Dynamic event data variable in abandoned cart flow is not working.

Hello all,I set up an abandoned cart and followed what I thought to be the correct syntax{{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.handle }}This was based off of this document.However, after messing with that for a long time and it never working, I went ahead and setup a brand new Abandoned Cart.  It appears that the language has changed. It is now the following…{{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}Is the documentation outdated?  Where can I find new documentation?  Are there other flows that are broken as well?Thanks.

Setting up dynamic block for 'Added to Cart' flow

Hello! I’m currently trying to set up the dynamic block in the new template editor for the ‘Added to Cart’ flow. I can see in the metrics that the ‘Added to Cart’ metric is working properly, however, I can’t find the solution to actually display the product, which the user added to his/her cart, in the template. It’s fine if only one product is shown, but for me nothing is working in the previews.  I’d be thankful for any help on this. It would be great if someone could show me exactly which formulas to insert in the dynamic table (and where) in order to show the right information. Only the product title and price is fine.  Furthermore, what would be the right formula to insert in the ‘Back to your shopping cart’ button to lead the customer directly back to the shopping cart they filled? Thanks a lot!

Create Segment For Expiring Coupons

Hi, apologies up front if this is an easy ‘to do’, but I’m still on my learning curve with digital marketing.We offer a $ coupon code when someone subscribes to our email list.  I am trying to create a segment (and subsequent flow) to follow up with the customer that they still have a $10 coupon to use and hopefully get them re-engaged and purchase.  I would like this follow up once 60 days passes.I have looked in both the segment and flow sections and I cannot seem to create ‘when someone has not used coupon’.Is the best solution to create a flow for ‘someone that subscribes and not purchased’ in the last 60 days.  I was hoping that the trigger could be the expiration date of the coupon and possibly re-send the coupon code to them? Thanks in advanceMelissa

Low Inventory Trigger

Hi, I searched a bit via Google & the forums but wasn’t able to get an answer to my question. Is there anyway to enable a low stock trigger for styles? We have the BIS Flow set up but I’d like to set up a Flow that triggers when an item someone has browsed, added to cart, or abandoned cart with is on its last unit. Alternately, adding in a dynamic module that triggers when there is just 1 unit left of a style. I’d like to note that this is a shoe brand - so the trigger needs to take into account both style/size. We are on Shopify.Greatly appreciate any help and let me know if there is any other info I can provide to help!

Bounced Email via Klaviyo

I’m new and setting up my first coupon and flow. I have been struggling with this all week, wasting too many hours reading articles and watching videos. I’ve submitted a ticket but Klaviyo has not responded. Hoping someone here can help.My coupon is working, and is kicking off the flow. Emails are not sending, though; I keep getting “Bounced Email via Klaviyo” metrics on the 2 test email addresses that I am using. Both are email addresses that I own. I have looked at the articles about why emails bounce and it’s not due to any of the suggestions in the articles. Plus, on one of the two email addresses that I used, Klaviyo set the ‘Accepts Marketing” to false.The emails are not full, not on vacation, etc.The flow is being triggered.Double opt-in is turned off.The email adresses are being added to the proper Lists.The problem is that Klaviyo is bouncing the emails.Any suggestions?Also wondering, does Klaviyo actually ever respond to support emails?

Why are my Emails getting clipped in Gmail?

Hi,So I have this issue from sometime now and need to solve it.Normally our email campaigns are not very long so they don’t have to be clipped but we do have sometimes more sales at once and need to show them all in an email campaign so, of course, the email is clipped and when I click on the “read entire message” link, the email appears so distorted that you can’t understand anything from the email.How can I do it so that it shows exactly how it appears in the preview mode, no distortion or moving parts. Could anybody please help me with some advice?Thank you in advance. Add to cart & Coupon codes that auto apply.

Hi All, I have managed to get a coupon code to auto apply in shopify checkout which is perfect. I am trying to do the same on a add to cart flow (Add to Cart Metric not checkout started metric) The problem is I can’t seem to get it to work with the {{ evet.url }}?/discount/Coupon name.Anyone got any ideas how I can get this to work.Many thanksDave

Links to Abandoned Cart Not Working

Hi,We set up the two following abandoned checkout flows- one is targeting customers shopping for a subscription (Recharge checkout), and the other is for customers shopping for a one-time purchase (Shopify checkout).We want to link both back to their saved carts, but having some difficulty. These are the link structures I’ve tried using:{{ event.extra.checkout_url }}{{ organization.url }}/cartIt either brings me to the homepage or shopping cart but it shows 0 items on cart even though there is an item.Thanks in advance for the help.

How can I deliver a lead magnet via email and send the welcome series immediately after to new subscribers of that lead magnet list?

QUICK QUESTION...I want to offer a lead magnet (free downloadable) through a landing page with Klaviyo sign-up form for my client. And I would like to deliver the downloadable via email immediately someone opts in for it.One way I know is to use an automated flow (the first email sent to them) that will be triggered when the new subscriber joins the list for the downloadable. But that would mean creating a separate list for these set of new subscribers, different from the general newsletter list.I have a welcome series set up for new subscribers triggered by the general newsletter list. But I also want the new subscribers that opt in from the free downloadable landing page to receive the welcome emails immediately after they receive the first email that contains the free downloadable.Please how can I do this in Klaviyo?Do I have to clone the welcome series and make the duplicate to be triggered by the new list I'll create for the free downloadable?I wouldn't also want a subscriber to r

Profile property help

Hi,I’ve created an embedded form, and a flow to send a notification to our staff whenever someone submits the form. I want to pull the fields from the form into the notification email, but am having trouble getting the correct variable fields. I’ve mapped standard klaviyo profile properties to the form fields. Everything above the dotted line in the email below works fine. Below the line doesn’t: {{ first_name }} from {{ person.organization.name }} just submitted a wholesale enquiry form. Grey background on logo - how to fix?

So I added a block for the logo (after removing default as it was appearing twice in emails) and the background is all grey instead of white. I tried changing canvas to white but that only turns the extent of the logo image white (being a png), not the exterior space. How do I fix this?

Is it Possible to Back-populate a Flow Containing Dynamic Coupons?

Hi!I have created a winback flow containing dynamic coupon codes.  When I try to backpopulate the flow, I get an error message indicating backpopulate would only work with static codes.Is there a work around for me to back populate without altering my coupon codes ( I have messages indicating that the code will expire in X days so need to use dynamic codes.Thanks

Excluding customers from flows if they are already in another flow

Hello,  I’m currently in the process of setting up a replenishment program for a number of different products. We want these emails to be personalised based on the different products replenishment times and therefore have decided not to take the dynamic approach. This being so, I wonder is there is a filter to add into the flow where it excludes the customer if they are already in another flow so that they don’t receive multiple flow emails in one day but still receive any campaigns sent out on that day?    Thanks, Laura

How do I call out the customer’s points earned on a post purchase email such as the Thank You and replenishment or winback emails? I want to be able to show the customer’s points earned or existing points in an email.

Order confirmation email

Hi, I have just done a test purchase on my shopify store and I received a shopify confirmation email and a klayvio confirmation email. How can I just send the klayvio email? I also received a ‘confirm your subscription’ email, I will add a print screen below. Is this shopify or klayvio sending that email? I want to turn it off. Thanks

Why don't the subscribers from my Shopify Subscriber Box get added to my Welcome Series List?

Hi Everyone,New to Klaviyo but loving the features so far. Way better than Mailchimp and Seguno which I’ve used in the past.I’m having one small problem that I can’t figure out. I have 2 subscription signup areas on my website:First is the Signup Form popup through Klaviyo. These subscribers get automatically added to the “Welcome Series” List in Klaviyo. They all start receiving emails from the “Welcome Series” flow. This is perfect. Second is the Shopify Theme Subscriber Box at the bottom of my homepage. These subscribers get added to the “Customers” in Shopify and then get added to my “All - Newsletter” Segment (my full campaign list of everyone who has subscribed) in Klaviyo but don’t get added to my “Welcome Series” List in Klaviyo. How do I also get them included automatically into my “Welcome Series” List so they start receiving the “Welcome Series” flow?The site is www.sharetoiletpaper.com for reference.Thanks in advanced!Jeff

Edit / Translate default unsubscribe footer in plain text emails

Hello!I send mostly plain text emails and klaviyo is adding the default footer:You received this email from COMPANY. If you would like to unsubscribe, click here  How can I translate this? My emails are in Norwegian and it looks a bit weird having a footer in english. Thank you!

How to manage bounced emails

HI,during the last email campaigns the number of bounced email addresses keeps increasing to a level of around 6% as opposed to earlier days(close to 0).What’s the best way to mitigate this problem respectively how to resend successfully to the addresses?Thanks Hanspeter

Why is Product Viewed Not Populating in my Browse Abandonment Email?

Hi all, I’m trying to set up my browser abandonment flow using the provided template, and the product viewed isn’t showing up in the email. On activity feed, i’m able to see what products customers are looking at, so unsure why the info isn’t integrating to the email.Is there an extra step i’m missing here? Thanks,EMily
