Hi all I’m looking to show particular content on a weekend on our order confirmation emails. Just a note that we are closed on weekends and will dispatch first thing on Monday. I tried this in a text book condition: event|lookup:'current_weekday' == 'Sunday' but it does not appear to work. Does anybody know why?

I’m using the product review/ cross sell flow.  How can I configure this flow to also track or create a customer property that a review was left? I don’t want the customer to do an additonal step after leaving a review. I believe there is a way to add a customer property with a value based on leaving a review.  How do I get klaviyo to know someone left a review?  sort of like the information that is stated in the document called “include ratings links or NPS surveys in an email”  {% update_property_link 'profile_property' 'property_value' 'redirect_link' %}Thank you Patty 

Hello! I'm looking into different platforms for my company to move to in the near future, since Bronto (our current ESP) is shutting down next year. One of the features we make pretty heavy use of in Bronto is the content tag system, which allows us to create predefined blocks of HTML code (via Bronto's API) that can be inserted into messages as needed, but this feature seems to be somewhat unique to Bronto from what I can find. I see that Klaviyo has a number of predefined variables, and custom properties for contact-specific personalization, but those don’t quite fit what we’re looking for. Is there any way to replicate that functionality in Klaviyo? Thanks!

I’m trying using the list subscribe endpoint (https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/<list-id>/subscribe) and the API isn’t returning Access Control Allow Origin headers so the browser is blocking the request. Does the Klaviyo API support CORs requests in the browser?  

Getting below error while making api call.Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/{LISTID}/subscribe' from origin 'website' has been blocked by CORS policy.And we don’t want to use built-in forms. So just wanted to know whether it will be possible using Google Cloud Function or not.Thank you!

Hi Community!Hoping someone can help me out: I’ve created an Abandoned Cart flow (Added to Cart trigger) and I’m using the default email template that comes as part of that flow. Here is what is showing in the email template (after I added some styling): However, when I preview the email or send myself a test email, the price isn’t showing up:  What should that merge field be in order to display the price?thank you in advance for any help! 🙏Adrian @ Nomia

I have an existing sign up form and I’m trying to create a list from it, but when I go to create the list I’m forced to create a new sign up form. Can’t I select the existing form? 

We have a client who has a subscirbe form on their website but they want to run ads and have requested a second identical subscribe page just to track the leads that come from those ads.  Is there a easier way to track where subsribers come from using just one subscribe form/page?  

Hello,I run a WooCommerce store that specializes in one-of-a-kind products. We have 100+ different product categories.I would like to do the following:Insert a Klaviyo signup form at the bottom of each WooCommerce product category page, and tell the customer “Sign up to get notified when we add new products to the is category”. When a customer uses this form, Klaviyo knows which product category page they expressed interest in. Each time we upload a batch of new products, have the ability to manually create a new campaign in Klaviyo and send it to the above customers that expressed interest in this product category. Give customers the ability to modify the categories that they want to be notified about via checkboxes on the Klaviyo manage preferences page. I’m unsure of the best way to accomplish this. Hi everyone! Please can someone give me some advice?I am having trouble with 2 flows that I created. The crazy thing is that they worked perfectly for months, but without me changing anything- I have had trouble for the last 2 month.Flow 1: Post sales Flow- The trigger was set as when someone “fulfills an order”. This flow only sends to some of my customers! (it doesn’t show that the emails bounced. The email just doesn’t send)Flow 2: An Abandon cart Flow - this occasionally sends correctly, but lately has sent to a few people up to 4 hours after they purchased. (And I checked that they didn’t have more than one basket”.) This is causing so much frustration! The Post sales flow has NB info, and Abandon cart flow causes panic for someone who has paid! Does anyone have any advice? Thank you! Kira

*newbie alert* apologies if this is basic 101.Somebody (from Klaviyo) created an everybody list for us on our account when we were setting up our account. I have a feeling it was to make sure all suppressed addresses were captured however I’d like to see the ‘rules’ or definitions on how this list comes together so that I can ensure that our Shopify people are being feed into this ‘everybody’ list, but I cannot seem to find any information on how those names get on the list.

Hi All,We operate a custom product business with over 10^18 possible SKUs. We’re on Shopify but don’t use Shopify products due to SKU limitations. When building confirmation emails in Klaviyo we’re struggling to pull line item properties as they may be in a different order based on the type of product ordered. If we used Shopify products, we could pull the value for the field “_image” like this:{{item.product.properties|lookup:'_image'}} instead this _image value may be in position 14, 20, or 25 like this:{{ event.extra.line_items.0.properties.25.value }} Is there a way to query all event.extra.line_items and only return the value if it matches a specific name?

In the '$event' property, we are appending the time stamp along with the event name as well.In the '$event_id', we are setting the value Sales Order number.We can see the Klaviyo Developer Documents is updated, but in the old document, it was stated that the combination  'event_id' and 'event' should be unique.My question was pertaining to how to track an Item Fulfillment against a Sales Order.The Item Fulfillment can contain partial items or the entire items of the Sales Order.In NetSuite, Sales Order and the related transactions such as Item Fulfillment and Invoice are different records.For Kalviyo, we could see that we can send different events such as Fulfilled Order, Cancelled Order ( after Placed Order and Ordered Product events).Is there a way in Klaviyo to link such events to the same Sales Order (since NetSuite uses different records to track the transactions such as Fulfilment and hence they will have different transaction Id but always will be linked to a parent transaction-

Hello,I integrated Typeform to Klaviyo and I wish to further enrich profiles using the data sent from Typeform. As per the documentation on Typeform:The Typeform integration maps the first use of "Name" within a form question to the profile's First Name property in Klaviyo. Most of our forms are in French, so I do not have “Name” in fields.Is there a way I can update the First Name and Last Name properties from Custom Properties?Thanks 

I'm having some issues with a signup form displaying on some page loads but not on others. The issue happens at https://savvyandsorted.com/pages/warranty When the form doesn't load it returns the following console error Is anyone able to shed some light on why this may be the case and how i can resolve it?

Hey just after some help with installing custom fonts. Using the font URL off my website - www.domain.cometc/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Gilroy-Regular.ttf  (not the actual link wasn't sure if I'm suppose to include website links or not)The file format is ttf, works/displays on site. is there something i’m missing here? Cheers,

Exeperiencing intermittent track API failures and was able to isolate that any call with the “ * ” character in it will fail.  I was not aware of any JSON limitation with * so this was suprising.  Is there a document that can outline special chacter restrictions and how/if they can be esacaped (beyond the standard JSON).

Hi everyone, Am trying to extract data using api for campaigns based. But I can not get  click, click _rate, bounces, etc. in api request. We get only person count, recipient count  etc. have you any suggestions on how to extract click rate, click count etc. bases on campaigns?

I have the Woocommerce integration setup and functionning properly but I need to push the language setting to Klaviyo for the Started Checkout event. Without this it’s imposible to use the abandoned cart or the signup directly in the checkout.I already know how to get my language from WPML but need to push this property to Klaviyo. 

I am trying to create a flow that sends an email to customers reminding them of relevant shipping policy details. For example: We only send out orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week, with a daily ordercut-off time of 9:00am for same day dispatch.If a customer places an order after 9:00am on Monday or Tuesday, I would like an automated email to be sent letting them know their order will be sent the following day. If an order is placed between 9:00am Wednesday and 11:59pm Sunday, I would like an automated email to be sent letting them know their order will be sent on Monday. Despite having this information displayed in multiple areas on the website (shipping policy, announcement banner, individual product pages) we often get customers asking when their order will be sent. I tried creating a flow from scratch but I can’t see a trigger that allows for the ‘event’ to be the time / day an order in placed? I am using Klaviyo with my Shopify website.Any suggestions or workarounds w
