Flows to only Trigger once?

Hello!I am trying to create a flow to send to a segment who purchase a product for the first time.Ideally, I would like this to only send to the customer once during their life journey.  How is the best way to set this up? I’ve set up my segment by categories based on Tags so it’s if a customer has purchased the product but I’m not sure how to set up the segment to identify the condition of it being the first time purchasing it. Or alternatively, how can I set up the Flow to not repeat? Since we do have some subscription based customers?Thank you for your help in advance. (:

Excluding customers from flows if they are already in another flow

Hello,  I’m currently in the process of setting up a replenishment program for a number of different products. We want these emails to be personalised based on the different products replenishment times and therefore have decided not to take the dynamic approach. This being so, I wonder is there is a filter to add into the flow where it excludes the customer if they are already in another flow so that they don’t receive multiple flow emails in one day but still receive any campaigns sent out on that day?    Thanks, Laura

How to manage bounced emails

HI,during the last email campaigns the number of bounced email addresses keeps increasing to a level of around 6% as opposed to earlier days(close to 0).What’s the best way to mitigate this problem respectively how to resend successfully to the addresses?Thanks Hanspeter

Edit / Translate default unsubscribe footer in plain text emails

Hello!I send mostly plain text emails and klaviyo is adding the default footer:You received this email from COMPANY. If you would like to unsubscribe, click here  How can I translate this? My emails are in Norwegian and it looks a bit weird having a footer in english. Thank you!

How can I hide Route package protection in the "order items" section ?

Tips on best way to optimize a video as a GIF for email?

Hey! So I have a lot of video content that I could turn into GIF’s for email. The issue is that my video files are super large so my GIF has to be like .2 seconds to be an “okay” size for email. Does anyone have any tips on how to make video files smaller?I typically use EZ Gif for when I create gifs. Thank you!

Newsletter subscriber not getting welcome email

Hi,I embedded a single opt-in Newsletter form on the footer of my website and I created a Welcome Series of 3 emails, the 1st email having no time delay; I want it to be sent immediately.I tested the opt-in form by putting my email and hitting the subscribe button.  My email address shows up in the Newsletter list.  All good!However, I did not receive the 1st email.  What could be wrong?Thanks in advance for your assistance!Mel

Post-Purchase Flow - please check my work!

HI there! New-ish to the community and wondering if this is the optimal set up for my post-purchase flow. Any help is greatly appreciated! I don’t want people bombarded with emails so here are the factors I considered:Weekly emails already include products (we don’t have tons of new ones regularly) and occasional sales Shopify is currently sending out a whole bunch of transactional emails: order confirm, shipping, out for delivery and delivered. 3 segments: New customer, Ordered at least three times, Ordered at least three times and $value over $500.Question 1:If someone places an order 3 times with $value over 500 and gets email C, then comes back 3 months later and orders a 4th time with $value under 500, how do I prevent them from getting email B?  Question 2:Does this flow ensure each profile only goes through this flow once? I’m worried about someone who comes back and orders “4 times over all time” and gets either email B or C a second time. Question 2:Since I wanted to be sure t

Update profile property with event variable

Before posting this question, I found this post I think my use case is very similar if not the same. I am tracking a “profile activity” with a “metric/event” named “Subscribed to List Key”. This “metric/event” contains one property named “list_key”.I create a flow which is fired off from the “metric/event” mentioned above. Then I have a “Update Profile Property” action. I am trying to update a profile property called “subscriptions” (array of strings) by appending the list_key to it.However, I try to reference the event variable {{ event.list_key }} and it’s just not working. Based on the post I found and that I am referencing in this post, I believe it’s not possible to do this. However, is this something that will be supported in the future?

Create Segment For Expiring Coupons

Hi, apologies up front if this is an easy ‘to do’, but I’m still on my learning curve with digital marketing.We offer a $ coupon code when someone subscribes to our email list.  I am trying to create a segment (and subsequent flow) to follow up with the customer that they still have a $10 coupon to use and hopefully get them re-engaged and purchase.  I would like this follow up once 60 days passes.I have looked in both the segment and flow sections and I cannot seem to create ‘when someone has not used coupon’.Is the best solution to create a flow for ‘someone that subscribes and not purchased’ in the last 60 days.  I was hoping that the trigger could be the expiration date of the coupon and possibly re-send the coupon code to them? Thanks in advanceMelissa

Profile property help

Hi,I’ve created an embedded form, and a flow to send a notification to our staff whenever someone submits the form. I want to pull the fields from the form into the notification email, but am having trouble getting the correct variable fields. I’ve mapped standard klaviyo profile properties to the form fields. Everything above the dotted line in the email below works fine. Below the line doesn’t: {{ first_name }} from {{ person.organization.name }} just submitted a wholesale enquiry form. Contact them on:{{ email }} or phone {{person.phone_number }}………………………………………………………...Address is {{person.address}}{{ first_name }} is interested in:{{person.tag1}}Here's the message they left:{{person.notes }} I’ve used the following profile property for tag1 in the form (it’s a multi checkbox):and this for the notes: Thank you :)

Home Address

I am new and just getting set up.  While working on an email I see that my home address is listed on the bottom of each email.  Ewww!Can I change this?  I know some providers allow you to use their street address.  Is this true for Klaviyo?

Send Shopify abandoned cart emails to non-email subscribers

I want to send Abandoned Checkout emails to Shopify users who are not subscribers.I have turned off the Abandoned Checkout emails in Shopify so that the email flow I created in Klaviyo will be sent but what if the shopper did not subscribe to the email list. There are a number of users in Shopify who abandoned checkout but they are not subscribed to my list.Is there a way to send to those who are not subscribed to Klaviyo and send these reminders via Shopify?Thanks.
