Transactional Shared IPs

HiNeed some clarity on a specific use case related to transactional emails:When Klaviyo marks an email as transactional, will that particular email be sent via different IP pool or the same IP pool.I assume, transactional gateway is different. Correct me if I’m wrong?Also, let’s say, if Klaviyo’s shared IP pool is blacklisted, will the transactional emails be affected? Or how delivery is managed for transactional emails messaging type?Thanks in advance.Regards Mohsin

Added to cart event is not working properly

Hi,I installed the added to cart event to our shopify store about 2 months ago, and it’s seems like everything is properly setup as its shown in the image below. However there wasn’t any event recorded despite people adding items to thier cart.  Is there anything else i need to instal?

Troubleshooting with sending and dedicated domain

Hi, we are facing some problems: we have created a campaign with a template and sent it but, some email recipients didn’t receive it.The email address is our business email that is similar to the email address used as the sender's email. We have also configured a dedicated sending domain but it seems not working.We have contacted our server company and they have told us that they need the Klaviyo IP address to fix that but this is not possible.We have this problem, especially with one template.Anyone can help us?Thank you!

High unsubscribe rates in email flows

Hello,I’ve created a series of email flows (which have been LIVE for 3 months) and many of the emails have a really high unsubscribe rate (including the Welcome Flows - where people have JUST signed up)!I’ve included a snapshot of the March report - wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what I should be auditing/looking at to reduce the unsubscribe rate for flows (I’ve only been able to find info on this regarding campaigns).I thought maybe I can give people the option to Manage their Preferences as well as Unsubscribe. But I’m not sure how this will work with flows? Would we give them the option to only receive transactional messages? And if that’s the case, how do I implement this? FYI: The opt-in offer is 10% Off plus a free downloadable print. We give people the code instantly in the Opt-In pop up and also send it through in the Welcome Flow. Maybe people are getting the code and using it, but don’t want the emails?Also, the Sunset Flow has a high unsubscribe rate - I thou

Question: Where can I find the list of profiles that are currently online. We used to be able to see those before in the Dashboard and were able to click on each profile to see when they came to the site and what they clicked on.

Error in welcome flow analytics?

I have been getting odd and inaccurate numbers in Klaviyo Flow analytics.I sent myself through a flow and never received the email - I’m not sure why it didn’t hit the inbox, if there was spam blocking or firewall issues but it never hit my inbox.Klaviyo still reported that not only was the email delivered but it was opened and clicked on!Similarly with an SMS that I received but did not click on Klaviyo logged that I clicked the SMS.And today looking at live customers who went through a flow it is showing that 60% of the people who clicked links in the email opened it 0 times, I am not sure how that is possible though. But these issues are making it difficult to trust the numbers I’m seeing - I raised a support ticket 2 weeks ago regarding this issue and have yet to hear from support - it does seem that this community board is monitored more regularly though.  Emails that were not delivered nor opened or clicked People who Clicked on emails they didn’t openThe SMS I never clicked on!

Sending emails from multiple domains

Hi, My cleint has 4 different companies  that have  4 differnet websites. Each of the have their own unique domain name.  There are “request a callback” forms on each site. Can I use 1 Klaviyo account to manage the 4 websites. The key requirement is when somebody fills out  a form on a site they get an automatic thank you reply and this reply must use an email that is using the domain of the site where the form was filled out. So site A xyz.com must use email address joey@xyz.com to send emails site b abc.com must use email address joey@abc.com to send emails  Cheers John

My own profile is set to unsubscribed every couple of weeks and I am not doing it

Hi there--this is a weird one but for several months now, my own profile keeps getting unsubscribed and I have no idea how this is happening as I’m not doing it. Has this happened to anyone else? I am less worried about me and more concerned if there is any chance this could happen to customers. Thanks!!

Since it changed, what should I do to get the performance of one account over the past 30 days, 90 days, and 365 days? This is usually what I use in my reports

I closed my site recently and downgraded the Klaviyo account associated with it to a free account. I am job hunting and met with a recruiter this morning. Is there any way to get the metrics from my business, open rates, conversions, etc to put on a resume to aid in job hunting? I cannot contact Klaviyo directly with a free account.

change in revenue percentages by klaviyo for previous months

hello, I noticed that my results (revenue by klaviyo) for the old months, for the "placed order rate" metric, have increased! they were at 37% for March and since today the result has increased to 42%! Same for February! Why such a discrepancy? has there been an update to the email revenue calculations? THANKS

Bounce email from lengow

Hi everyone,I was alerted by a super high bounce rate on a new flow I created and when I deep dived I find out that all the bounces were coming from lengow emails (xxxx-amazon_fr@lengow.com) for example. Coul you please help me understand how do I correct this ?Thanks !

Why is there a discrepency in btw my opened email metric & number of downloads?

Hello everyone,I am somewhat new to Klaviyo, after hiring an agency and having them really drop the ball I’ve realized it’s just better to learn everything and run it in house haha.I am still warming up my account and I’m at around 50% complete. I sent an email blast to a segmented part of our list who is highly engaged. Around 2000 people.We released a free digital product exclusively to our email list. We didn’t send the link or post it ANYWHERE else. Since sending the blast out We’ve had around 30 downloads of the product and around 10 responses to the email. (We asked people to respond for a discount code)Yet Kaviyo is saying only 10% of people opened, only 2 people active on the site, and 0 people clicked the link which isn’t possible.Why might this be happening? Events are tracking from my wordpress fine. I enabled tracking links for the campaign. Seen this with a few other campaigns as well.Any help is appreciated! I definitely need accurate data during this important period of

Updating DNS - Record conflicts

Hi Klaviyo Wizards! I’m attempting to set up a Dedicated Sending Domain, but having issues with the final DNS record as it conflicts with another record e.g. “www” I can’t delete this record since it’s important  - it serves as a redirect from a previous/old Shopify store. How can I solve? Set Dedicated Domain - Invalid domain. Check domain info and try again.

So currently the emails sending via the system are all going to spam.  I’m trying to send via a dedicated domain which will hopefully help, but on the first step when I enter my root domain and ‘sending domain’ which is suggested as ‘send.yourdomain.com’ I am getting an error: Invalid domain. Check domain info and try again.Dismiss Does anyone have any ideas?!
