Klaviyo offers a true abandoned cart flow (as opposed to an abandoned checkout flow) by allowing us to use the Shopify Add To Cart trigger. My question is why is the default flow configured so that the CTA button takes the customer back to the product that was added to the cart rather than the cart itself? How do I configure it so that when the customer clicks on the CTA button they are taken to their shopping cart?
I want a flow to be conditional on Placed Order = 1 (then send ‘Welcome’ email) and then checking that Fulfilled = 1 (then, after 4 days to wait for item delivery, send ‘How is it?’ email).Query is, if conditional Fulfilled is still 0 when I do the check I want the flow to loop back and check Fulfilled again one day later. If still Fulfilled is 0, wait another day, etc, etc. How do I construct this?I want to avoid putting in a fixed waiting time eg. 10 days before I send the ‘How is it?’ email. Reason being, sometimes I have inventory for immediate fufilling and sometimes I wait for it to arrive from other business locations before I can Fulfill, so inventory fill time can be from 1 day to 4 days. I only want to send that email after I know the order has been Fulfilled.
I have a 4 step welcome flow, and customers are being skipped after the 1st step. I had smart sending on but I since turned it off. IDK why having it on would affect it though because I wasn’t sending other emails. Can I backflow all these skipped recipients? What should I fix?
Hi,I would like to send a monthly newsletter that contains a selection of the new products added to my site in the past 30 days.I have set up a product feed in Klaviyo that contains only the new items, and I have added this feed into an email template. Easy so far. What I can’t figure out is how to get Klaviyo to automatically send the email out every 30 days. I tried setting it up as a Campaign, but I don’t want to have to log in and manually send it, and I would prefer not to set up 6-12 emails with future scheduling in advance if I can help it (and anyway, it would be great if I could do A/B testing on send times). I tried to create a flow with a time delay, but it doesn’t look like you can create a loop. I guess I could just keep adding 30-day time delays and cloning the emails for a year or two in advance, but that seems onerous.Does anyone know if Klaviyo supports a more sophisticated and easy way to do this?Thanks,Max

Can someone check my triggers for the Abandont Cart. I have these three flows, but see that the Abandoned Cart has not worked at all. Are my triggers wrong? My Abandoned Checkout and Browse Abandonment have been sending. They all have Smart Sending on, but I’m not sure if that’s the problem.

HelloI am looking to set up a flow that sends different emails to customers based on their shopify order tag.I know that I need to set up the conditional split using ‘Properties about someone’ but I then have 3 options when it comes to the tag:Order tag Shopify order tag Shopify tagsThe tag that I have got on my Shopify orders are DPD Delivery, DHL Delivery and Home Delivery - but I’ve tried all 3 different types of tags and all different ways to enter the tag name and I can’t get the right customers to flow towards the right communication. Argh!Please help - I know that it’s simple but I just can’t get there.
So I added a block for the logo (after removing default as it was appearing twice in emails) and the background is all grey instead of white. I tried changing canvas to white but that only turns the extent of the logo image white (being a png), not the exterior space. How do I fix this?
