Left aligned emails?

We are looking for a solution to have our Klaviyo sent emails to be left aligned with no padding / shadowing surrounding the main text.  Below is an example of an email sent from our email service Front and below that is an email sent from Klaviyo.Please help! This is literally a deal breaker which is likely going to have us going back to MailChimp which has left aligned emails (C). A)B)  Mailchimp left aligned

Conditional split based on who replied to email sent in the flow

I am creating a flow to collect feedback from customers. I would like to send a discount-coupon to everyone who have replied to the email they have received in the flow. Is it possible to track those who have replied to this specific email? If not possible, can I make a condition out of how clicked an emailadress within the email?Any other ideas on how I solve this even better?Thanks in advance.  //Åsa

Update property link not working in the URL field of a link (new editor)

Trying to update a profile property using the update_property_link tag in a URL field. In the old editor, it works fine. How Can I Set Up Abandoned Cart flow emails to not send to Awaiting Payment orders (Bigcommerce) ?

I have just opened up wholesale ordering on my website via customer groups in Bigcommerce (wholesale customers required to log in). They have the option of a 30 day account for payment which is then sending them into Awaiting Payment - and thus firing the Abandoned Cart flow. How can I stop the abandoned cart emails from going to those that are Awaiting Payment? Is there a way to eliminate certain customer groups in the flow; or eliminate Awaiting Payment people? To clarify, retail customers do not have the 30 day account option and pay upfront. Thanks

Order Reminder SMS Automation

We are trying to automate an SMS reminder to all customers who have not placed their weekly order by the order cut off deadline. BackgroundNew menu released = Monday/TuesdayOrder deadline = Thursday 1.pm. Surplus item sales (one-off sale day) = Saturday What I am really trying to achieve is send an SMS to everyone that has consented, but has not placed an order in the Mon/Tues - Thursday window. Even when I back populate this, it only adds a handful of people.The biggest problem I see is that placing an order is required to enter the flow. So, theoretically, if week 1 we have 100 customers order, on week 2 only customers from this population who don’t place an order will get the SMS (where we are actually trying to send it to everyone who has consented and not ordered).  I figured back populating would solve this, but it does not. I’m at a loss for how to automate this. We’ve been doing it manually with campaigns/segments, but with Klaviyo segments updating only every 24 hours, some pe

Start Flow With Imported Contacts

I have a flow set up for my new subscribers. However, my sign up form is through a different app so I import them as I receive them. How do I initiate a flow with imported contacts? The trigger is set for when someone joins the list. But since it’s manual, it doesn’t seem to be picking it up.

Restrict Price drop flow to people who've purchased the triggered product

Hi, I want to start sending Price drop flow, but am concerned about one thing - I do not want to send a price drop email to people who have already purchased the product at regular price. How could I implement this?

Specific Recipient for Back-in-Stock Email

Using Shopify. Need something like a back-in-stock alert but for specific audiences only. I want to send back-in-stock emails only to people that previously bought from Collection A of my Shopify store. Then ideally, no duplicate emails if they bought Product A and Product B, separately, from Collection A. Is there like a flow for this?

Manual Install - Where to find Signup Form code?

Hi, Instead of automatically publishing a signup form to my shopify store, I would like to manually install it so that I can create an {%if%} rule to display the correct signup form depending on the Country/Domain etc. the customer is visiting. Where can I find that line of code that published a specific signup form? Thanks in advance.

How to set up 3rd and 4th Customer Thank you

Hello, I’m a new user so please excuse me if this is a simple question!I’ve set up a 1st and 2nd Thank you for your purchase flow using the Klaviyo template - but would like to add customers who have purchased 3 and 4 times. I have set this up as a separate new flow but wondering if it could all be done on the 1st and 2nd flow. The trouble is I’m unsure how to do it.  Here’s a screen shot of the 1st and 2nd flow…And here’s a screenshot of the 3rd and 4th flow…How would I combine those two 3rd and 4th to 1st and 2nd?I think I’ve got the hang of simple flows but when it comes to adding anything more than what’s been given to me, I’m a bit unsure! Thanks for your help,Jinny

New collections not showing up in segment

Hey!We have a 2022 collection launch today and I am wanting to create both a new segment for those who order our 2022 products, AND have a specified abandoned cart/ post purchase flow for those ordering these products. SO my thoughts were to create a new collection and add the relevant products, both in Klaviyo and Shopify. And the collection shows under catalogs in Klaviyo and products in Shopify. So my collection is ready and okay.However, when trying to segment based on ordering products where collections equals …. my newly created collection doesn't show up? So I can't segment..  Is there something I need to do? I created the collection early this morning so it has been many hours since it was created if that matters..

Problem with Shopify product Feed

Hi there,I hope you are all well. I am struggling with my feeds!!!!I have a shopify website connected to Klaviyo.I created different product feeds with different parameters to test the way they display the product…None of my feeds displays any product in my email…  :( One of the feed is really easy because it is just a collection feed (not smart collection, no personnal recommandation)When i put a product block with the manual insertion of product, i can see them perfeclty. Could you pease help me on that guys please?I don’t get wy it is not working.Thanks

Columns looks good in preview but horrible in email

Hi,I’m new to Klaviyo and setting up my first flow ever.I’m having trouble using the columns. They look fine in Klaviyo but horrible in e-mail. In Klaviyos editing mode and preview, all lines are aligned and straight. But when I send a preview email to my own e-mail, it looks like this:  I’m using Outlook and Windows Mail - both look the same.When I log into my email through hotmail.com (browser), it looks much better, but it’s still a little off:  Most of our customers probably use Outlook. How to trigger instant email to newsletter subscribers

Hi folks, I recently integrated Klaviyo with my new Shopify store. We plan to do a pre-launch campaign with the intention of building a strong mailing list before we do a full launch. For this we have built a landing page (on same Shopify store. Screenshot below) and the idea is anyone who gives us their email IDs on that page:1. Gets an instant ‘thanks for signing up’ emailer2. Gets added to our mailing list for monthly newsletters3. On the day of launch we plan to shoot an email to our mailing list announcing the launch & giving them a discount code Can someone help me achieve this? Thanks in advance!

Syncing Subscribers to a Klaviyo Newsletter via Shopify Account Registration Page

HI all,I have just realized that when ever users create a new account, their account are added to email subscribers in shopify automatically and klaviyo are not syncing those list at all?my pop up and newsletter feature both works with no problems.I tried syncing, but my email subscribers just get stuck there.Any idea>?

I see that you can get a Random Sample of a list, but I am looking for a way to break our main list into 4 equal parts.  Is there an easy way to do that within the platform?

Welcome Series Flow - not working?

Hi AllWe need help!!We have set up a welcome series flow for our newsletter subscribers but are hitting a few bumps in the road which we cannot seem to resolve!Our Klaviyo account is integrated with shopify and when anyone subscribes to our newsletter via our shopify webpage their email address is automatically shown on our profiles page within Klaviyo which is great.We have set the trigger of our welcome series flow to be activated when people subscribe to the newsletter (list). We could not find a way to automatically direct people who subscribe through our shopify webpage into this Newsletter list in Klaviyo and so have instead had to add them manually. Is there a way around this?The main issue however is that our flow is not working. We have set up everything and the flow is set to live so should be actioning. However when I check the analytics there are no recipients whatsoever?! We only have around  5 subscribers in our Newsletter list at the moment (which is the trigger list for

My flow has stopped working

Hi there,I created a flow a few weeks ago and it was working perfectly until last week - it just stopped. I cannot figure out what the problem is :(Anyone who places an order that includes our Female Facial product is to receive an email 30-minutes later with our ‘Guide’. A customer must only ever receive this email once and not with every purchase.The second image shows the Trigger which seems to the be problem… this particular did purchase the Female Facial product?

Creating a flow which notifies customers when an item goes into production

Hi everyone, I would like to build a flow which sends emails out at the following steps in the order process: Order Placed, Creating your Bag, Item Shipped, and Item Delivered. I feel pretty confident about setting up triggers for all parts of this process, except for the “Creating your Bag” step.Does anyone have a suggestion for how to set up this kind of trigger? Setting up a custom metric with an API is the first thing that comes to mind, but I’m not sure where I could pull this information from. I’ve seen other companies create a similar reminder, but I’m not sure how they execute it. For reference, I attached a screenshot from an email I received which uses this kind of reminder.It has also occurred to me that this step in the process could be “faked.” When most companies send this step out, do you think it is triggered based on the average production start date after an order is placed? Any thoughts or suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated. Adding Multiple Custom Fonts to an Email

Hi everyone! I understand and have the basic code for adding a custom font to match my website (files hosted through Shopify). However, I have 3 brand fonts, and I was hoping to assign different custom fonts to the different header font styles, and have H1 / H2 / H3 all be unique fonts.Does anyone have any insight or have the code to do this? Create a flow with free account

Hey, i just want to ask, when i have the free account and i create a flow, for example when the customer doesnt complete his order.Will this email flow send out automatically?Because i turned all the mails from the flow into activate with the green colour and there it doesnt show any message, so it seems like that it works. Thanks for your help guys.
