How to use Source Value for Flow Filter

I am wanting to send people to one main email list. I have a few different ways people get to that list so I am wanting to use Flows to send different emails (initially) to my opt-ins depending on where they came from. And then after a few emails they would end up getting emails from my main list. Specifically on one of my forms I created or added a source value for my form to make it more identifiable but when I go in to the Flow Filter to select that source value, I see no option to choose it. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Reactively add people to Browse Abandonment Flow

Hi,I am wondering if it’s possible to add people to Browse Abandonment flow reactively?The idea is:I want to run a limited time campaign and offer a discount code for a certain category (Category A). I want to send email to people who viewed a product from this particular category in the last 30 days AND display that viewed product in the email. How can I do this? I was thinking about Browse Abandonment Flow with a trigger split. If the viewed product is in the Category A person will go through path YES and will receive the email and if the viewed product is not in the Category A person will go through path NO and exit the flow.Am I thinking right? Would email display the right product (belonging to Category A)?

Analyzing List Engagement per Campaign

Hi all! We recently launched an email campaign that was sent to four different lists. We did it as one campaign, not four separate campaigns. I want to see how well the campaign did with each list, not just an overall view for all of the lists. Is there any way I can see that in Klaviyo?

Using Klaviyo variables and logic from web feed?

Apologies if this has been asked, I tried looking before posting this.Can we ship Klaviyo code inside of a web feed and would it be parsed the same way once it’s received?For example, if I populate web feed content with a Klaviyo/Django {% if %} argument and logic, would it be parsed after the web feed response is received?Let’s say we ship a feed.footer component as compiled HTML that has Klaviyo logic for a conditional {% if %} and it wants to access person.id — would this work as expected?

Hello,I have created a popup linked to a list called subscriber popup. And I have linked this list to a flow which triggers emails with discount codes (Coupons) once a new customer is added to the list.How can I have validation on this popup so in case this email is already existing in the list, a message should be shown like “You are already a customer..”?

Abandoned Cart Emails for Multiple Currency WordPress Website

Dear support team, This is my website https://www.thesstudioonline.com/ build by WordPress woocommerce  website that ships worldwide. Our default currency is ₹ INR but we have a currency selector on-site which prompts users to view the site in other currency. Most customers are in USA.Klaviyo is not differentiating currencies in abandoned cart email templates when importing using “item.line_price”, so the automated prices in our flows are a mix of USD, INR…. varying per customer.How can we import product prices in specific currencies to at the time of customer checkout price? Note: used currency converter plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/

Can I control what product is shown in a price drop trigger flow?

Hi all, so I’m setting up a price-drop trigger flow... Simple enough. I have some conditional splits for “subscribed to list” and “placed order at least once over all time” however… how do I add the product that has had the price drop to the email content?Having an email saying something along the lines of “the price of an item you looked at just dropped” seems a bit redundant if you can’t display that specific product in an email…Any advice?

Not receiving campaign emails

I am the designer for my client that holds the Klaviyo account. As user account was created for me to create and manage their lists and email campaigns. While previewing and sending test emails the client and I were able to receive the emails sent by Klaviyo without issue.I have seeded our list with my email address, two gmail emails and client emails. Since launching the campaign almost 24 hours ago, only one of the email accounts has received an email from the campaign and that was a stock gmail account.I checked my spam folder, my junk folder and my promotions folder in each of the accounts.It doesn’t seem to make sense that I would receive test emails, but not live emails if the problem was the spam folder. Also, both gmail accounts are stock email accounts, so, they both should respond to incoming email the same way.Is there a way to test and see what happened to the email on a granular level, such see if it was blocked by a firewall or the email address does not exist, etc?

Unable to create Coupon - Email does not send.

Since i have different promotions, I create 2 sign up form. 1 for normal day, 1 for special day.I change sign up form of normal day and email flow to Draft. Then, Active the sign up form and email flow for special promotion. I also Smart Sending is OFF because i just use 1 email for testing email. I delete my test email on Profile because i am going to use it for testing.Coupon Set Up for special promotion:Condition If the order is over $85, Buyer can buy the Item A ($25,49)with 0 USD.   If the order is under $85, Buyer can buy the Item A($25,49) with a discount fixed amountSetup:I set up 2 separated coupon for these 2 conditions. Please see my set up on screenshotIssue:I test a basic flow as a buyer, sign up and expected receive the email with coupon code. However, sometimes, the email sent to me, sometimes Not. .Although, the email does not send to me,  the email is still inserted on Profile of Klaviyo but NO COUPON code is generated at the bottom of profile. Klaviyo list subscribers not entering flow with Typeform integration

Hi, we have a typeform quiz linked to klaviyo as well as a connected list and flow. People seem to be added to the list after completing the quiz, however, they don’t seem to be entering the connected flow. All emails in the flow are live and people were entering without issue before but have not been for about the last month.  Anyone have thoughts on why this might be?Thanks!

Hey! Just wondering if there is anyway for me to personalize my CTA buttons on Klaviyo. I know that I can change the colour, font, roundness. But is there more I can do or do people create their buttons on another platform and import them in as images? Cheers!

Does setting up all flows that are similar to each other overlap?

I’m trying to set up all the flows on klaviyo but I’m not sure if that’s a wise choice. Like for the abandoned cart reminders there is an original one, one for high value vs. low value cart, and also if you’re located in the U.S. or international. If I set them all up will they overlap and spam my customers?

New Arrival Email Campaign {List & Segment}

Hi Klaviyo Community,I'm new here. If you could give me a little advice, that would be great. I am starting a campaign for one of my clients. "New Arrival" is the campaign. It's my first experience with the campaign. Right now, I want to get to know about which segment should I target for my New Arrival campaign? Newsletter Members: 20, New Subscribers: 19, Active profile: 799.Would someone be able to guide me in creating a specific segment and targeting them for the "New Arrivals" campaign other than those in the Newsletter, New Subscribers segment.I have also created flows for this brand. Can't make Abandoned Cart with and without Checkout Flows work together

I want to have these two distinctive flows when a Customer adds to cart and leaves and when a Customer leaves at check out, I set them up and both work separately, but I activate both only Abandoned cart works.I added a filter to don't do the flow if the customer starts checkout and even added a timer before it triggers emails. I’ll add a screenshot for both below. Hoping to get some feedback here!In an ideal world I would like to do the following:Customer adds to cart and starts checkout, trigger the Abandoned Checkout flow Customer adds to cart and does not check out, trigger the Abandoned Cart flowNow it only triggers the Abandoned Cart flow regardless of checkout started or not. Would like to get some feedback to get it to work that way Thank you!Please note the wait times are very low because I am testing it.

Dynamic Coupon code not generating to email

So I created my unique dynamic code for shopify and I want it to expire after 1 day from the abandon cart flow. When I use the never expires options it will generate coupon codes. but the moment I use expires in option it doesn’t generate it says the coupon code 104YOU-preview not the generated code. I have some screenshots below. the first picture is with the never expires second is with expires in  24 hrs

"For block" not populating due to double loop

Hello, I am creating transactional emails and attempting to create a “for block” where the refunded items & qty populate. I tried to use this syntax: {% for item in event.extra.refunds.refund_line_items %}{{ item.name }}  × {{ item.quantity }}{% endfor %} However it did not work. I also tried incorporating repeat block feature:Repeat for: event.extra.refundsItem Alias: item For block;{% for item in refund_line_items %}{{ item.name }} × {{ item.quantity }}{% endfor %} The original syntax for one item is {{ event.extra.refunds.0.refund_line_items.0.line_item.name }}. I am using a Shopify integreation Thanks!

Can I create a Conditional Split for Email Subscribers Who Came From Specific Page URL?

I am collecting email subscribers from various offline events. They will scan a QR code or visit a URL at an event and be sent to a landing page (on my website) for the specific deal I want to offer (i.e. 10% off, free consultation, $10 gift card, etc.,) so I created a LIST for offline email subscribers and I am building the welcome series for them but unsure how to setup the conditional split for which offer the user will receive. The offer they get should be based on which URL on my site they last visited or was referred from. How do I do this? I tried conditional splits but didn’t see an option for last visited or referral link that allows me to specify the exact url.  Example: Attendee at an event sees my 10% offer and visits my website url (website.com/10code) and subscribes to my “Offline Event Subscribers” list which triggers a welcome email with 10% off. Another attendee at a different event sees my $10 gift card offer and visits my website url (website.com/10giftcard) and subs

Why is a Error 500 showing when I try to schedule a campaign?

I’m trying to send a regular email campaign, but every time I click “REVIEW” to schedule it, I’m getting an error message on the page. It’s read in the tab “Oops (Error 500)” and then the page says “Something is amiss. We're on it. The address you asked for didn't work for some reason.” I’ve never had a problem before. Anyone else having issues or has an idea why it’s happening??

Changing email copy (display different URLs) based on product(s) purchased.

Hi!I need to customize email copy based on the products someone purchases. We sell physical card games that also include a free digital version of the game, with a different unique URL for each language (we have 7 languages).In our post-purchase flow, I’d like to have customers receive the URLs of the products they purchased. If they buy 4 different languages, they’d receive 4 URLs in that email. If they buy 4 of the same language, they’d only receive 1 URL for that language.I’ve read through some other solutions and Creating a Product-Specific Flow seems to come the closest, but it seems as though I’ll have to have a different email template for every permutation.Is there a way to customize this within the email copy? Thank you so much.
