check-out flow dynamic table

There's two problems I am facing regarding this ! 1. The currency is showing in dollars but it should be RON/€ , I have changed it in klaviyo and Shopify but it ain't changing!!2. Show/Hide Blocks with IF/ELSE condition for images

Hi!I’ve been reading about the Show/Hide function but I still can’t figure it out to apply it to my use case. I want to show image 1 to US customers and image 2 to UK customers and image 3 to the rest of the users. How can I use the Show/Hide function + the IF/ELSE condition to make this work? or is there any other option for this? Right now I applied the logic: person.Country == "US" to image 1 and person.Country == "UK" to image 2, but I’m still seeing image 3 (for the rest) when I preview the email for each country. Thank you for your help!

Unique code in flow not working for some customers

We’ve set up an abandoned cart flow, that generates a unique discount code% off carty Expires 3 days after receipt one-time useWhile some folks are receiving the codes and using them just fine, we are getting a handful of folks for whom the code doesn’t work. When I try the code in the cart it gives me ‘Enter a valid discount code’ error in Shopify.I followed the steps in this thread to check if it had been used, and the code hadn’t been used before. Any insight?

How can I add HTML code to my email templates?

As flexible as the editor is, there are many situations where you want to be able to add custom HTML/CSS code into the email template.  There are only three places where you can put  custom HTML.  The most common method is to add a "Text Block" and then click on the "Source" icon to add the HTML there.  You can also do this in the "Table Block" or in the “Split Block in the same way for the “Text” portion of the Block configuration.Here's a quick screenshot:

Welcome Unique Promo Codes

I’ve created a shopify coupon code. I read that with the welcome series it will generate 100 codes at a time and automatically afterwards. So should the promo code show 100 available? Or will it change to 100 available once the Welcome flow is live? Right now it shows 0 coupons available.

Errors with all Shopify templates

Whenever I use with any of the Shopify templates from the Template Library (for example, Shopify Order Confirmation), I get the “Message displayed without tags or variables” error when trying to preview / send a test even before customizing anything on the template! This implies that there are inherent errors with the Shopify templates that Klaviyo is providing.Does anyone have any insight into this?

How can I call a variable in my dynamic table that's nested in my event data?

I have tried to get this working both with dynamic tables and in it’s simplest form below, but it does not work the way I expect it to. Have gone through pretty much all the docs, so checking to see if anyone here can figure this out. {% for item in event.sp_hours %}{{ item }}: {{ item.check_in }} - {{ item.check_out }}{% endfor %} Currently I’m only having success with getting the day to display, but want it to loop through the days and list the hours. (yes, will get the day order fixed later).For the dynamic table settings, Row collection is event.sp_hours and Row item is item, but same problem - only shows the day.

Unsubscribe placeholder failing in AMP templates

Hi there! I am working a lot with AMP emails in Klaviyo. When I send an AMP template through Klaviyo, the unsubscribe link in the AMP code doesn’t seem to get replaced like it does in a HTML version. The email displays with AMP enabled but the {% unsubscribe %} is not replaced. Here is a screenshot and a snippet of the AMP code.<span class="vljjxnulex">You're receiving this email because you subscribed at triabeauty.com. We promise to use your information only according to our <a href="https://www.triabeauty.com/pages/privacy-policy" class="iaihtmkngu">privacy policy</a>. {% unsubscribe %}</span>Is there a reason that this tag is not being replaced in the AMP version when it is replaced in the HTML? Does anyone know a good work around for this issue? I think it is fairly important to still provide an unsubscribe link even in the AMP version. I would like the unsubscribe link to be the same as the HTML version for tracking purposes.

How to break a loop

Hello, Here is what I want to achieve: I have a set of SKUs. I want to show a specific block of text only ONCE if the sku is matching one of the skus on my list.I have this loop created:{% for product in event.products %} {% for package in product.packages %}{% if product.sku == '290002' or product.sku == '290003' or product.sku == '290004' %} Show this Text {% endif %}  {% endfor %}  {% endfor %}But in this case, if there are multiple SKUs matching this search, the text will be shown multiple times. How do I make it show only once? Thank you!

Why is my product feed image not aligned if the product name is shorter?

I’m Setting up our email flows for our business, and i’m struggling with one very specific issue with product feeds:When they appear on email, if the product title is bigger or smaller than the one next to it, the images appear wonkyI’ve looked under every style editor and but I cannot figure out how to set these images straight, I’m hoping someone else has had this issue and fixed it and can let me know how.Cheers,Dave

Upgrade membership tier and send out a coupon for incentive

Hi there,Our membership has 4 different club levels; classic for free entry, diamond for $5000 spending, sliver for $1000 spending and gold diamond for $2000 spending. My idea is that those members spend over the next level amount, we can send out $200 coupon and valid for 2 months as a reward. How to find a unique coupon code sent by Klaviyo in ShopifyTutorial

When a coupon is first created in Klaviyo, the corresponding discount will not immediately appear in Shopify—it will only appear after a unique code for that coupon has been generated (i.e., only after a flow email sends out with a corresponding unique code in it).Here, there are two unique objects: Discount: This is the offer itself, defined by a set of rules Discount Code: This is the unique code generated based on a defined discount Klaviyo uses Shopify's Bulk Discounts API to create a single discount, and then multiple unique codes for that discount.In the Shopify Discounts Admin page, you can search for the discount itself by the name you gave the coupon in Klaviyo. Why is preview text still showing rom the email in Apple mail Mobile when it shouldn't be?

AMP email template - conflicts with Klaviyo tracking

I’m trying to setup an AMP email template, but when tracking is enabled on Klaviyo, it tends to over-write some of my AMP template code.For example,<div hidden [hidden]="rating < 9">gets converted to<div hidden rating < 9 > This leads to ‘Invalid AMP error’ when I open the email in my gmail client because the markup is incorrectly constructed. This issue happens when either Email-to-Website tracking is enabled from Account Settings, or Tracking enabled when sending the Campaign. This seems to be caused because of Klaviyo’s engine allowing custom tracking events like below, which is in conflict with AMP variables.<input type="hidden" name="event[FooBar]" value="Foo Bar"> Adding  {% verbatim %} tags does not help to resolve this.Is there a workaround to this?

Making product blocks align to top

Is there a way to force product image/description blocks to all align vertically to top instead of center? If the titles below the photos aren’t of similar length, the tops of the images can be staggered to a distressing degree. Does not look good at all, much worse than if the bottom edges of the text sections were uneven. The image below is on mobile, where the effect can get pretty extreme. If not, a toggle for that would be great.

I can't open multiple templates at once in the new template library?

So…. there seems to have been an update in the last week or so to the template page that now when you click on a template to edit it poppsup with this preview window:  No  ‘open in a new tab’ optionThe issue with this is I can no longer open multiple templates across multiple tabs to work on a full campaign at once.As there are no tagging of folder structures in the Templates section I need to search by keyword then click a template then click the edit button and then do it all over again.A week ago I could type in my keyword and open 5 templates across multiple tabs easily and unlike many other changes, there is no “use previous version” button.I personally really don’t like this change and feel like it adds a bunch of unnecessary clicks to find/do what I’m trying to do -  but I’d like to hear what the community thinks. Thanks

New Editor: Feature requests

Hi There,We’re new to Klaviyo (migrating from Campaign Monitor) and have been using your new editor for a month.There are many great features that overall, are allowing us to create nicer looking designs -  control over line-spacing and padding everywhere is a truly a god send so great work!Some feature requests…1. A bit slow/sticky to useOverall, the editor is sticky compared to Campaign Monitor but seems to degrade the longer it’s open. Have tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari on Mac plus we have 64GB of RAM, an 8-core i9 Processor, and a 100Mbps (up/down) fibre connection. Have also tried restarting Chrome and the Mac as well as logging-out and clearing cache etc. There are definitely long waits (5-10sec) during auto-saving but also long waits (5-10sec) after performing operations like moving, adding and editing blocks. We haven’t timed the waits so maybe they just feel that long. There's also a window jump/refresh thing going on and you often don’t notice when the interface has stalle

How to set currency to automatically reflect up to 2 decimal spaces ($X.XX)

When showing an order confirmation, is there a way to automatically have the system default to two decimal places?  For example, if the total of an order is $44.80, the data comes in as $value: 44.8 (indicated by the orange arrow in image).However in the top of preview function, it states:John SmithPlaced Order for $44.80(indicated by green arrow in image)So, when I go to preview the image using this data, it doesn’t automatically format to two decimal places like US currency should and ends up leaving off the zero that should be in the second decimal place. (red arrow in image)What I want to know is how can I have any dollar amount within an automated email that uses data from an ecommerce store to automatically format to show up to two decimal places. Meaning it will add in the zero if a number is not already provided.  Additionally, I will need to know if there is a specific code to use for Shopify vs WooCommerce, as I have two different stores (and Klaviyo accounts) and need to hav

Why won't emojis render in emails?

When creating an HTML email and pushing via the API all the emojis are rendered as “?”I have tried different encoding but it seems to be a Klaviyo issue, I would be very grateful if someone knows how to fix this!
