Default sender email is suddenly showing up wrong - no changes to account

Thanks for your help and insight! This is for all campaigns. I use Microsoft 365 and on my Mac, it shows up as from “Pretty Peptalks.” On my iphone, it shows up as an email from “Hello com”. Here’s what the screenshot looks like. Just started today.   Hello @kjb23  The iPhone is not showing the full text and that is why you just see hello..com . Try tapping on the domain and you will see the full address.

How To Stop CORS Policy Errors?

I continue to get these errors while in testing.  I do not use the /clients/ access that is shown here, and I have all of my Klaviyo requests using https, not http, so I have no idea why these keep arising. Reading the suggested documents did not help solve this problem.     Could you please share the domain/URLs where you are seeing this issue? That will help us to identify the origin of these calls.

High Bounce Rate - Verizon Media Group

Hello @Christie89 We have seen same issues with Bigpond as well. I would suggest reach out to someone in deliverability team in Telstra (owner of Bigpond) and work with them to fix this. Meanwhile,  I would suggest suppressing any email where you see bounces. westnet.com.au and @iinet.com.au are owned by TPG telecom. They recently announced that they are shutting down their email service and existing users on those emails have options to migrate to a paid service. I am assuming which a lot of people are not going to do.   https://support.tpg.com.au/tpg-email-messaging-company This also effects all customers using ozmail.com.au and internode.com.au domain

Hello @Hayden You can check the ZAP task logs to identify if Zapier is sending any additional parameter in Payload and then add the same parameter in your Unbounce field mapping page.

You requested the “network” tab, correct? Please keep the network tab open and then try to send the test email.Notice, In my screenshot there is a test-send call (highlighted in blue). Do you see the status of test-send as 204 or  is it something else?
