Popup not showing up on heatmap?

Hi,I’ve set up a mini flow on my Shopify site that is triggered by a popup. The popup showed up fine when I tested from different devices etc. However, I cant seem to see a single popup appear on my heatmaps - is this normal? Thanks​​​​​​

Can I Update profile properties with legacy forms?

Hi,Can I use legacy forms to create custom profile properties for existing profiles, rather than create new profiles with new custom properties?I want to collect existing users’ birth dates, and the manage subscription page is not a good enough solution, as I cannot use a date picker, and users must use the American date format for Klaviyo to update the field as a date field.Thanks

Why is my Second Embedded Form Not Showing Up?

I have successfully created my first embedded form and have this on my home page here: https://yourmindcloud.com/. However when I tried adding it in another location it did not show up: https://yourmindcloud.com/connections/.Is there a limit to the number of places you can have an embedded form with the free version? Otherwise is there some other reason why this second form does not show up? I also tried cloning the first form and pasting that snippet and that did not work either.

Connecting a Klaviyo legacy form with existing button

I’m trying to connect a legacy form to be triggered to an existing add to cart button on my Shopify store. i’ve already gone through the link: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077007-How-to-Trigger-a-Legacy-Popup-When-a-Button-is-ClickedHowever, it seems its a bit unclear at the end as to how to have this form triggered by an existing button instead of creating a new one. Can I have any help on this please?

Link a button on my store to Trigger a popup form

I have a page on my Shopify store with a Button that when pressed I would like it to trigger a Klaviyo popup, is this possible? Thank you for any advice, I did see they have the Legacy, but the form and button was very basic, so I would like to just use the button that is created with the website theme and just some how link that to trigger the popup. Thank you

How to only show one popup signup form at a time

Is there a way to only have one pop up show at a time? We have a fly out popup to show immediately when a subscriber enters the site and we also have a exit intent pop up to show when a visitor is exiting the page. I added a time delay to the exit intent to hopefully solve this issue of having both forms show up at the same time.

DevTools failed to load source map

My flyout form takes a while to appear on the page. I’ve set it for a 10 second delay. I checked the console in Chrome for any errors and I have this error appear:DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/sentry.957bb8d322d8fad44127.js.map: HTTP error: status code 403, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILUREDo I need to be concerned/do anything about this? Thank you,Gillian

How to add a button that allows you to pass URL query strings?

We’ve added a popup that will redirect visitors to the correct shop based on their location. We’ve noticed that URL query strings are being dropped when being transferred to the other shop. For example, a visitor arrives at our Canadian site with referral link: shop.ca/?ref=skxtBAIf they are an international customer, they will receive a popup message to redirect them to our international site, shop.com. Once they are redirected, the referral link gets lost and is no longer tracked. Instead, we want: shop.ca/?ref=skxtBA on our Canadian shop, to get redirected to shop.com/?ref=skxtBA on our US shop. URL string ?ref=skxtBA, is maintained. Is this possible?Thanks,Elie

Trouble Embedding Klaviyo Sign Up Form into Website Footer

Hi everyone, I am having trouble embedding my Klaviyo Sign Up form into my Shopify Debut Theme Footer. accessing all fields on form in customer profile

I have a form active on my site that allows the customer to complete a sample request form which includes their mailing address. However, I cannot see the mailing address in the customer profile. It’s collecting the information, so I know it’s somewhere, but how do I get it to display in the customer profile?

Hello, I read all the google subjects on this matter yet no one found solution.I am using an adblock and because of that I am unable to finish signup email.On my iphone signup form isn’t even available..Never had this issue on any website doing a signup form.For those who would like to try and maybe figure out what is going on:www.essencehouse.co"An error occured when submitting. Triggering Back in Stock before inventory reaches zero

Howdy folks,We’re implementing back in stock for a client on Shopify and of course it works perfectly for them.  When stock equals zero the sold out button appears and the BIS button is displayed.  However, our client now wants to show the back in stock button when their inventory is at 3 or less.  This allows them to avoid over selling and keeps them ahead of their stock levels.  My approach to implementing this was to physically implement the BIS button in the product template when inventory <= 3:{% if stock_available <= 3 %} <a class="klaviyo-bis-trigger" href="#">Notify Me When Available</a>{% endif %} Of course, this does display the BIS button but the actual triggering of various JavaScript elements does not occur as Klaviyo.js is listening out for stock levels to equal 0 before working it’s magic.  Does anyone know how I can override the stock level threshold so Klaviyo’s back in stock functionality kicks in when stock is less than or equal to 3? Great s

GDPR sign-up with competition collaboration

I want to create a form sign-up which enables consent for now only our database, but our collaborating partner, which I will export and send to them after the competition closes.How do I go about setting up the right format plus, enabling exportation to specific ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ to consent? The way I’ve tried it doesn’t really seem to work as it adds both test email addresses in as ‘Yes’ when one selected ‘Yes’ and the other ‘No’.

How to edit the subscribe confirmation email

Hi all,When I registered my email at klaviyo via the form, it worked and I got an email entitled "Confirm Your Subscription".That's fine, but how do I edit that email? I want to change some of the colors in the email and edit the subject in the email, but I don't know where I can change them.Anyone can help? Help.Thank you.

Issue with Legacy form redirecting on form submission

I’m running into an issue where the the legacy form sometimes redirects to page with another form asking for the email, first name, and last name. But this only seems to happen sometimes. I’ve added the data attributes: data-ajax-submit, target, and novalidate. Thanks in advance for the help!

Placeholder text disappeared from form

I have created a multi-step name and email form in Klaviyo. I had two fields, one for first name and one for email. I have gone into the form today and the placeholder text has disappeared and I have no idea how or why this has happened. Is anyone able to assist?This is what my form looks like and below shows what the placeholder text should be.
