Changes how Custom Reports works!

Dear Community,Is anyone else have similar issue?There was lately change in how Custom Report works which for some can totally changes and brake internal reporting that was based on previous configuration. This means that to follow the same pattern of reporting trough out the year there is need to re do all reports and templates of our customers please if you can bring back how it works earlier or at least give you customers a way to choose which way is preferred!

Across list profiles deduplication

Hi Community,I have a question regarding list deduplication. Is there a way to avoid to subscribe to a list for profiles that are already in another list.Right now if someone try to subscribe to list again with the same email address using embeded signup form he received thank you message but Klaviyo don't trigger DOI as this profile is already in list.Is it possible across many lists?

UTM Parameters in Shopify reports

Hi community,I saw in Shopify source report that traffic from Klaviyo is in two lines with utm_medium as Email and email how is this possible if global Klaviyo setup for this account has utm_medium=emailAlso it seems that different medium value is across one campaign when I check more deeply.Anyone has similar problem?

How can I customize my alt text?

Hi Community,I just wonder as I'm building more advanced template for one of my brands, are there any plans to improve html editor to customize “alt text” styling for example?Or maybe someone has experience to work around this in editor. I know that i can build template in html and upload it but that is not the case as I want to someone not skill enough in html to use that template to create weekly newsletter directly in editor.

Signup form development request

Hi Community,As I love the new schedule form functionality, there is only option to setup it by dates.It would be great to add functionality that make it repeated based on some parameters like weekday and define the recurrence.For example I have a recurring every 2 month challenge that customer can sign in and participate and I want to automate the announcement flyout for it to be always Live for the first two weeks of every second month.Would be great if this could be develop!

Flyout set up

Hi Community,Many brand I manage like the ease of use and power of flyout to ad announcement or other alerts to customers on webpage.But there is big disadvantage in using them, there is no functionality of exclusion between them to not spam customer over when they come to website. Also prioritization feature will be something great to plan for example that big promo flyout will have higher priority than newsletter signup popup. Now we can only disable one to put second live.Maybe you have some other solution to setup them. Also any interesting show cases to share?

Hi Community,What you think about remarketing system like AddShoppers?I have experience with AddShoppers and beside high onboarding fees after couple of months you can reach the values around 3 to 1 ROI with only commission fees. They provide exclusion list so you can easily exclude you active email marketing subscribers to not cannibalize revenue form Klaviyo.Also with good offer and additional personalized flyout or popup you can enrich Klaviyo audience. Did you use it for you brands? Maybe you have some other you can recommend?

Subscription driven revenue reporting

Hi Community,I want to focus more on ReCharge revenue tracking and have some problems with this.When i build reports using Shopify Tags: Active Subscriber I have different result in comparison to using Start Recharge subscription parameter. Can you maybe advice how to build the report so i can track weekly how many new Recharge subscription i gained and how many i loose? (also i need to have revenue and product there).

Audience Breakdown functionality

Hi Community,I have a question regarding functionality of audience breakdown for campaigns. If I add segments based on customer engagement to check which segment perform the best in regards of CTR for example, the difference of clicks is very small.That makes me wonder if someone is in 180 days engaged segment and click on email afterwards this profile will be shown here under all 5 segments as it part of each of them. So if 30 days engaged has lower count of clicks that means this breakdown show profile based on their snapshot on the send out time right? Because if there were differently each click should be counted for the strictest segment so 30 days engaged.

Hi Community,Don't you think that additional functionality to change OR to AND without deleting line would be something that could make building segments much faster?Many times I have segment build with OR operator and switching it to AND would be so easy and straightforward to build new segment with totally different assumptions.

Black Friday Competition

Hi Community,I have a problem with consent status of subscribers to my new contest. I created signup form connected to new list. Standard fields Email, First Name and Subscribe button, double optin sequence in place. I see lots of customer register. Unfortunately customers that register with double opt-in don't have any consent status on their account and I don't know why.

Signup popup A/B Test

Hi Community,I have popup test on website live but i want that popup to be inactive during Black Friday weekend. The problem is that I cannot put this signup popup to draft because every time I try to edit the A/B test notification create new draft test. Is there hidden option to just disable a popup without changing anything and resume it afterwards and continue A/B test without any changes.
