Abandoned Cart Flow does not show products

Hello Klaviyo users!So I just set up some new campaigns, but for some reason when I set up abandoned cart flows, it does not show the products that the person has left in their cart. We use Shopify, I dont know if that is key information in this.This is what it looks like (from standard).And this is what it looks like when I preview it:No products what so ever….

Facebook Lead Ads not always triggering Welcome emails

Okay, so I have already contacted support regarding this issue, who have been somewhere less than helpful, haven’t read the information correctly that I have given them and are now ignoring me without fixing the issue when I dared to suggest it was a Klaviyo issue and not something that I had done.So, please can anybody out there help me or get me through a Support representative that actually gives a (you can enter your own expletive here).The problem i have is that when a subscriber is populated from a Facebook Lead Ad, they should be added to my Welcome Flow, but sometimes this doesn’t happen. Klaviyo are saying that it is because I changed the filter in the flow, which I did, but only because the of the problem and when it made difference I reset it back to how it was originally. So, on that front, the problem existed both before and after the filter changes.I pointed that out to support, and mentioned that even in the last 24 hours only 50% of Lead Ads subscribers entered the Welc

Multiple trigger in checkout abandonment

I don’t what’s happening here: https://prnt.sc/22po5w2 Same person added in the waiting period multiple time. Can anyone help me in this. Klaviyo is integrated with Woocommerce. Is it the issue because in Shopify I am not facing this issue.

Why the font I selected on the editor is not the same on the email sent?

I am choosing a font and when I sent a preview email shows me a completely different font of what I selected. Can you please clarify what can I do to ensure this does not happen when sending the final email campaign? Thanks

How to send an email to "skipped" recipients of another

Hi there,One of our campaigns didn’t go to our whole list. In the summary info, exactly 500 recipients were “skipped”. I already opened a ticket with support. But in the meantime, how can I send a clone of that same campaign to those who were skipped? Creating ad hoc lists based on previous email delivery status was a very easy thing to do in Mailchimp, but I have no idea how to do it in Klaviyo. I would appreciate any suggestions.Thanks,-oo

Hi guys,Can I use a dynamic coupon created by Klaviyo for automatic application to the cart?Caution. I use it for the cross-sell flow and not for the abandoned cart flow.Now I use a code like this with static coupon:https://mysite.myshopify.com/cart/42117860458721:1?channel=buy_button&discount=DISCOUNT50This code does not open the cart with the abandoned cart, but opens the cart with a specific product identified by the code 42117860458721: 1Can I use a dynamic coupon created by klaviyo, instead a static copuon created by shopify for create a address like this?I would like to create a button that, when click on it, open a cart with a specific product and a dinamic coupon already applied.is it possible to do this?Thanks

Did I do this flow correctly? Abandoned cart .

Hi! I'm new to klaviyo and I was using the Abandoned Cart Reminder flow for quite some time. It was working great! But I was receiving emails from customers that told me that they got an email even after purchasing in this flow:(are you sure you want to leave these items EVEN after purchasing!) So I was confused how did this happen? So I added this conditional split to my flow and I was wondering if I did it correctly :) Please let me know Best regards,Ser

Campaign or Flow for optins on popup form on my website?

Hi, I am new to this Klaviyo so a bit confused where to start. I want to start collecting emails from a pop up form on my website in exchange for a post about 3 simple tips for improvement in my niche. The emails after that initial one from the popup form will form part of a newsletter with tips and product promotions.Do I need to set up a flow for this or a campaign?

Include "continue shopping" link in form/newsletter flow?

I have a popup with a promise of a discount code for newsletter subscribers on all of my product pages. On submission, the user then enters my “welcome to the newsletter” flow. The coupon code is added to the email and it works perfectly. I’d like to add a “continue shopping” button with a link to the product page where they submitted the form so the user can simply copy the coupon code and click to keep shopping. I’ve tried the {{ event.URL }} variable, but since the event that triggered the flow is the form submission (not a product view), it seems the event has no URL. Any ideas?

Using a Custom field via Zapier for personalization

Triggering of Automation on Import to list

I am trying to trigger a automation to send a unique discount code to a user in adding them manuallyor importing to a list. The campaign is based is a redemption offer on a product which is free. I want to be able to add or import via csv and trigger an email with a unique code. I want to add them on the list to stop people abusing the code so has to be unique to the customer and only be abled to be used once. The reason I want to do i manually is to get around the code being shared, do you have any setting where i can trigger this on IMPORT of ADDING Manually to a list.

Populating tracking number from Shopify

HI! I´m using Shopify, when implementing the shipping confirmacion standard flow it seems that it´s not taking the tracking no. nor the tracking url. I´m shipping thru an app called Packling. Does anyone know where this information is populating from? Event.extra.fulfillments.0.tracking_number{{ event.extra.fulfillments.0.tracking_url }}

Image links and alt text in the new editor

I’ve started using the new editor and facing the following: If I have multiple images in the template they all update to the same alt text and link and it’s impossible to set different values for each image. Has anyone else seen this or found a way around? It’d be too late to switch to the old editor last minute and it’s important to have several links in my campaign.

Age Defined Trigger Filter

We’ve got a virtual softball coaching product on Shopify where certain coaches cannot interact with clients older than a certain age, due to NCAA recruiting guidelines. If we had Shopify customers define the age of the customer at checkout , is there a way to setup a post-purchase flow in Klaviyo where all customers below a certain age receive a text invite from a certain coach and all customers over a certain age receive a text invite to another coach?

Separating results from two signup forms

Hi, I have two sign up forms on my website and one main list. An embed form where customers register their interest, then  Customers receive email with information about our business are can click on a link which then directs them to a 2nd embed sign up form on my website which  gathers their information and finalises their sign up with our business. How do I take the customers on two different email flows depending if they complete the 2nd form. Basically, if they sign up on the 2nd form I want to start a welcome flow and those that dont sign up will receive follow up emails encouraging them to do so.  Thanks
