When using Australia SMS can you confirm if the sending numbers can be an Australian based number? Because by default I can see it's a US number being used in my current accounts when activated.
Hello!I’m using Konnektive as a CRM and FunnelKonnekt to process sales. Because of another plugin, I need to use this system.The CRM has a plugin for Klayvio but only sends email permission along with product info and customer information, but I want to set up Texting as well.Short of exporting through Zapier, is there an easy way to manually get consent into the accounts when they submit the landing page. I have a phone number and consent block on my sign up form, but when I get the numbers it says “No Phone Number” as the reason for a skip. But then when you look at every phone number profile, it has the number attached and consented on their profile. I’m not sure why it’s skipping and thinking it’s not a real number? Any ideas on why this is happening? It’s happening to every number I get through my sign-up pop up.
Hello! Are we unable to include a contact card in a campaign message? When migrating over from another platform, in our new number welcome we would like to be able to send the contact card so people who subscribed to our old phone number are prompted to save the new updated information. Any ideas on how to do this? I saw a response about creating a keyword triggered flow but that seems like a big work around
I am trying to create a sms & email multi step sign up form and cannot publish the form as I am receiving the following form alert: “Configure or remove tap-to-text - Make sure you have compatible SMS numbers for your account to use tap-to-text.”We have just set up SMS on the account and the SMS settings are all active and correct. Hey there, I keep getting an error message when I try and set up SMS messaging in Klaviyo. For some reason I was able to set it all up during the tutorial but I was never able to verify a phone number to actually use. I try and redo it all now and I am unable to get past a certain point in signing up. This is the error I keep receiving . I get it after filling out the company information part of the setup. Hello! We are trying to understand if this situation is possible and if anyone has achieved something similar. Our client wants automatically send SMS text messages to customers, with links to the URL pages of products they have purchased -- but only for the NEW products they have purchased (their basket may include a mix of new and previously purchased items). The goal is to provide a sort of “Thank you for purchasing, read more about your new product” marketing initiative.Do you know how we can achieve this? I know we can setup a “Flow” that will be triggered post-purchase. But I’m not familiar with how / or whether Klaviyo can know only about a customer’s new vs previous purchase history, and only send them links related to their new purchases. Any ideas?
Hi there.I am a bit confused about collecting consent for SMS which I will describe below.I have a form that confirms opt-in for SMS that only shows up on a mobile. This is easy to configure because of the special "Subscribe via SMS" action button that you can put in mobile only forms. So people click that button on their mobile, they get sent a text message asking them to "Join" the list. That problem I have is this...I have the same setup on a desktop. I have the same sort of form but it only shows on desktop. People have to manually type in their phone number to sign up for SMS and press "Send me texts". But I don't know how to get their consent for the list it sends them to this way. I've tested it with myself and nothing happens asking me to confirm my sign up on my phone. If the list they are configured to join has "double opt-in" checked or "single opt-in" checked, they just join the list anyway. So it appears to not matter if I have double or single opt-in checked.I hope I expl

I’ve been reviewing the pages and the Academy re: SMS marketing but where I’m getting stuck is what list to add these contacts to. Do I create just an SMS list? Do I continue to add new emails AND SMS to my existing email list? If so then how would I create the separate SMS sign up form ONLY for existing email list customers?

I have an application that (via API) collects the consent from user to receive SMS messages. Double opt-in is setup for this, and as default, users receive the following message to give final consent:“Please reply YES to receive updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out”I would like to customize that message, is that possible?
We have many SMS-only profiles on our SMS list. We would like for them to have names and emails so we can reach out to them if they win one of our contests. I first thought of doing this with a text-response survey that fills in these profile fields one at a time. But it looks like there’s no way to use an event variable as a profile property. Also, the sequencing would be difficult, as the “sent text” event trigger does not seem to be able to filter based on what text they replied to. Then I thought of sending them a manage preferences link, where they can type in their name and email in some form fields. But the {% manage_preferences_link %} does not work in SMS. So how can this be done?

However, only about 90+ of them has consented to receive my sms according to Klaviyo.Is there a workaround or do I have to send an email campaign to let those customers agree to receive sms through Klaviyo again?
Hello Folks!So I just created a welcome series SMS signup and having issues with the discount link being sent back by Klaviyo taking over 1 min to come back. I originally had a virtual card also but that caused the delay to be 2mins so I removed that already. Great example of a gold standard here is Jaxxon’s mobile signup, the text message almost comes back instantly, sending you right back to the website. That 45-60s is going to kill the bounce rate for me. Any solutions/anyone else experienced this?
I want to start incorporating SMS into my Klaviyo and need to grow the SMS list. I plan on targeting existing profiles with sms signup forms but I want to ramp up this effort by including something like a footer in my campaigns that informs my recipients to sign up for SMS but I don't know the instructions to put there Do I tell them to go to my site and to see the form (this sounds dumb) or is there a code they can send to the phone to signup for SMS. Is it possible to add SMS consent to a List Subscription page?I'm asking because the functionality to add SMS consent to the phone number field does not exist in Klaviyo's builder.The goal is to send an email within the First Purchase Welcome Series to new customer's who have yet to consent to SMS, and link them to a Lander with SMS consent.I suppose we could pop a consent form similar to what we're currently using but I'd rather use a dedicated Lander if possible.Let me know your thoughts. During a setup of SMS channel there is required field with company phone number. Please let me know for what reason it is necessary? Our company is fully online our customer service use chat and email forms. If its only for contact with klaviyo I can put there my number right?
