Is there a way to for a URL directly to take you to and open a mobile app?

When a customer clicks a LinkedIn Profile URL in an email, I need them to be directed directly to the LinkedIn Profile.On any desktop application, my Klayvio email opens directly in LinkedIn.On any iOS mobile device, my Klayvio email does not open directly in the LinkedIn app but in Safari.Is there special HTML to make this open directly in the LinkedIn iOS app?

How can I deliver a lead magnet via email and send the welcome series immediately after to new subscribers of that lead magnet list?

QUICK QUESTION...I want to offer a lead magnet (free downloadable) through a landing page with Klaviyo sign-up form for my client. And I would like to deliver the downloadable via email immediately someone opts in for it.One way I know is to use an automated flow (the first email sent to them) that will be triggered when the new subscriber joins the list for the downloadable. But that would mean creating a separate list for these set of new subscribers, different from the general newsletter list.I have a welcome series set up for new subscribers triggered by the general newsletter list. But I also want the new subscribers that opt in from the free downloadable landing page to receive the welcome emails immediately after they receive the first email that contains the free downloadable.Please how can I do this in Klaviyo?Do I have to clone the welcome series and make the duplicate to be triggered by the new list I'll create for the free downloadable?I wouldn't also want a subscriber to r

Is there any solution to create a public preview link for email campaigns?

I would like to share a link to our weekly email campaign but it’s not possible to open the preview link if you do not have a Klaviyo account. Is there a work-around for this? I know I could first sent it to a “Preview list” and then duplicate it, but it’s a little time consuming and there is a chance for making mistakes in the process.

Reply to email button

First question here and not sure if it’s going to make sense.I know that there is a code that I’ve just been shown that allows you to send a new email to someone (emailto:joe@bloggs.co.uk) but I was wondering if there was a way to reply to the email the customer receives through a button within the email? Maybe it’s a shortcut that I don’t need but I’ve been asked by my manager to see if it’s possible. We are developing what I’m calling a ‘spam buster’ encouraging people to reply to the email to help with a spam problem as well as lots of other thing we are trying.Please let me know if any one can help. Thank you,Jack

I have a birthday flow set up but just realized it’s one of my customer’s birthday, so I’d like to send her that birthday email. How can I manually send it to her? I set the flow to “manual” but I can’t find any place to actually send it.

Network Error: request failed with status 403 while creating a new workflow

Hello!I am experiencing a problem while creating a new workflow.I have tried to set the trigger up but when I click the “Done” button an error banner appears:Error bannerI can’t save the worfklow neither going on in the setting of the worfkflow. I have also noticed that if I enter in an existing workflow and I try to make some changes, it is impossible to modify it: the box starts loading without any success.Can anyone help?Thank you!

What’s the best way to improve Gmail deliverability and increase open rate?

We’ve recently integrated Klaviyo into our ecommerce after migrating from Mailchimp. After about 3 months of data, we’ve noticed that our open rates have dipped. In Advanced Reports, we’re seeing the open rate for Gmail recipients significantly lower (by about 7-10% each campaign) than other domains like me, @hotmail/outlook and @icloud.com, @me.com, etc. We’re also seeing a 0% spam/abuse reports from gmail in Advanced Reports, so we know that it’s not a spam issue.What’s the best way to encourage or get an increase in the open rates for gmail recipients?

Trigger based flow on Shopify delivery date?

Hello,I want to setup a flow that is triggered when Shopify records a delivery date for an order.  There doesn’t seem to be a pre-made trigger for this event from Shopify?  Only thing I found so far was a trigger from AfterShip, which I don’t to have to use.A Klaviyo support specialist told me I would have to use the API to send the event over from Shopify, but I was hoping there was an easier way that I’ve overlooked.Thanks!Roy

Why is the Background of my Email Not Showing Up on Mobile?

Hi! For some reason, the previews I’m sending to my mobile phone are not showing the emails’ background color. Works fine on desktop, though. I wonder why that is?

To use Klaviyo abandoned cart instead of the shopify email installed on shopify

Im confused on whether to turn of send abandoned cart box in checkout settings on shopify in order for klaviyo to send abandoned carts or leave the box checked on shopify so klaviyo can send the email. I just dont wish to send two abandoned cart emails one from shopify and one from klaviyo

Is there a way to automatically add someone to a list/segment from an email campaign?

Hi there!Okay, so I have seen this done before by other brands. They send an email and ask if we want early access to something and ask us to click a button if so. So I click the button and follow the link to a back-end looking page that says I have been added to the list. Is there a way to do this through an email campaign? I just want someone to click a button and be added to my segment. Thanks!

how can i create a trigger flow if someone opens a campaign email?

Is there a way to create a trigger flow once someone has opened an email that I have created as a campaign? Once I send one campaign email I want to send an automatic flow of emails instead of creating multiple campaigns. But a flow that goes with that specific campaign that was already sent out. Is that possible? What would the trigger set up be?

Low Inventory Trigger

Hi, I searched a bit via Google & the forums but wasn’t able to get an answer to my question. Is there anyway to enable a low stock trigger for styles? We have the BIS Flow set up but I’d like to set up a Flow that triggers when an item someone has browsed, added to cart, or abandoned cart with is on its last unit. Alternately, adding in a dynamic module that triggers when there is just 1 unit left of a style. I’d like to note that this is a shoe brand - so the trigger needs to take into account both style/size. We are on Shopify.Greatly appreciate any help and let me know if there is any other info I can provide to help!

Flows to only Trigger once?

Hello!I am trying to create a flow to send to a segment who purchase a product for the first time.Ideally, I would like this to only send to the customer once during their life journey.  How is the best way to set this up? I’ve set up my segment by categories based on Tags so it’s if a customer has purchased the product but I’m not sure how to set up the segment to identify the condition of it being the first time purchasing it. Or alternatively, how can I set up the Flow to not repeat? Since we do have some subscription based customers?Thank you for your help in advance. (:

Is it possible to pluck someone out of a flow?

Hello, I have a customer who abandoned checkout with email A and placed an order with email B.I would like to remove their email A from the abandoned checkout flow it is in. But it is in a waiting queue of thousands of customers and I cannot find a search function to find email A. Also, when I go to email A’s profile, I can see that it is scheduled to receive an email, but it looks like I don’t have the ability to cancel the send from the profile.Any help would be appreciated!

Shopify Variables

Hi, I’m setting up a Replenishment flow and I’d like to include the size of the item because the size of the item purchased informs the customer of how frequently they should repurchase (we offer 1oz, 2oz and 4oz bottles).I thought the variable for item size would be {{ item.line.title }} but when I previewed the email, the value was blank.  Does anyone know what the “size” variable for variants is? Thank you!

Create a Flow for an appointment booking. Appointment reminders.

I’d like to create a flow that contains reminder, day of and post appointment emails that are sent out around an appointment from my integrated appointment booking platform (zoho).I send through an event (to the track API) that looks like this:{ "token": "x1234", "event": "lwProgramBooked", "customer_properties": { "$email": "jason+twoweektest@hotmail.com" }, "properties": { "$value":"bookingStartTime": "2021-02-17 15:45:00", "bookingStartTime": "2021-02-17 15:45:00", "bookingTimeZone": "Australia/Sydney GMT +11:00", "bookingID": "#YO-00019" }}So the properties contain the booking start time.I want to send a reminder email 14 days before, day of, 1 day after, 2 months after the booking.How do I do this?Some of you may come to the conclusion to use the bookingDate on the “customer_properties” instead, and then use the flow builder to to build around that, similar to putting a birthdate on a customer. Unfortunately, this won’t work when a customer m

Why do my "View in browser" links break/stop working

Hi Everyone Does anyone know a fix or why my “view in browser” links stop working or break after a while, below is a screenshot of the error message I receive when trying to access one of these links. This seems to happening to me more frequently of late and I cant seem to understand why. Any help is greatly appreciated TIA
