Only seeing WooCommerce Metrics being sent to Klaviyo for some customers

Hi All, Might be a simple question / answer but any reason why we would be seeing limited metrics for some customers using a WooCommerce site? For example, this is a test account on site, tracking mixed standard Klaviyo events and Woo events:  This is a customer browsing, similar period, only seeing the Woo events come over:  This is obviously going to limit the traffic moving through the flow’s we have setup, any advice or reason why we’d only be seeing Woo only metrics and not the standard browse / basket / active etc... Checked the install via the web tracking drop down in Klaviyo, seem’s to be picking up the script;  Is this a cookie thing? i.e people not accepting cookies on site but still using the store? I don’t manage the WooCommerce platform but work with the developer. But if there are any other checks I can do my side or pass on let me know! Thanks in advance, Jason

What’s the difference between the 2 histogram bins columns in the Klaviyo CLV Calculations Template?

What’s the difference between the 2 histogram bins columns here? Which one I should refer to when I using the template? The video doesn’t explain the calculation sheet clearly. I need more clearly explanations on the metrics of the templates. Anybody could help?

Are there any Metrics that enable new flows in the flow library?

Hi! Our flow library looks kind of empty (exactly 20 flows). As we have to build our own custom integration, we might be missing a few key Metrics. Our current list includes:Active on Site Added to Cart Removed from Cart Added to Wishlist Started Checkout Viewed Product Placed Order Fulfilled Order Cancelled Order Refunded Order Ordered Product Subscribed to Back in StockIs there any metric missing to extend our flow library? Or is this due to having implemented a custom integration? Thanks in advance!

Klaviyo revenue %

Hi everybody. I’m trying to see if anybody has some stats about what the average % of total revenue that is usually generated through email marketing for e-commerce businesses (specifically for fashion business). I was trying to find data but did not find anything meaningful.  I have a client and after 3 months of working together we are at 32% of total revenue (over $50K in revenue), but he constantly keeps complaining and is frustrated that email marketing is not working. I am trying to find some stats to show him how his brand compares to the average for e-commerce businesses.  Thanks,

Open rates will likely always be inflated so I recommend making sure they stay consistent around the same percentage and to look at Advanced Reporting in a Campaign to make sure all inbox providers are seeing those rates.  Apple Privacy Protection does not trigger if the email lands in spam so it is very obvious when an inbox provider is landing in spam.  I also recommend tracking Click Rate (not CTR) to make sure it is over 1% as Click Rate is not inflated by APP but can be impacted by segmenta

Send track and identify in the same call using Javascript API

Hey,I would like to know if it’s possible to send “track” and “identify” in the same call using the Javascript API.The reason behind this question is the following issue that I’ve encountered:In case you want to identify and track a user within the same event e.g. a dataLayer push, two separate _learnq calls don’t work unless you introduce some sort of timeout because the exchange id from the identify call will not be available fast enough and before the next call fires.

Changed IP pool

Hello there! I recently had a dedicated IP assigned to my account, so for some time I was sending emails through one shared IP with a good reputation and a dedicated one, which had medium reputation at that time. I am also monitoring my deliverability through Inbox Monster and Postmaster tool to detect any changes that might be harmful for the reputation of my domain. Just within a week after sending emails from those 2 IPs, I noticed that the pool of my IPs was changed. Instead of seeing a dedicated IP and a good shared IP, I started sending email from 3 shared IPs with low reputation. Did anyone experience such unexpected change of IPs for their account? What might be the reason for it? Thank you!

How does Klaviyo track spam complaints: by average or by total complaints?

I noticed a big spike in spam complaint rate for one of my clients. Upon investigation, I determined that the high spam complaint rate was due to 1 person in 1 flow email that didn’t have a lot of recipients, thus, the “average” spam complaint rate was very high for that week.  I’m wondering if the high average spam complaint rate will negatively impact deliverability, even though in reality it was only 1 subscriber.

Added to cart metric will only happen when specifying ?utm_email=email@address.com

I set up so I can track added to cart metric in klaviyo however I can only see that in klaviyo when I specify ?utm_email=email@email.com. In the past it was working but after upgrading to OS2.0 I can’t track without specifying utm_email what do i need to do?

Resolving descrepamcies between Klaviyo Analytics

Hey yall, We have several stores in the UK, AU, and other EU. Our store in the US is doing $150k from post purchase flow.  But we think this number is flawed.  Can someone help us out as to why we might be having such high figures when we clearly are not?Thanks.

Klaviyo Attributed Revenue Metrics

On the overview dashboard, the preset cards “Conversion by Channel” and “Conversion Summary” show Klaviyo Attributed Revenue. The numbers there do not match up with figures reported by metrics like Placed Order, Ordered Product, Fulfilled Order, etc. How is this calculated? Additionally, when I try to create a custom report for one of the metrics mentioned above and group them by Attributed Message/Flow (to get metrics for campaigns and flows respectively), I get a row with an empty Attributed Message/Flow, and the Attributed Message/Flow Name is “Unknown ()” What is this attributed to? I thought it was referring to the unselected grouping (e.g. Unknown refers to Message when grouped by Flow) but the numbers don’t add up.

Flows Skipping my Emails

I tried a paid Klaviyo account for 2 months, after that i returned to a free account and since then klaviyo does not send my flow emails it always skips them and all of them, When I try to change something I get a window that shows error 403

What should my average open rate be on my new sending domain before I start sending to more people?

Hey guys!Quick question: So about 2 months back we started using a new sender’s domain. At first we sent emails to the entire list (around 60k) and got an average open rates of around 7%, Now after learning about warming up the sender’s infrastructure, we have started sending to engaged 30 day segment ONLY. Our open rates per campaign is around 20% for the last 3 days. We sent almost daily emailI want to quickly ramp up my list and start sending more people. Do I wait for the average open rate to get to around 20%, and then slowly ramp up?

What to set first? A campaign or an automation, while getting started with Klaviyo?

Hi there,Suppose I am a Shopify Store owner with about 50,000 email profiles who have opted-in to receive marketing emails from me either through Shopify’s sign up form or while checking out. I want to upgrade my email marketing and get a Klaviyo subscription. Next I integrate my Shopify store with the Klaviyo account so that all historic engagement data (i.e., opens, clicks, etc.) is taken up by Klaviyo. I build my 30 day engaged segment following the Klaviyo guide. Suppose the outcome is 5,000 profiles who have engaged in the previous month. The question is…What should I do next? Should I send a campaign to these engaged profiles? Or should I first set up high engagement flows like welcome series, abandonment cart, browse abandonment etc?In the “How to ramp and warm your sending infrastructure” guide, judging from the order of numbering, it looks like we should send a campaign to the engaged segment first. Also, the same document suggests that we should set a welcome flow after 14 da

Magento - Cancelled orders revenue in reports

Hi there,We’re seeing some very good metrics and figures coming through now on our Klaviyo account from our emails which I am really happy about, however, it seems that the revenue reports are picking up some cancelled orders which are making the figures more inflated than what they actually are. I’ve read another forum entry where someone had the same issue 6 months ago with their Shopify integration, and the answer they got was that it was on the developers radar and was something that the Klaviyo team would be working on fixing.It hasn’t really been a huge issue for me personally as I can easily cross reference the figures with Magento but it would be better if it wasn’t like this. I was just wondering if there is a known fix for this yet?(Screenshots can be seen below 🙂 )

How to seperate revenue from online vs POS

I’d like to be able to determine the amount a customer has spent online only off the back of our eDMs. Since we integrated our Shopify into POS, our revenue figures show all sales. Meaning, if someone who’s signed up to our database and buys in store within the the time frame of our email being sent, the revenue from that sale is added to our stats in Klaviyo. Any tips?

Track conversions on multiple sites

TLDRIs it possible for me to install klayvio js on multiple client ecomm sites? If so, can I create a report for each client? ContextWe are about to launch a sponsored content portion of our newsletter. Staying under 5 links, vs including social media links. How do you balance it?

Hi all,  I’ve been looking into how to improve deliverability, and one of those ways seems to be to keep links in an email at five or under. This includes links to social media.  In a campaign or flow, I may use a number of links. And then including the social media links will take the email over 5 links.  In some cases, clients have over 5 different social media platforms that they want included. Which takes me well over 5 links just by including the social media alone!  How do you balance it? Best practices that I’ve read seem divided. Some say to always include social media. Others say to always minimize links by removing social media.  I’d like to hear the community's thoughts on the best way to manage this. Thank you!
