Thanks for being a part of the Klaviyo community!Our first update comes in the world of reporting and analytics. Recently, we released a new Custom Analytics feature. Custom Analytics lets you dig into your performance in seconds, without copy-pasting from various sources. This way you can spend less time collecting data and more time analyzing, strategizing, and growing your business!Here’s an example of a Multi-Metric Report that can tell you how your cart conversions compare by gender. Hi Community, I’m Jon from the product marketing team at Klaviyo, and I’m excited to share a new feature that would’ve made my life way easier when I was a Klaviyo customer. I spent eight years in ecommerce and digital marketing growing a fitness apparel brand called HYLETE. I know what it’s like to have endless marketing metrics and only enough time to work on improving a few. One of the biggest challenges I faced as a marketing director was prioritizing work that had the biggest opportunity to increase revenue.I remember comparing HYLETE’s current performance to benchmarks from blog posts, industry experts, and our company’s own historical data. But none of these strategies transparently showed me how I was performing compared to similar companies—which would’ve given me more context to understand which metrics were already performing at their maximum potential and which had the most room for improvement. Klaviyo pricing and packaging updatesCustomer-facing FAQ Why is Klaviyo making changes to their pricing and packaging structure?Klaviyo is updating its pricing and packaging plans to make them more predictable, easier to use for omnichannel customers, and to reflect the increased value of the platform. We are increasing prices to reflect the increased value our platform currently delivers and to support our continued innovation momentum. The majority of customers will not see a pricing increase. In the 8 years since we last changed our prices, the Klaviyo platform has evolved significantly to help customers grow their revenue through personalized communications. Our goal is to continue delivering outsized value for our customers, so we are increasing prices to support investments in even more enhanced functionality, better scale and reliability, and enhanced customer support. User Groups - what are they and why are we building them?This new Group feature is an exciting expansion to our already growing Community! One of our main goals of the Community is to build collaboration and allow everyone to share ideas that could spark amazing discussions. Let the celebration begin! This long-awaited feature is finally here! What is Universal Content in Templates: Users will have the ability to edit their saved blocks and sections in the New Editor and have those changes reflected in all templates where that content is used. Why and How Does This Help Me: Right now, whenever customers need to make an update to their footer, header links, or any other content that is reused across their templates, they need to go one by one and update every single template.This is tedious and can take some brands a tremendous amount of time. With Universal Content, customers can now save significant time and effort in creating and updating their email designs across various campaigns, flows, and other templates. They’ll also be able to better ensure consistency in their email designs. Details:This feature is only available in the New Editor. Klaviyo Updates to Customer Support Offerings At Klaviyo, we want to ensure our customers are always getting the support they need. Whether it's through interactions with the Klaviyo team, consulting with peers in the Community, or reading Help Center articles, we aim to provide a comprehensive set of resources to help you troubleshoot. Please note that we are making changes to our support model starting on February 1st, 2023 for any customers on a free account plan, that may impact the level of support accessible to you as an existing user. Any new users joining on our free account plans our platform starting on December 1st, 2022 will also be impacted by these changes. What changes are being made? Starting on December 1st, 2022, existing free users will begin a 60 day trial of email support. For any new free users, we are also offering a 60 day trial of email support for those who join our platform after this date. No support changes are being made for any of our paid account plans

Hi Klaviyo Community,I’m Ashley from the Academy Team, and I’m excited to share two new feature updates! Both are big improvements to our existing functionality and will likely solve some pain-points that you may have previously faced.First off, any account can now enable single opt-in for a given list. Single opt-in allows customers to subscribe to a list without confirming their subscription via email or SMS. That said, double opt-in is still the default and highly recommended in order to maintain good deliverability. If you have a use-case that necessitates single opt-in, you can toggle on this setting by, first, navigating to the specific list. Then, click Settings and select single opt-in rather than double opt-in. For more information about the double opt-in process, why it is important, and how to enable single opt-in when necessary, head to our Guide to the Double Opt-In Process.
