What are ALL the steps for multi-languages email and sms lists?

I really hope someone can help me. Here is my problem: my site is bilingual so all my content must be too (email, sms, pop-up, etc.). I've read almost every post on this topic, but can't figure out in what order to do it. What should I do first? And then? Thank you for taking the time to respond.

SMS Not Delivering

Hello, we recently set up our SMS campaign but no text messages have been delivered since starting it. So far it lists that 58 were “skipped”. Some of these we understand like no consent, failed trigger or invalid number but the majority of them say “Missing Number”.  We tried to test this out with a few employees of ours and we put our numbers in and initiated the flow but we did not receive the SMS message. We received the emails that we are expected to receive but for some reason we have not had a single SMS message deliver to anyone. Any idea what’s going on and what we can do? How much do SMS and MMS messages cost?

SMS and MMS are priced differently. The total cost per message is $0.01 for SMS and $0.03 for MMS. These prices include all carrier costs, so you will never be charged more than these amounts for any one message.You can learn more about how SMS and MMS are billed in Klaviyo by taking a look through this Getting Started with SMS Handbook.

Click-to-Text Email Banners

Looking to add a click to text email banner within our welcome series, but with the limitation to the Click-to-Text links in that they are not supported by all applications (for example Gmail and Outlook), so those users will not be able to click on them, is there a way to reach those using those applications?

Can I Set Up SMS Consent at the Checkout Stage?

Hi so i set up SMS marketing through klaviyo last week using a sign up form when customers arrive on my page, which hasn't been that effective. I was wondering is there a way to add a tick box at the checkout stage where customers can choose to consent for SMS messages so i can use them in my abandon cart flow? I currently using shopify and just want a tick box then links back to klaviyo.

Checkout event is not working

Hi, Its been many days now and i am unable to connect with any of the klaviyo support. I also emailed to klaviyo but unfortunately i didn’t got any response.  I am facing an issue that needs immediate resolve as my abandoned cart flow is not working and the checkout event is not been triggered properly. Further i purchased the sms plan and it shows the same error that “We have not yet received any Started Checkout events from WooCommerce”. I have checked again and again all my settings and integrations with woocommerce but still no resolve. I know klaviyo is a strong platform and i shifted from mailchimp to klaviyo but this issue is testing me to its best. I hope i would get some help from the klaviyo team. Looking Forward

Sending a .vcf card to SMS subscribers

Is it possible to send SMS subscribers a .vcf contact card so that they can store our contact info into their phones easily? I have seen this done by some accounts with Klaviyo such as robingolf.com but I cannot seem to figure out how to set it up. thanks!

Abandon Cart Link in SMS Flow

I’m working on adding an SMS branch to our abandon cart flow and I am not seeing where to add the link to return them to their cart from the text…. will this auto populate? When I send a preview text to myself there is no link but not sure if that’s because I don’t have a cart to preview?

Linking a QR code to a SMS sign up form

Hi  I want to include a QR code in my packages for customers to sign up to SMS marketing giving unique discounts. I also want to include the QR code linked to my SMS sign up form to my socials, does anyone know if this is possible and how I can do it? Thanks

SMS Credit Usage

We’re looking at some of the Klaviyo integrations related to SMS, and currently run both campaigns and flows using SMS messaging, so I was curious if there is any report type that can show by week, just like ‘total received SMS’, of ‘total SMS credits used’ by each message so I can see where the volume of our plan is being allocated and adjust accordingly?

Hi there,I’m in the UK and looking to start developing my SMS subscribers list. From what I understand, the SMS feature in Klaviyo is only available in the US, is that correct? Is there an ETA on when it might become more widely available?I currently use SMS Bump for SMS marketing (e.g. abandoned checkouts) and am using Just Uno for the pop up on my website to collect email addresses. I’m looking into how I can create an additional field in my Just Uno pop up to collect the users phone number on the pop up too and then have these saved in Klaviyo within the subscribers profile. How Do I Collect SMS Consent and Phone Numbers from Previous Purchasers?

Good day everyone! My name is Dayo, a digital marketing guru.I have some issues after setting up my opt-in form on my klaviyo for some of my previous buyers, I created a segment for them which will allow me to schedule a campaign requestng their consent to receive text from me. What happens when a customer responds back to my SMS?

As of right now, when a customer responds to one of your SMS messages, this response will register under the Sent SMS metric. This will show in their profile with the response the customer has sent.You can click on the timestamp to view additional details about the message.Our feature roadmap includes a built-in SMS inbox, where you will be able to see all incoming SMS messages in one place. For now, you can view all Sent SMS events in Metrics > Sent SMS.

SMS text not working.

Hello,I've been searching on the forum high and low for two days and I haven't been able to find an answer to my question. I've even emailed the support desk and am still awaiting a response. I just recently signed up for Klaviyo and have already set up Welcome and Abandoned cart email flows. I also created pop up forms for email as well as sms. The SMS pop up works fine; however, when I click the subscribe button (from my mobile device) to go through the joining process, it's not working properly. It takes me to my text messages with a pre-made join message ready for me to send. When I send it, nothing else happens, and I never receive any follow-up texts. I also am not seeing anything in my SMS list, so there's definitely a disconnect somewhere. I've followed the setup directions given, but still not working. I don't want to launch my new site until I get this working, so a quick resolution would be greatly appreciated.

With email, I can add inactive emails to Suppression List, or they will be automatically added to this list if users unsubscribe or bounce our emails. So how can I do that with sms?

Hi all! Previously I recall sending an SMS campaign with the option to schedule time according to the recipient’s timezone. I can’t seem to find that option anymore, would anyone be able to help?This is what I see when trying to schedule: FYI recipient are in US, Canada, Aus, UK. Thank you in advance.
