Send Mail to Recipient's Email

Hello,I have attached photos for more your clearance, however I explain here also , I have a user mail data on cart page (Recipient's Email), I collect this mail data from user to send gift mails. I created 3 mail templates for my three products and assign used  flows, and I checked these are working well, but I need to send Recipient's Email what user enter in cart page.is it possible ? Please check my photos also. Photo 1 : I collect data on cart pagesame data on shofiy back end I created a 3 templates for three produces : Note :  When User select product: Chocolate and enter Gift Recipient's Email on cart page I need to send that Recipient to above marked mail template. How can I do that? User Select Chocolate Product  >   Enter    Gift Recipient's Email (On card page)  > user checkout the order >  Klaviyo send chocolate mail template to  Recipient's Email

I can’t find an app on the Apple app store (except an app that’s 17 years old and seems to be when Klaviyo was an appointment setting company). Need: access my Klaviyo account, see lists and performance associated directly on my iPhone Question: Is there a Klaviyo app that I can download on my iPhone to check my Klaviyo account directly on my phone?

Wrong Product Variant Image On Order Confirmation

   We are using Shopify. When order confirmation emails are sent the feature image is being shown and not the variant image (when those cases arise). What is the proper placeholder code to display the variant image? The current is line.product.featured_image | product_img_url: 'medium'. Thanks in advance!

Birthday flow based on month not specific day.

Hello and thank you all in advance for any help. We are wanting to set up a birthday flow for a free monthly item with purchase. We currently collect user birthdays as a profile property, but when creating the flow we want the email to send based on their birth month, not their specific day (as the free item is good for them to use throughout the entire month their birthday falls in, we don’t want someone receiving it late in the month). So, if someone is born in December we’d like them to receive the flow on Dec. 1st regardless of which day they entered as their birthday. Would this require a separate segment for each birth month, and then a separate flow for each birth month? Or is this something that can be done with a date triggered flow?Thanks so much.

End Recipient Data Acknowledgement Form

Hi all, We’ve developed a Shopify connector app.  We’ve passed review, but are required to get someone from Klaviyo to sign-off on this document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oN9pd3d6BmLF0NYTIkq37OebMml_VUlDw89whj_UOHw/edit  It’s basically an API terms of service and non-solicitation agreement. Has anyone had to do execute this document and do you have a contact at Klaviyo that can sign-off?  Our contact at Shopify oddly could not supply a name.Thanks in advance! ~ Jim

Using an email template for a campaign

Hi there,I’m trying to use my email template to create a campaign. It can’t be this hard! I can’t find any information on google or within this forum. Someone please help! The drag and drop window takes me to my templates but I can’t choose one. It just shows me what the template looks like in a pop up window. Thanks in advance

How to hide payout info from employees in partner account

I am new to adding my employees to Klaviyo Partners and can’t figure out how to hide/restrict my employees from seeing payout info. I’m mostly worried about the fact that the payment method can be changed - there has to be a way to protect that information.

Price Drop Flow Testing

Have created a price drop flow and can see items in the price drop report.We want to test this is working correctly but after setting the flow to manual, we are unable to get the flow to trigger and push into the ‘needs review’ how can we get this to trigger for manual testing?

Low Inventory Trigger

Hi, I searched a bit via Google & the forums but wasn’t able to get an answer to my question. Is there anyway to enable a low stock trigger for styles? We have the BIS Flow set up but I’d like to set up a Flow that triggers when an item someone has browsed, added to cart, or abandoned cart with is on its last unit. Alternately, adding in a dynamic module that triggers when there is just 1 unit left of a style. I’d like to note that this is a shoe brand - so the trigger needs to take into account both style/size. We are on Shopify.Greatly appreciate any help and let me know if there is any other info I can provide to help!

Hi team, So I sent several campaigns (around 50 recipients each)All of them are set to reply to 1 single mail. When I receive a reply from them. Their reply mail is a completely different one from the recipient list.Is there anyway I can track back their mail in the recipient list?

Edit A/B test times

I have a time delay split test running on a campaign. The first 50% has been sent however I have put the incorrect time for the second 50%. I’ve tried to create a segment to include customers that haven’t received an email with that particular subject line however that it doesn’t allow me to send to customers in further segments, only in lists. This particular email was only sent to different segments. Is there a way to do this?

how to speed up 30 minute Sync time for Magento 2

Hi, We use Klaviyo and Magento, everything is good, but clients when they sign up to a newsletter or place an order Klaviyo and Magento only sync every 30 minutes.. this is a very long time for people to have to wait, especially to receive transactional emails.  as per this page; https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005253208-How-Often-Integrations-Sync most integrations sync in Realtime, except some obscure platforms. Magento is still one of the largest platforms. Im not asking to necessarily make the sync’s real time, but at least every 5 minutes. You could also have different sync times for catalogs (longer) and transactional (faster) Any ideas? or is this something we need to put to Klaviyo to implement?

Shopify Draft Order Flow

Does anyone know how to get Shopify Draft Orders data to sync to Klaviyo? Starting a draft order will trigger the “Checkout Started” flow, which is great, but the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} link that takes them to their order for payment does not work; it seems Shopify does not pass the data along.Could this be because until they open up the invoice that was emailed to them, they technically have not yet generated a checkout? And, if so, is there a way around this?

Hi, Klaviyo Community! I have recently started a Newsletter flow and some of the emails in this flow are promotions. For example, a Weekend Sale. Or our Anniversary Sale. These has specific dates. However, I am not exactly sure on how to insert the email on the flow where it gets to be received by the receivers on those dates. How do I go about this? Klayvio & Woocommerce

Hi,I have built out flows and they were running fine, however the product feed seems to be having an issue. Some products are linking to admin.site.co.uk instead of site.co.uk. Now it's not all products only some. I have reviewed all the options and there isn't anything different in the way that they are listed on the product side, so I am confused as to what the issue might be.Any advice on why some products are going to admin and not the live product like other products are?Thanks
