When trying to add integration from Klaviyo (Magento ver. 1.14.4.1), receive the following message:Invalid WSDL file at https://www.mydomain.com. Received error message: "<unknown>:1:0: no element found." Please contact support or forward this error to your technical team.)  Any ideas?

HiI have 3 questions regarding the use of Adobe fonts:2.  I'm currently using the adobe font aileron. How do use the Light version instead of the regular? I tried different version in the snippet (Aileron Light, Aileron-Light, "Aileron Light", "Aileron-Light") but none of them works. How should I write it?1. All of the text block have an additional empty raw at the end of the text. If i delete this empty raw, the font changes back to Helvetica. having this empty raw really masses up my email. How do I fix this?3. Can I make the adobe font the custom font for my entire email style? changing it on every block is very time consuming.Thanks

Hi there! I’m not sure why this started happening, but I began to use the link buttons with the logo centered. It started out great at first, with the logo appearing larger than the links. However, now when I try to do it in an email, my logo is automatically generating in a much smaller size. I’m using the exact same picture and everything, so I’m not sure why this is happening…. please help! thank you!  

Hello,I’m working with hidden fields to capture lead source information.  During testing, I deleted all of the hidden fields from the button on the embedded form and deleted the associated custom properties from my test profile.  However, when I submit the form, the hidden fields reappear.  I’ve verified that the form I’m working with is the form that is embedded in the page and tested this numerous times but it’s still happening.  Any ideas as to why?Thanks!Roy

Hi friends,As a small company and as most CRM solutions have high prices, I wonder how I can gather more information in one place with the resources I already have.It would be helpful to use the great data available on Klaviyo customer profiles (such as campaigns sent, activity on site, reviews made) and also interactions made via my company’s Gmail (questions, replies etc.).Is there an easy way to achieve that?I also heard the last episode of Klaviyo’s podcast with Bug Bite Thing’s founder and she mentioned how the company attributes tags to specific customer behaviors and insights, that can later be implemented on the company. I wonder if there’s a way to achieve that trough Klaviyo.

Hi there, I’m brand new to Klaviyo and this is my first time registering a lead. I’m a bit confused as to whether Klaviyo is asking me for my contact details or those of my new client? Ideally, I don’t want to include the client’s phone number without their approval but it’s deemed a *necessary field? Is it ok to use my number?

I have created the sign up form with the date property DD/MM/YYY. However, when I test it out by inputing birthday on shopify website, it dosent add the details to the profile on Klaviyo.

Hi,I am trying to add an embedded form into our footer. We are using shopify with the impulse theme. I posted the code into the footer liquid as described in the tutorial, but it wont show up. I then tried to post it somewhere else, still a no show :-/ I also made sure to delate the code wherever I posted it. If I edit the theme however the sign up form shows up 3 times, but is still nowhere to be seen on the live page… How is that even possible? What do I do wrong? I am no coder and have no clue what I’m doing….Please help!Thank you in advance!Cheers Elli

Hi there, We are having a problem with Product Blocks constantly getting clipped because there is a huge amount of HTML/css behind them which significantly adds to the size clipping limit in email clients. 2 Questions:Is there a roadmap to optimize the product block code to reduce the code size? Is there a roadmap to allow custom code for product blocks? I know there are hacks for custom product blocks but my users really need to be able to use the visual product selectorThanks

If your form is published in Klaviyo but not displaying:Verify that you have the signup form code snippet installed on your site. If you’re using an embedded form, verify that you have the embed code installed on your site. Verify that your site is live. Check the Behaviors tab in the Signup Form Builder to ensure that the form is configured to display on the URL that you are viewing. Make sure you’re not using Internet Explorer. New signup forms won’t appear on Internet Explorer. Re-run the test in incognito/private browsing mode in a new window. I need the product viewed metric, but I don't have Shopify's product.liquid to set up the code...How can it be done in Woocommerce?

Our goal is to learn more about our customers and then use this data to better communicate with them and target them with our emails and digital marketing.  We don’t have access to their purchase data.I plan on surveying our email list, offering incentives to answer, and then use that data to segment our emails and inform our marketing decisions.After some research, I think the best might be to use Typeform. It’s critical that the software we use be user-friendly, offer some analysis capabilities and integrate seamlessly with Klaviyo.Has anyone done this and has learnings to share? Any alternate suggestions of survey software or process?Thank you.

Hi, I recently just launched a welcome flow, and I noticed so many people were being skipped.  When setting up the flow, we used the flow filter “Placed order zero times since over all time” instead of “Placed order zero times since starting this flow”. I’d like to know: What’s the difference between these flow filters and   how does each flow filter affect my Welcome.

Hello! Is there a standard practice for using tags to organize lists, segments, campaigns, flows, etc. We have years worth of these things without tags so they are very unorganized. However, we are looking for suggestions as to the best way to organize and group using tags. Can you share how you use tags to group and maintain some order in Klaviyo? Thanks!

In one of the cell phones the error occurs that the text and the background are not seen, only some parts. (The image with black background and white text is how it would really look like). 

We have a client on WooCommerce who has heard that the Klaviyo integration can be glitchy.Furthermore, it looks like they may need to use the Legacy API rather than the newer REST API. If you have any background on the limitations of the Legacy API, that would be helpful as well. Has anyone else been using the WooCommerce x Klaviyo integration and have any insights to share?

I am making changes to my store but the klaviyo activity price drop is not seeing any of this. I am getting the message: There was no price drop activity over specified period of time. Even though I changed the price of certain items by 20% atleast. How can I fix this ? :)

Hi there, I’m looking at some of my user accounts and noticed that they don’t have an icon under consent status:  If anyone can tell me what this means, I’d really appreciate it. I’ve read this article, and it doesn’t list “no icon” as an option. Any thoughts?
