Building out templates on iPad

I spend a fair amount of time on my 12” ipad pro, and it would be awesome to be able to sketch out templates, however the blocks do not drag via touch from the menu to the template area. Can anyone offer a solution, or are we forced to build templates via desktop?

Text edit box margins disappeared

In the middle of writing emails yesterday, both the left and right margins of the text edit box disappeared. Happens in both Safari and Chrome. Anyone else had this? I’ve sent a help request. Impossible to edit the text as it is jammed against the edges and letters missing. I now think it might be a Shopify issue...

Email body is added to preview text add on iOS email app

Hi,  I’m working on a standalone email campaign with an html email template. I created a preview text and it works perfectly on most email client. With the iOS mail app the preview text I created also includes the body email text. I can’t find a way to fix it, this happens across multiple iOS versions. Has anyone seen it and can help fix it?

Klaviyo Coupon connection issue

The connection between Klaviyo and Woo is still working. But the issue is klaviyo creates coupon codes in woocommerce, but somehow doesn't pick up. Here is the response from Klaviyo about this issue:I have checked your account and I’ve realized that your integration has a Timeout/Server Unavailable (10x, 503) error; meaning that the connection to the WooCommerce server is timing out before Klaviyo is able to locate this coupon in WooCommerce. You should wait until the Historical Sync finishes before attempting to create coupons.  Here is the detail of the coupon issue: we found Klaviyo skipped people because code can't be found “ABC" It's active code in Woocommerce and giving discounts on the checkout page  In Klaviyo the coupon is live  There are codes generated for “ABC" in Woocommerce  In Klaviyo mail it recognizes the shortcut and is tested successfully on my mail Statistics show Recipient comes into 'Skipped: Unable to create Coupon'     How can Klaviyo fail to create coup

Klaviyo images are not showing after sending into inbox

Firstly i use klaviyo drag and drop builder to make these sections but while doing sending text this images are landed as blank in the mail box . Can anyone know the reason or how it can be fixed?

How to create dynamic countdown timers based on send time

Hi all,  I wanted to share a struggle we've had when using Sendtric to be able to create those nice looking countdown timers that actually don't have a static end date but rather a dynamic end date depending on when somone receives the email. i.e. you're using a dynamic coupon code that expires in x hours. This works well in/with flows. If you're using CountdownMail as a timer I suggest to checkout this article I created previously For Sendtric however the input for the time you need a Unix timestamp, which in a way Klaviyo does not seem to provide out of the box (yet).The way we've set this up is to first define the {% today %} variable the way we want it so we recreated this with the following{% today "%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S" as today %} for more information on date values please check this klaviyo articleWe basically declared how we'd like to display the current time (which will be auto filled the moment the email gets generated and send).But having the current time is not enough yet for

Hi folks, I am trying to offer a $20 off on the shipping for people who have signed up. I have set the maximum rate to $20. However, if someone's shipping value is $50, the code is not working. It is showing $50 only How can I do this?

Can I modify AC flow to only display four products if more are available?

Where can I find a CSS or a HTML module box or like it, so i can create jump scroll internal anchor links in an email. Content heavy mails really need this feature so readers can quickly jump to any section of the newsletter. I can’t find it in Klaviyo.

Show/Hide Block Based on whether or not someone has placed an order

Hi there, I’m trying to add a lookup to my email template which would go in every email so that if someone has placed an order in the past, they will be shown an image, but if they have never placed an order, then the block will be hidden.Is this possible? My intention is for this to be the case for every email, but I’m not sure if I have to use a custom profile property or I can query the Shopify Placed Order event type for the person? Thanks!

Do you send newsletter-style emails with lots of content? If so, adding a table of contents could make your message easier to navigate. A table of contents allows recipients to jump straight to the sections they’re interested in, rather than scrolling through your full message. To add a table of contents to your emails, follow these three steps: Create your table of contents using anchor links  Apply the anchors to your email content  Test your linksStep 1: Create your table of contentsIn the template editor, drag a text block into the top of your message. Add each section title to a new line. Once you’ve added the text, click Source to open up the source code for the block. I can´t change the font after test sending

Hello community!I hope someone can support me here. I am a Newbie with Klaviyo and I started my first campaign: a back in stock newsletter. I guess I chose a wrong font, because it  was sent out with PALATINO and looked really ugly when I tested it. Now I cloned the campaign and edited it, but I can´t change the font from PALATINO to something else. I have different options like Arial, Verdana etc. (standard fonts), but it stays the same...I can´t change the font size either. I checked the CSS and here it showed the new font I chose - so is that a BUG?Please help me!Thanks a lot,Trini

Static product block cannot be cloned in templates across accounts

Hello,I've noticed an issue with the new cloning feature. It appears that static products cannot be cloned from one account to another. Specifically, when I add static products to a template or campaign in one account and clone it, the product blocks appear empty when I open the cloned template or campaign in another account. Just to clarify, all static products are accessible across all our accounts.Previously, before the introduction of the new cloning feature, this process worked seamlessly, with all products being cloned along with the template or campaign. Our workflow typically involved creating a campaign, saving it as a template in one account, and then cloning it to another account.If this change is intentional, it presents a significant inconvenience as it now requires much more manual work. Could we please revert to the previous functionality, or if there's something I'm missing, could someone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Kind regards,  Julia

When I click save in the editor I see a warning "Changes may not be saved"

Hi There,Both Christina and I keep seeing a weird warning in Chrome for Mac whenever we click save - see attached. It’s been happening for a few months now and we’ve both upgraded and restarted Chrome as well as updated MacOS in that time but still see the issue.Any help much appreciated, obviously we don’t want to lose any work so the warning is confusing - no?Cheers, BenP.S. Wishlist King and Klaviyo integration

Hi there,  We have recently integrated Wishlist King to our Klaviyo account but I am unsure how to set up the email flow template. We would like it to show a dynamic set of products that have been added to a customer’s wishlist. The app embed is integrated with our new Shopify theme (which isn’t live yet), but I need instructions of how to set up the email template with the dynamic block of products so that we can make the flow live when the theme is also published in a few days.Is there a specific block I can add (as with 50%-off products, for example) or do I need to do it with a code (if so what would this be)?
