Abandon Cart Flow misfiring Woo Commerce and YITH Request for Quote

I have my out of the box Abandoned cart flow set up in my new WooCommerce store and its working but there is slight glitch due to my setup. I am using YITH request a quote which allows a customer to add items to the quote and submit for pricing. Once they submit the quote, Klaviyo appears to be interpreting this as those items were left in the cart and triggers the abandoned cart flow. Is there a way around this?  EDIT: There are two ways a user can create a quote. One is to build a quote cart and the other is to convert the shopping cart to quote in the checkout screen. The later is when the abandoned cart flow is triggered. This makes sense functionally, but it would like for the flow to not activate when the cart is converted to quote.

How to remove a person from a flow?

I have the following use case:After buying my digital product, users receive a flow with 10+ E-mails delivering the product. Sometimes, I need to remove somebody from the flow (example: after 2-3 weeks of receiving the messages, somebody wants to take the money-back guarantee. So he is already in the flow, but now i want to remove him).  How can i remove that person now from the ongoing flow (not just single emails, because that’s a lot of work...)?

Abandonded cart flow - how to put highest value item in email subject?

Hello,  I’m putting together an abandoned cart flow and for the second email I would like to put the name of the highest value item in the customers cart into the subject.So far I’ve figured out how to pull the first item from the array using {{ event.Items.0 }}  and a random item into the subject, but would like to be able to display the highest value item. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! For example, I’d like to say something like: “Don’t forget about your (Highest value item)”Thanks :)

How Does Klaviyo use email marketing to nurture and understand customer relationships?

We are a niche publisher based in the Boston area that has an eCommerce site as well as other content sites. Our bread and butter is our content; paid subscription. We currently use Active Campaign, but are considering migrating to Klaviyo, but it appears a bit light on the email marketing side. No one can dispute Klaviyo’s powerful ecommerce integration but I don’t want to lose out on the nurturing (beyond onboarding), lead scoring etc. Understanding the full picture of our customer is paramount. For instance, have they visited our content sites and made a purchase on our Store etc.I’m looking for some guidance from any folks who have faced a similar situation.Thanks, Bev

How long(time) does product from abandoned cart stay in checkout URL

Hi folks, I recently created an Abandoned cart email flow - with Checkout started as the trigger.  It all seems to be working fine and the return to cart is also taking the user to the checkout correctly. However i had a question on the time duration that product will stay in the cart for? Does anyone here have an idea? A user might add some other items to the checkout so want to see if this URL generated will be expired after a set time or this products stays in the cart/checkout forever until removed or bought? any help is appreciated, Thanks!!

WooCommerce Products & Categories not showing in Trigger Filter

Hello,I’m having issue setting Trigger Filters in the Flows section of Klaviyo.I’m attempting to send an email when a specific product is purchased. However, when I try and search for the product it’s not showing up.  As you can see here, Klaviyo can see that there are 6 Items.  But when I try and add a trigger for Highly Sensitive Thriving Circle - Annual Membership, it doesn’t appear the in Dimension Value.For some reason only 3 of the products show in the drop-down.I’d appreciate any advice on what might be causing this. ​​​​​​​Thanks

I Need help asap: how do I ensure my wholesale clients are not getting my abandoned cart emails?

I need help with a flow, I have a wholesale company but also do direct to consumer, smaller orders. I need to make sure my wholesale clients from my list are not getting my abandoned cart and any basic flows for that matter. How do I weed those out when setting up my flow.

Feature Request: More Campaign Sorting Options

When looking at a  chosen range of recent campaigns, it would we invaluable with the option to sort by the different chosen values. I’m talking about the classic little arrow (used in most applications),  next to one of these (under Campaigns):To be able to look at the best performing emails within any given range and see what they have in common, there is a lot to learn.I know there are other reporting options, but just sorting this list by whatever you want, makes it instantly available as you work with your recent campaigns.

Need to remove multiple APIs from shopify store

Hey, I need to remove multiple APIs from my shopify store. I checked via view page source and it has multiple api in Klaviyo company_id tags. How to remove these extra scripts?? I’ve tried disabling the on-site script checkbox in Klaviyo shopify Integration and then removing the integration and then re-added it via incognito mode but it still doesn’t work.Need Help fast!

Naming Conventions for DEEPLY Personalized Email Flow

We have a flow that’s triggered when someone completes a 40 question quiz on our website. It is deeply personalized by gender, age, symptoms (we’re in health & wellness). So there are many variations of the same email but personalized depending on their quiz answers. It’s effective but confusing on the backend. Does anyone have suggestions for keeping this organized? Specifically - is there a way to name the emails (not the titles) that makes sense that will help us track? Thanks so much!!!

Back in Stock Flow does not populate the Product

 I am setting up a back in stock flow for my BigCommerce website. I added the script and it has collected emails. Below are the 2 issues I am having with the back in stock flow and script.The “notify me when available” button appears on one product that is out of stock but not another that is similar. Everything on the back end is the exact same for these two products, yet the green one does not show the “notify me when available” button. Excluding customers from flows if they are already in another flow

Hello,  I’m currently in the process of setting up a replenishment program for a number of different products. We want these emails to be personalised based on the different products replenishment times and therefore have decided not to take the dynamic approach. This being so, I wonder is there is a filter to add into the flow where it excludes the customer if they are already in another flow so that they don’t receive multiple flow emails in one day but still receive any campaigns sent out on that day?    Thanks, Laura

Conditional Split - emails not delivering to 50% random split

Hi All!Wondering if anyone might be able to help with this...My conditional split set to send to a random 50% sample doesn’t seem to be sending to them. I set up this split up and set it to live a while ago (several weeks?) and it still doesn’t seem to  be sending to anyone on this side. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! TIA,Daniel

Segmenting by region not delivering

HI All,We just discovered that a part of a post-purchase flow, where we segmented out customers by region, has not been delivering at all on that side…Below are screenshots of the flow canvas and the filter to segment out certain states.  Was wondering if off the top of anyone’s head here in the community they might be able to spot something I’m doing wrong… Someone suggested that it’s because Klaviyo does not save the Region when an order is placed….SMH trying to figure this one out.. Thanks in advance, Daniel

Pausing and resuming entire flow

Hello! We’ve got fulfilment issues and are looking to ‘pause’ our flows as they are promotional emails.The flow contains 7 emails across 100 days. Ideally we’d like to ‘freeze’ the activity so that if someone is queued up to receive email 2 they, they stay there and don’t flow through, and once we’re ready to put the flow back live, we can manually send out emails to queued people (without them being queued up for multiple emails) and resume the activity from where it was. I’m aware that emails can be put on ‘draft’ but I believe that doesn’t prevent people from ‘flowing through the flow’ so someone might end up being queued up for multiple emails (depending on how long it’s paused for).  Has anyone got any idea of how best to approach this?

HiI’Ve send several campaign without problems.But this time I’ve tried to send one and when I review my content I have a yelow tag to:Possible Email Content Issues1 item in your email is blank or has placeholder content. Please review your email before continuing.I’ve tried to check what is the problem, what is missing, I don’t see anything… Any ideas?Thank you

Enabling store staff to communicate with local customers

Hi I was wondering if anyone has managed to enable their colleagues in store to communicate with local customers, either in a 1-to-many way (advertising special offer / events for example) or in a 1-2-1 way (private shopping follow-up for VIPs)?Either using Klaviyo directly or integrating another platform/app to Klaviyo to manage data capture and management (permissions) in one place. ThanksLeo

Conditional trigger split by fulfilment status

Hi all,  I would like to include an conditional trigger split of the fulfillment status (we using shopify) in my already existing customer thank you flow. So if the fulfilment is completed customers get the planned mails of the flow and if not they will get an information about the delay. Following adding another trigger of the fulfillment status in the flow a few days later and if the order is fulfilled they get the planned mails of the flow.  Can someone help me in this case? Thanks so much in advance! Natascha

Using MyStore.com in Flow instead of mystore.myshopofy.com

Hello, My problem is that {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} returns mystore.myshopify.com as oppose to mystore.com. I asked support and they said I should change that from Integrations → Shopify → Store URL However, that was misleading advice as the Store URL must follow the pattern mystore.myshopify.com I am not sure how to fix this. I obviously don’t want to send my potential customers to another URL than my store’s. Thanks in advance
