Hi - I have a group of existing email customers from shopify that were added to klaviyo, but were not added to the “newsletter” list. I can see them in klaviyo and can see that they are marked as consented to marketing, but I can’t find a way to add them to the newsletter list. Any ideas?Thanks

We are using Magento 2 integration with Klaviyo and our store has orders coming from two sources. One from magento site and other from POS system. We do not want to push POS orders to Klaviyo. Is it possible ? If so, How can it achieve? 

Once placed orders in magento 2 are synced with Klaviyo, ordered product image is always showing as first image assigned in magento store. How we can show the product image in klaviyo which isselected as Base image in magento.

Hi!  I created a Newsletter flow and used a Segment I created as its trigger. I have over 5,000 subscribers from my mailing list on this Segment. The number also keeps on growing as some more conditions are met from people who are on our Shopify.  However, of the 5,000 emails included on the Segment, only about 100 emails were delivered when I tested the first email on the flow. I was wondering why would that be?   Would appreciate your suggestions and help as I am getting quite frustrated   Thank you!

I am trying to create a 1 question survey for visitors coming to our site. We currently have a subscription popup that activates 7-8 seconds when someone is on the site. We are getting some people to subscribe and we are able to ask them the survey question “Are you currently bald”.However, we want to have a popup that fires as soon as someone comes to the site that just asks the question. We are not looking to collect email addresses. We just want to know the percentage of individuals coming to the site that are bald. This will help with advertising later on. I was able to successfully create the popup WITHOUT an email address field, but the data doesn’t seem to be sent to Klaviyo without having the required email. Is there a way to do a custom report to see this information? We are not wanting to use a third party integration due to security processes and approved apps. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED! 

Hi.I’m in the middle of a post-purchase flow. One of the email messages in the flow is supposed to contain an image that links to an instructional video (a YouTube video that’s embedded on the company’s website). The image in the email is based on which product(s) a customer purchases. The company’s shop uses Shopify, but the images I want to display aren’t hosted there. Is it possible to use an if/else statement to display the image, its alt tag and link? What I’m thinking is that a certain image would be displayed based on the product ID (if productID = Product X’s ID, then display Product X’s image and have it link to Product X’s instructional video). If the customer ordered more than one product, I’d like to have images show for all the products that they purchased (note: there are only four products in total, so four would be the maximum number of products shown at once).Thanks in advance!

Hello, We wanted to migrate from Mailchimp to Klaviyo using https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005254948We have a single MC account with a single Audience. However, we will have 3 separate Shopify stores (instead of multi-currency) so we will need three Klaviyo accounts. What would be the best practice when using this integration?I can think of dividing the Mailchimp Audience into three Audiences (as best as possible since some subscribers non-purchasers may not fall in the right bucket). Then run sequentially the Mailchimp integration across the three Klaviyo accounts, using for each one a specific Audience. Alternatively, we could import all the data into each Klaviyo account, then delete the users but I guess that’s way more dangerous :) Many thanks for your thoughts!Sergio

Hi All! I have a kind of weird issue going on, I’m hoping someone will be able to understand it. So my agency manages several clients’ Klaviyo accounts, and I would usually log into my coworker’s account, who has access to all of the clients.Last week, I went in and added myself as an admin for all of these clients, so that I wouldn’t need to login to my coworker’s account every time. Well, it did give me access, as I can see the accounts in the drop-down when logged in to my account. However, when I click on any of these, it acts as though that account is brand new, and wants me to set up everything for each client. Obviously the accounts are already set up, so I’m a little scared to touch anything when logged into my account, as I don’t want to accidentally wipe any of the data. Thoughts? I’m happy to clarify further.

I’m looking to modify the standard review block in a flow to display all products but the product with the variable attribute “0”. All other products 1-∞ are fine, I have a product that is automatically added to all orders at checkout and do not want it to show up in the flow asking for a review. Ive gotten pretty close, but not been successful. If I get everything else working then the images don't show up. Hey guys I’m trying to add the the legacy form and I added some code and changes to the present wordpress form but it seems like api is working it does reads the class with list id and sends detials to klaviyo but then i cannot add customers to wordpress, any idea how can i do it? 

Hi,I was trying to make specific blocks in a template show or hide based using the condition structure:person|lookup:'Account_Owner'=’Martin Dee’In this instance ‘Account_Owner’ is a custom variable stored in the list and ‘Martin Dee’ would be one of the values used in that varaible. I could not get the system to accept this condition as being valid and I got an error message every time I tried to save it.  In the end I got the template working successfully using the condition structure of:'Martin' in person|lookup:'Account_Owner'But, I’d still like to understand what I was doing wrong in the first example. Can anyone explain it to me please?

Hi everyone,The company I work for has two websites and both utlize email marketing via Klaviyo. The first sells men’s grooming products - razors, aftershaves, balms, soaps, etc. The list size of this one is nearly 22,000. The segmentation we have has mostly been based on engagement, but now we’ve moved to Non-Purchasers/First-Time Purchasers/Repeat Customers, and the second one performs worse than the first. With that in mind, we’re seriously struggling with campaign performance. I’m coming from an agency, so I’d say our emails look decent, especially because I’ve seen emails which look far worse in all aspects, but perform better (in other industrise, however.The second sells surfing gear - surfboards, wetsuits, bags, etc.The list size is nearly 5,000, and we’re sending to the Master list, as we’re seeing 20-35% open rates and about 1.3% - 2.6% click rate, but once again, struggling with conversions.I’m not sure what to do anymore. Hi all,We have implemented the Klaviyo web tracking for viewed products and added to cart events on our Shopify site. The tracking is working but we want to reorder the parameters e.g. Compare at Price shown after the Price. is it possible to re-order the parameters that send from the site to Klaviyo? They are brand, product title, price etc. It seems that they are ordered alphabetically. HI all,I have just realized that when ever users create a new account, their account are added to email subscribers in shopify automatically and klaviyo are not syncing those list at all?my pop up and newsletter feature both works with no problems.I tried syncing, but my email subscribers just get stuck there.Any idea>?

Hey all! We are running into some issues with our dynamic table blocks not showing any of our abandoned cart content. Our templates are built outside of the Klaviyo Drag & Drop builder so all dynamic content is done in HTML.A suggestion from Klaviyo help was to build the block in Klaviyo temp builder and export in HTML to pluck the structured code to insert into our template. We have done so but coming up short when we import the temp back into Klaviyo. The block is rendering the expected results in the D&D builder inside of Klaviyo but not rendering any results outside in our HTML template. Where are we going wrong?! Code below. Hi folks, scratching my head regarding integration with ReCharge.  Hopefully there is sufficient context in here that people can point out what step I may have missed or done incorrectly.In support docs/instructions, it states that I need to integrate/connect with Klaviyo from Recharge first:This is done and API key accepted.  Nothing shows up in Klaviyo however, and any backfill or sync doesn’t seem to do anything.When I go to see if I can enable the integration from Klaviyo side I get this:Now, this is a very new Klaviyo workspace and I am learning as I go so is it possible that there could be a background setting that needs enabling before this all works?Admin tells me my “Shopify store is connected” in green, however any Shopify sync in integrations seems to be permanently pending (it has stayed like this throughout)Is it the case that Recharge can’t work without the above singing along, or is it (as I suspect) that some background account setting needs to be changed.Hopefully this

Hi,Can we create a profile / import contacts without having email ? Purpose is to use the profile only For SMS, not email campaigns.I checked this post -  and found that it is possible using api or import. I tried the same - both by keeping the values in email column empty and removing the email column altogether in csv. However, got this error  

A department at work sends out email newsletters containing news from various regions (Africa, Asia, Europe, etc.) and classified, hyperlinked news headlines from each on a regular basis. They organize it in Word and then send it out via Outlook with hyperlinked headlines. Every time, they have to do this manually, and I get the impression they despise it. Perhaps there is a better approach than mine, but my first thought was to create an email template that could automatically update the template with data from an excel sheet. Most themes on the Internet (MailChimp, etc.) are fancy marketing-types that we don't needs. We desperately need a better approach to display a large number of distinct bits of data. What are your thoughts on this? I'm not sure if it's doable, but could we automate this process so that we can simply drop a URL into a spreadsheet and it grabs the headline and hyperlinks it for us?
