Product Images and Event Properties not populating on all Profiles in Product Block

HiFor some reason Product Images and Event Properties are not populating on all Profiles in the Product Block. I have tested by adding and removing the the price and product descriptions, and they both show fine, however the product image doesn't.Also the when the product image doesn't show, the "Shop Now", button doesn't work either.I have tested it through preview mode and email tests, and the same results both ways.Some are registered profiles and some aren't. Some are first time visitors and some returning, there seems to be no real pattern. They all have emails as well.I have checked stock levels, and they all had stock at the time of testing.This is currently happening in a Browse Abandonment Flow - for Viewed Product.Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks.

Image Optimization in Klaviyo - Does it Exist?

Hi, folks. I’ve been looking for image optimization options in Klaviyo and really haven’t found what I need. In MailChimp, the size of images is auto-detected and the tool will warn you about blowing up inboxes on mobile clients. From there’s it’s pretty much a one-click option to shrink the image. Does this feature exist in Klaviyo? If not, why?

I tried to update the unsubscribed: {% unsubscribe%} font color in the email , but failed. It works on other hyperlink but not the unsubscribed syntax, any tricks to change the color ?

Add personalized HTML to email template

Hi, I’m trying to add a personalized HTML snippet to my email template for every customer.I collect external data, create a new profile through Zapier, assign an HTML code snippet as a custom property to the profile and I then want to add that HTML code to an email, but every time I try to do that, the HTML code only shows up as plain text and isn’t recognized as HTML.This is how the email looks for the customer. The code is showing up as plain textCould you help me out with this?Thanks!

MacOS - Paste often not working in Chrome for Mac

Hi There,Increasingly, we can’t paste text into the Klaviyo text editor. This started happening intermittently some time 2(ish) weeks ago?We see this behaviour on two different Macs.Have tried…Double-checking that paste is working by pasting into other apps like Text Edit Tried using the menus to paste instead of shortcuts Tried using ‘Paste & match style’ Updating Chrome to the latest buildWorkarounds...Interestingly, we can paste if we switch to HTML suggesting it’s a rich text editor thang.  The only other way to fix is to logout of Klaviyo, restart the Mac, then re-launch/login etc (simply re-launching Chrome doesn’t work).Does anyone know how to permanently fix? It’s incredibly frustrating!Any help much appreciated.Cheers, BenArm64 MacOS 13.6.3 Chrome 121.0.6167.85

My Logo is Blurry in my newsletter

I’m a graphics professional, so I understand dimensions and resolution. I have created my logo to the exact size I want. It’s from a vector graphic, so sizing is no problem. My logo is tack sharp in Photoshop. I’m exporting as a .png.It’s blurry in my newsletter. I am viewing on a Retina display and they do say it’s best to do graphics 2x the size. However, if I make my logo bigger though and resize in Klaviyo, it really looks bad. How can I get my logo sharp? As you can see, my other graphic is quite sharp. Thank you.

Building a dynamic table block using event dataTutorial

Displaying relevant products is a staple of any email marketing strategy. None is more important than the use of a dynamic table block to highlight products users have abandoned or have purchased.Dynamic event data will only show when the email is inside of an event based flow (abandoned cart, etc). For this example, I will be talking about abandoned cart, but this process can be used with other event triggers as well. This data shows information on what the customer did when on your website. In a flow email, add in a table block. Under table settings, turn to Dynamic. Go to preview tool for started checkout, find the repeating beginning variable for each item. IE: for price, name, quantity each of these begin with ‘event.extra.line_items’. This repeating string will be used for the row collection under table settings. Add in just the repeating string for row collection, nothing else. So, event.extra.line_items under row collection. Row alias can be anything you want, this one word wil

Why do I have limited mobility with sections in the template editor?

This just one of many problems, but… Why is the Custom Layout Feature have limited placement? You can only use it at the top or the bottom of the section, but not inside of the section. I’m amazed how a company with so much development power can go backwards while making something new.

Hello,Does Klaviyo have a similar feature to add a Message Body as MailChimp has?I'm sending the examples of what I need. Dynamic Products not showing in Abandoned Cart

First day of using this app and it already is broken. Seriously WTF  guys. 1. Shopify product feed says unpublished even though all the product are live on my site.​​​​​​​ 2. Abandoned cart flow emails won’t show dynamic product images.  Klaviyo needs to get their sh*t together.   ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Adding images side by side in an email

You’re designing your email, and all you want is to have two images side by side, but how do you do it? Well, there are 2 ways:Use columns. In the Klaviyo email editor, choose Add Columns to Email and drag it to where you would like your images to be. It will populate with text blocks by default. Drag in your image blocks and delete the text blocks if you don’t plan to use them. This method will allow you to easily include 3-4 images in a row and can be used with any content type. using columns to add images  Use a Split. In the editor within the block options choose Split and drag the block to where you want your images to be. The Block Tab will show a column editor. Under Layout/Types > Content change the dropdown for both columns to “image”, then click into each column tab to upload your images. Universal saved contentF.A.Q.

Universal saved content is a long awaited feature that we’re very excited about! With UC (Universal Content), you can save a section/block universally, add it to other templates, edit the content, and have the changes reflect everywhere the UC block is added. Or, you can add the UC to different templates, unlink, and edit locally - so the changes are not reflected everywhere, just in the one template you’re editing. This is very helpful for footers or other sections you use in every email, if a change is needed (ex: updating the link for privacy policy, or your copy for footer closing statement, etc), if the block is universally saved, then you can simply edit the content once and have the changes reflect everywhere the UC block is added. To use UC, simply select the star button to save and name the block/section. Now, you will see it is under the ‘universal’ tab next to default (screenshot below). By default, all saved blocks will save universally, but you can unlink after to not upda

Dynamically Selecting a Web Feed

Let’s say I have 10 web feeds, User A is interested in WebFeed1, and their Klaviyo profile has a custom property named feed_name that stores the feed they are interested, in this case “WebFeed1”.Is there a way to dynamically select a WebFeed1 and include only content from WebFeed1 in User A’s email without creating a separate campaign for each web feed or using a bunch of if/else conditional logic? I’m thinking something like: {% for item in feeds[person|lookup:”feed_name”].rss.channel.items %}//render something interesting from the feed{ %endfor %} Or something similar? Thanks in advance!

How to Optimize Email For Dark Mode!

Hi, so I have a question regarding dark mode. My client’s brand color is maroon so we are using this color in emails. And maroon color is turning in pink and purple when someone open the email on dark mode. Whether it’s a maroon text or a maroon button or a dynamic product block, everything is turning in pink or purple on dark mode. Is there any solution, tip or trick? Abandoned Cart Shopify Bundles

Hello,I have a problem with my abandoned cart flow.To introduce: I have a website where I sell single items but also bundles (boxes where I sell 6 individual products with a dedicated offer).I created these bundle product pages via the Shopify “Bundles” application.In my "Abandoned cart" flow the problem is that I cannot display the bundle product alone in my email with the associated price.
