All my flows have stopped working - 2 weeks

All my flows have stopped working. We upgraded our shopify theme. We added in the new klayivo js but nothing is working. Flows are welcome (pop-up in not working). Abandonment, back in stock, and thank you for your order. I checked integration tracking but that is working and customer data is coming in. As something changed between shopify and klayivo? I am thinking this is tracking.Cheers,Sharon

Post-Purchase Pre-order Flow with Tags

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to set up an email flow for customers that purchased one of our pre-order items. The issue I have is that we only have certain sizes/colours of two products up for pre-order, some that are still in stock, so was running into the issue of the Placed Order pre-order tag not registering in Klaviyo to trigger the flow or add people to a pre-order segment.  Any tips on a workaround or something I have missed? Thx!

Why don't I see Webhook activity in a customer profile who went through Webhook flow?

I have one webhook flow and a few simple email flows. Webhook is triggered when a user enters a segment. when i check the profile - i see in the events dropdown  all my flows (and some other events) - but i do not see the webhook flow. Why is that?

Triggers Filters doesn't work

I’ve created a kind of up-sell flow in Klaviyo with some triggers filters that looks like that:When Someone Placed an Order → then these profile filtersthen → triggers filters but it didn’t seems to work because I saw no contant/profile entering the flow. I checked the website platform analytics and it looks like people ordered one of these products but didn’t enter the flow. Any idea why be happening?

Use Flow To Trigger An Order In Shopify

I am creating a flow which I want to include offering a free sample to the customers without any interaction from them i.e. Trigger > Wait 10 Days > *send sample* > SMS: We’ve sent you something > Wait 3 Days > Email:Did you like it?Is there a way the flow can communicate with Shopify or a shopify flow to trigger the order for the sample

Flow set up

Hi can someone please check if my flow set up is correct? I want to resent an email to non-openers after 3 days, afterwards they should just continue the flow. I am not really sure if time delay is correct so they will receive next mail at the right time or if it is extended by the specified time of 3 and 4 days and will take them longer to come back into the flow.  Thanks :)

Automated flow to people who have bought some product but not others.

In my webshop, there are products that are sold both as samples and as normal products. The difference is which items they are sold with. Therefore, I would like to know if it is possible to create an automation that is activated if some products are included and others are NOT included.

Personalisation and Dr, Mr etc

How do I prevent a person’s title - eg Mr or Dr, etc - appearing in a personalisation field? Eg, if somebody has their name as Dr Shirley Smith, adding a first name personalisation would end up with ‘Hello Dr’ instead of ‘Hello Shirley’.

If EasyShip can send the delivery info to Shopify, can Klaviyo then use that info? so i can use that data as trigger for post delivery flow

HiI have a price drop flow.It goes for a few days, how do i create a trigger in the middle of a flow that checks if the price is still lower then original ?Sometimes we have a sale and people still get price drop notification after the sale is over, im trying to prevent it.thank you

How to remove a segment from a Welcome Flow

My current welcome flow is sent out to anyone who subscribes to our newsletter - it’s set so if they haven’t made a purchase before they get a 10% discount code.I am now setting up a specific sign up form on a landing page where if you sign up those people to receive a value off their next order.I don’t know how to set this up. Two things:I would like these new sign ups to be excluded from the standard welcome flow as they will receive a different type of discount I would like them to receive a similar set of emails to my current welcome flow except for the discount (not sure if you can clone a welcome series and adapt?)I don’t know if I need to add some kind of condition into my current welcome flow that allows what I want to happen OR if I need to exclude these sign ups from my original one and have a second welcome flow for the new landing page sign ups?any help will be much appreciated!thanks

Products are loading the MyShopify address not the site address

This is something that has only happened recently. Wasn’t an issue before. But then, I have only really started using the Catalog function.After I send the email, my products, when I click on them take me to a XXXX.myshopify.com/name_of_item instead of taking them to companyshop.com/name_of_itemIs there a setting somewhere which I am not aware of?

Duplicating Welcome Series sending off

Hi all! Looking for some help with our Welcome Series. We have our sign-up set up so that new customers can select three different ages, and then the Welcome Series flow they receive is based off of the ages they are looking to purchase for. Therefore, we have 3 current Welcome Series (Baby, Toddler, and Elementary age). If a customer selects all 3 (or even 2) of the ages, they receive the Welcome Series in both age groups, and therefore are placed in 2+ Welcome Series flows and receive duplicates of everything.  I’ve tried adding a flow condition of “What someone has or has not done” → “Received Email” → Flow → Welcome Series Baby → Zero Times over all time, and then duplicated the condition again to take out the elementary age flow if the flow is meant for toddlers. I’ve repeated this and so forth to each of our designated flows, but am getting no luck.  Is there another way to ensure one person doesn’t get added to all of our other Welcome Series flows? Am I missing something / have

New Flow Builder is really annoying

Every time you move an email to a new part of the flow, the side panel opens up and you have to close it. Is there a way to stop this from happening? I’m just trying to reorganise emails quickly and not stop to close something I didn’t want open every time!CLUNKY!!!

Importing universal block cause error on new editor

Hi all,I decided to edit my email flow using the new editor. I imported a universal block (dynamic abandoned items) and the new editor is now unable to save. Auto-save keeps spinning at the top and every time I edit anything, this error comes up: “Unsaved changes will be discarded. Refresh the page to return to the editor.” Is anyone facing similar issues? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

Flow Recommendation Needed for transient customer base

We sell wedding party gifts - for newlyweds, for the bridal party and for groomsmen.  So our customer base only needs our product for a specific amount of time -while they are engaged or until the the couple is married.We have a 4 email welcome series that ends after about 2 weeks or when an order is placed.  Currently we have no further automation past that.  What would you recommend for an ongoing engagement campaign (or flow) to try and stay relevant during the limited time that our product applies to the subscriber.Would simply drawing out the welcome series with weekly emails (while maintaining the conditional split) be a reasonable approach?Any thoughts/advice are greatly appreciated.

How do I deactivate an abandoned cart flow that I deleted but it's still working?

I purposely deleted an abandoned cart flow and made a new one, but the one I deleted is still working! (because I still received the email for that flow). Now I have two active abandoned cart flows. How will I find the deleted one and turn it off permanently? Please help! Thanks.

Staying up to date with an on-going flow . . .

I’m starting an on-going “educational email” flow. I’ve written the first few so far spaced about a week apart, but I want to start opening it to people, then write an email or two a week to keep it rolling in close-to-real-time. (I don’t have the capacity to write weeks and weeks into the future.) But I want to build in a safeguard so if I run behind, people don’t accidentally EXIT the flow.  So I’ve sent the Time Delay after the current final email at 60 days.  Check me on this:If “Bob” has received the last email in the flow (eg, Email #4), and is sitting inside that 60 day holding period...and something happens where I don’t get Email #5 written for 10 days since Bob got email 4...I would be able to slip in a new time delay of 11 days, pop in Email 5, and Bob would receive #5, then go back to my 60 day holding tank till I get another one in there. Right?

Request: One-click toggle to add/remove date picker to campaign filter

Hi there, the campaign date-range filter is a constant frustration sorry.PROBLEMS1. Firstly, it seems to default to the last date used, which requires pointing and clicking just to see latest campaigns.e.g. Say you sent a campaign on the 24th but a colleague sends a campaign on the 26th. When you log-in, the campaign list doesn’t show their campaign because it’s defaulted to the 24th. This requires pointing and clicking just to see the last campaign.2. Secondly, it’s painful searching for past campaigns like last year’s Mothers Day or Black Friday because you have to click back through a year to create the date range (plus you have to know the date of the campaign).The whole point of searching is to bypass endless clicking and quickly find what you need - right?REQUEST: A one-click toggle to add/remove the date picker to/from the campaign filter. That way we could exclude a date range and search for a campaign without endless pointing and clicking.Hope that makes sense.Cheers, Ben

people saying they are not getting pricing but they open the emails

I have a flow where a prospect can will out a form and we send them a link to our price sheet. It is done with a flow and then a series of 3 emails. Every email has a huge button with the link to go to the web page with the pricing. I can not figure out why some say they never got the pricing yet I can look at their profile and see they are opening all the emails multiple times. I even have the link as a button image and text link. Some the data says they clicked it. THe weird thing too is most of the time I can see they opened and clicked multiple times. (See Below)
