True Abandoned Cart Flows on WooCommerce

I am trying to set up the added to cart metric on a clients store. He told me this is not possible t add the snippet with woocommerce, but I feel like there has to be a way. Does anyone know how to do this?

Did I set up my segment triggered flow incorrectly? No emails are sending

Hi there!I have an existing segment called “Win-Back Opportunities” with 876 subscribers which was auto created for me at the time I signed up with Klaviyo. I set up a Customer Winback flow through which I would like to have the series of emails be send out to all of those 876 subscribers right away (or at least the first email in that flow should be send out right away). However, I don’t see any emails having been sent out yet nor any subscribers being queued in, i.e. in “Waiting”. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong here? Thanks so much!

How can I make sure out of stock products from Shopify are not promoted?

I want to make sure out of stock products are not promoted in any of my Klaviyo emails.  Our site is on Shopify. Things like Browse Abandonment emails. I don’t want an email sent to a contact if they looked at a product that was out of stock Personalized Product Feeds:Can I keep out of stock products from entering these type of feeds? Thanks!

Thank You, Second Order Flow Sending Repeatedly - Shopify Integration

In the THANK YOU series flow, a client mentioned that a small group of customers are getting the second thank you email in the flow repeatedly after their 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th order as oppose to just once after their 2nd order. This is the first time I’ve heard of this happening.Could this be an isolated issue?  I have several clients on KLAVIYO with Shopify integration and this is the only client that has mentioned the issue.  Is there something I am missing?

Empty Email Delivered

Hello everyone!I have a problem in my abandonment flow (which I have recently updated, so I might have changed something!)Once a customer abandons the cart, they get an email - a correct one. Then, after a few minutes to an hour, they get another email - now empty! Sometimes, the third email comes - also empty. Picture below.This does not happen to every customer, just a few.I have no idea how to approach this. Any ideas? Thank you so much.

I am using the Browse Abandoment Flow that came ‘standard’ with Klaviyo. Something isn’t set up right I don’t think because I dont have any one that is ending up in the flow.Help?

Sending post purchase emails to profiles not in Newsletter

Hello!I’ve attempted to set up a flow to email customers based on their purchase information (eg. if they’ve spent $X on a certain brand). The flow essentially sends an email to qualifying customers, which contains a link to an embedded form on our website where they can enter their details and join the Newsletter, thus entering the competition. See below: Flow - Customer purchase $150+ value of FXD [brand] I can see that the trigger is working (I think) however im quite sure that there have been more customer who’ve met this criteria and not entered the flow. I also created a segment with the same conditions which has more members. Segment - Customer purchase $150+ value of FXD [brand] Could you confirm for me if ‘flow’ emails send to profiles who aren’t necessarily subscribed or in the ‘Newsletter’ list?Or rather if there is a better way to going about something like this? Thank you in advance!

Refund confirmation email parameters

Hi,I’m trying to setup a custom flow where we can email the customer once their order has been refunded.  We have integration setup with Magento2 and other flows work properly at this time.What event tag to use that will pull the refund confirmation # from Magento?  I can’t figure this out in Klaviyo.   Thank you,

Trigger made to order emails

Hi. Perhaps this has been asked before so I can’t believe we’re the only store with this situation… We sell various products, and some ship immediately and some are considered Made to Order (MTO) and take 3-4 weeks to ship. I want to set up an email flow for customers who order MTO products to keep them engaged while they wait for their products. So we want to set it up so that if Jane orders (MTO SKU 1234) she’ll get a specific email.There are 1036 SKUs out of thousands this applies to. Do we need to enter each one with “and” or how do we set it up on the back end in Woo Commerce?

Trouble receiving my Preview Email from my campaign test

Hi guys,I use to be able to send a preview email to my coworkers and myself before sending out a campaign. Since today, the preview email only sends to 1 person on 4, which I can’t explain why. Hi There, I am noticing that lately my new subscribers are not going into the newsletter list. On of the last even added some products in the cart but I can’t see it in Klaviyo stats and so not triggering any abbandonned cart email.any help?thanks

Apoplogies, I’m really new to this.What does the term "wait until person's created" mean?To put this into context, I’m trying to set up the Countdown to Birthday flow and the target date delay says simply “wait until person’s created” - and I don’t know what this means. Can anyone help me out, please?

Creating a Product Review

Hey Everyone, I’m trying to create a Product Review flow where after 14 days of their purchase, with filters for only specific products, they’ll get an email with the Product Name/URL they they purchased to leave a review for it.However, I can’t seem to figure out what properties I need inside the email.. for this to work.

Klaviyo Popup not working

My created Klayvio popup for exit intent does not seem to be working.  I have it set to appear to all visitors without a delay to test, cleared the cache.  It may be incompatible with another app that I’m using.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

API - revenue not matching UI and list of events in each flow

We're having trouble matching up data we're pulling to what's in the Klaviyo UI. We're trying to analyze metrics at specific steps within flows. We're currently pulling the metrics timeline endpoint (https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/metrics/timeline) for all events and trying to match up the events revenue to what's in the UI, but having trouble in doing so. For many events it seems we have no revenue data from the API, whereas in the UI we are seeing it. Also, we're wondering if there's a way in the API to see the full list of events in each flow? Ideally we could get a flow_id and event_id with metrics for a given time period. Thank you, Wing

Date Properties are not visible in Flow Trigger filter

I am sending a metric(Natal Client) to Klaviyo with 2 properties. One is string type(Natal Type) while other is date type(Natal Date). But date type property is not visible in dropdown of Trigger Filter of Flow. Can someone help me figure out why this could be happening.

Sending confirmation emails on orders with custom product options

We have clients who allow for products to have custom add-ons added during checkout.  For example, jersey comes with no name or number on the back and customer selects to print a number as well as the player name on the back.  That’s a custom option that not every customer selects.In klaviyo order confirmation email template, how can we be sure to show that using event parameters coming from Magento 2?  I’m looking at the preview and going through all the fields but I don’t see the custom event that holds this information.  Has anyone done something like this?  I know transactional emails are not the bread and butter of Klaviyo features but I’d love some input from anyone who’s done this, especially with Magento 2.

Hello,I have that problem, i started flows with abandoned checkout, everyting is fine on preview,  ( photo 1) but after send testing e-mail buttons are not clickable and i dont see the photo, why? (photo 2)

Language settings for newsletter?

 Currently our shopify store has 2 languages, so we have two sets of newsletter, english & spanish. How can we add this 'condition' for email flows such as abandon cart, browse abandonment etc.?
