Any way to "click and copy" discount code from an email?

Hi all,A client wants to allow customers to “click and copy” the Klaviyo discount code to their clipboard and be taken to the cart to “paste” that code into the coupon field.  I guess they’re trying to make it easier for a customer to use the coupon code, but I’m not sure how this can be done in Klaviyo email.

Insert property variable in text block shows quotes and brackets within emails

Hi,I am using the results of a quiz to customize an email. I am able to retrieve the quiz data using property variables. But when the email gets sent, the variables show up with square brackets and quotes as shown below. Order confirmation email customization - syntax error

Hello, i wanted to customize the order confirmation email a bit and to do so, i used the email template provided by klaviyo. I want to show the order total in a different way (discount code, subtotal etc. on the far left, and the actual numbers on the far right) so I created a new static table of 2 columns and i copy pasted the part of the code that interests me in each cell. I attach a screenshot to show you what it looks like now. The issue is that it says there is a syntax error and I can’t find it. Help please Thank you

Margins/Spacers between table blocks

HiI’ve created a block using 2 columns with tables within each. What I want is two columns with an image and text underneath but I want a vertical space between the two columns . I’m almost there but can’t separate the two - see image below. I want to add some vertical white  space between these 2 elements It would be possible to do if the background of the table was white using padding but I’m using that blue colour as the background. So if I insert padding the space between is blue whereas I need it to be white.I feel like I’m missing something obvious here but let me know what you guys think.ThanksSean

Function libraries for email templates?

Is there a way to maintain libraries of our own functions for use in the email templates?“Don’t Repeat Yourself” (DRY) is an important programming principle, but our templates are built with a lot of cut-and-paste snippets.For example, we frequently use:{{ person|lookup:"VehicleModel"|default:'ride' }}...to say things like “new items for your Toyota Tundra”. This is sprinkled through a great many templates.The right way to do this is with a function, something like:def getVehicle(person)  # return person|lookup:"VehicleModel"|default:'ride'  person.fetch("VehicleModel", "ride")end...and then just{{ getVehicle(person) }}in the template itself.  It’s short, simple, reusable.is this syntax, or something like it, possible? Ruby, Python, Javascript - I don’t care which, any reasonable language will do. And can functions be placed into a file to be shared and reused across all our templates?

Day and month in Danish

How to dinamically display payment date and add specific dates to it?

I’m trying to build a payment timeline for a product, some sort of an installment timeline.  I need to do this automatically, so when the user enters the Thank you funnel, they receive an email showing a payment timeline. e.x.Installment Number Due Date Payment Status 1st installment ?????? Due Today 2nd installment ????? Pending  The due date needs to be the placed order date + 30 days for the first installment, and  the placed order date +60 days for the second installment. The placed order is the first time they opted for the service. I tried using different variables, but none displayed the placed order date and function properly. Something I used but this is relative to the date I send the email not the date someone placed the order  {% today '%Y-%m-%d' as today %} {{ today|days_later:60|format_date_string|date:'M d' }} Is there a variable structure that I am missing?

How Does A Free Shipping Dynamic Coupon Code Work?

Hey! I am just a little confused as to how these Free Shipping codes work in Klaviyo. It’s asking me to input a Max Shipping Rate, and I need clarification as to how Klaviyo and Shopify know how much to discount when the person is at checkout?Does that make sense?What makes sense to me is that somehow Klaviyo knows to tell Shopify to discount the shipping on any order that’s less than my Max Shipping Rate. But I just want to make sure!

SMS + Email Welcome Series Best Practices

Hi community! I looked but couldn’t find a best practice guide showing how to combine SMS & Email for the initial message of a Welcome Series campaign.For example, should there be a flow for SMS and a flow for Email, or should the SMS message be added to the existing Welcome email flow? If they are separate flows, will the customer receive the same unique one-time use coupon code in both delivery methods?Thanks in advance!-Bill

Feature Request: better auto-formatting of bullet points of copy-pasted text from Google Docs

We draft all our emails in Google Docs and port over the content into Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop editor.The main issue we have is with bullet points. On every single email, we need to perform these steps at least once. It’s definitely a pain and something that could be automated.I am aware of other recommendations to clean out formatting to give yourself a clean slate, but that takes even more time, because we then need to re-create all my hyperlinks and formatting again.It seems like Klaviyo is able to understand Google Docs formatting pretty well overall, so could we just make it automatically add the padding to bullet point lists as in the linked steps above ?

For example coupon will expire after 1 week after been sending.I don’t see any parameters to set dynamic expiration in Klaviyo X Prestashop. Show/hide logic not working

Hi, I’m trying to use show/hide logic with an abandoned cart sequence, as for a certain SKU the price is displaying as zero, so I’d like to hide the price when the added item event data is for this SKU. Whatever logic I enter it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve tried:person|lookup:'event.AddedItemProductID' != '10495' not person|lookup:'event.AddedItemProductID' == '10495' person|lookup:'event.AddedItemProductID' == '10495' not person|lookup:'event.AddedItemSKU' == '114e' person|lookup:'event.AddedItemSKU' == '114e'  Am I doing something obviously wrong?  Thanks.

Dynamic coupon code expiry (Shopify)

I am adding dynamic coupon codes to my flows. If I set activation at send time, does that mean the first time the coupon code was sent? or the most recent time it was sent (in the reminders)?Need to know so I can set up the expiry dates properly.

Can you auto applying combined or stacked discounts in Klaviyo?

I’m looking to offer 10% off and free shipping as an incentive.I know you can make stackable codes in shopify, but is there anyway to make it so that both disocunt codes auto apply using klaviyo? I’d be sending a 10% off 24 hours before, and wanted to know if I could combine this with the free shipping? Thanks.

Hi team,I’m working with Woocommerce and looking for the best way to fix my coupon-issue(s). I recently switched to Klaviyo and really looking for some help :)SituationI’m selling discovery boxes for $35. When the customers buys the full product within 30 days, the $35 will be discounted.Right now I’m working with AutomateWoo: everytime the discovery box is purchased, it generates an unique discount code, valid for 30 days and autosends an email, reminder and last chance. But I want to send out the emails with Klaviyo for tracking and branding purposes. From what I’ve read it isn’t possible to autogenerate unique codes for Woocommerce with Klaviyo that are only valid for a set period of timee. My solutionUse the Smart Coupons x Woocommerce plugin to generate say 100 codes. Make them valid for 1 year, upload them in Klaviyo and send them out to discovery box buyers.(If you already know a better way, please let me know!)The problem with my solution is:I have to manually generate and uplo

How can I celebrate each year for work anniversary flow?

Hello, I am looking to make an email for my teams work anniversaries for each year that passes by. Similar to a birthday, is it possible to say “Happy X Year Workiversary!”?  I tried using variable filters but because the custom profile property is a date, it doesn’t seem to be working as intended.

Black Email Background changes to white in dark mode mobile view. How can I prevent this from happening?

When I test my email on mobile view in dark mode the background (black) turns to white. Is there anyway to keep this from happening?  Basically, I want to lock the color in place so that any mobile viewer sees the background as black always.  Please help!  Attached are the top two images of the original mobile views and the bottom two are the mobile previews with white backgrounds.

Abandoned Carts - Better to show discount code in a sign-up form or send in an email flow?

Hi Community! I have had this question posed to me a few times recently, and was curious to get some input from my peers here. My go-to approach when it comes to Abandoned Carts is to enable an exit-intent pop-up on the cart page. This would display an incentivized message to encourage would-be customers to complete their purchase. After submitting the form, subscribers would then receive an email with a dynamic coupon code they could use to finish checking out. Reminder emails would also be sent to those who did not yet return to the site to complete their purchase.Now that Klaviyo allows us to display dynamic coupon codes in sign-up forms, do you find that this is a better approach for than sending the code via automated flow after submitting the form?Looking forward to hearing your ideas!-- Ashley Ismailovski

Can I have a different background image for each column?

Hi! is there any way to make a 2 column setup where which column has it's own background image? I wanna add text and button elements to each column (so adding an image alone won't cut it).It would be the same as it is now for sections but for columns. Is there any way to do it?

Deactivate a unique discount code?

We have a welcome flow setup that provides a unique discount code to new subscribers. Is there any way to deactivate one of these unique codes? When I go into shopify and search the code I want to deactivate, it cannot find it as they are done in bulk?
