subscriber Has Responded

Hi Community, So, the first email in our abandoned cart flow (sent 2 hrs after the trigger) is a text based email that is short and meant to seem like it came from an employee.  We actually get quite a few people who respond to the email (the last line tells them to hit reply if they have any questions).  This email format does quite well when we test it against others. Thinking about the experience when in the customers shoes, we don’t want to send them the other emails in the flow if they’ve responded to the first email with a question (it would be kind of off, for example, if this was a real-life interaction - it would be like we have amnesia!). What we do is have our customer service team go in an tag their profile as “responded” and then include in the flow filter to only allow those that haven’t responded or not placed an order since starting the flow (among others) This is the email from the above: Curious, does anyone else track subscribers who’ve responded to filter out of flo

Using Klaviyo variables and logic from web feed?

Apologies if this has been asked, I tried looking before posting this.Can we ship Klaviyo code inside of a web feed and would it be parsed the same way once it’s received?For example, if I populate web feed content with a Klaviyo/Django {% if %} argument and logic, would it be parsed after the web feed response is received?Let’s say we ship a feed.footer component as compiled HTML that has Klaviyo logic for a conditional {% if %} and it wants to access person.id — would this work as expected?

Is there a way to move someone automatically from one flow to another?

I have some people going through a lead gen flow. Is there a way to have them automatically moved to our email list to start getting regular campaign emails or to have them go through the welcome series without me having to move them manually?
