Variant Email Triggers

Hi We have coffee products set up as variants with 10, 30, 100 pods. I’m looking to trigger replenishment emails flows on different timings based on the different variant purchased. How can derive triggers within shopify data that are variant (not product/item) specific?

Subscribers not added on Password Protected Page (Shopify Dawn 2.0)

Subscription Reminder Emails

We manage an account for a company that has product subscriptions (Weekly, every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks). We have been trying to set up different flows for each of these subscription variations but are still having some issues. Course of action example: The conditional split is allows for someone to be removed from the flow IF they have “Cancelled Plan” at least once since starting this flow, “Ship Now and Reschedule” at least once since starting this flow, “Skip Next Order” at least once since starting this flow, “Cancelled Order” at least once since starting this flow, “shipping_date_change” is in the next 3 days, and “Subscription next shipping date change” at least once since starting this flow. (NOTE: the conditions in red are also custom conditions we have added)All conditions that in green have been working well. However, the conditions in red are where we are having trouble. Several of our customers choose to “shipping_date_change” (eg. moving

Trigger Split for Value Not Working for Abandoned Cart

We recently got the Abandoned Cart flow going based on the article for Shopify here as well as the article for preventing multiple events triggering multiple times for one user at this article here. It looks to be behaving properly, except for one issue that seems to be creating two problems:We separated cart values for high vs. low, with a discount code being offered for cart values over a certain amount (in this case, $59.94). I made a trigger split for it, as you can see.However, it doesn’t seem to be registering the amount, as no emails have been sent or are waiting in the Low Value Cart.Not only that, ALL abandoned carts, both low and high value, seem to be getting the email with the discount code. I confirmed this by testing it myself as well as checking with other users.What is wrong with this trigger that it’s not registering the value?It’s under the $value, so it’s not a custom metric that sounds like could be an issue.From my limited understanding, everything looks correct. Send Emails to Multiple Target Lists in Flow

Hi all,I'm about to create an Email Flow for our next Halloween program. I don’t know whether to choose Campaign or Flow yet as I want to send a list of 2 to 3 emails.If I create an Campaign in Klaviyo, I can only send 1 email and it's hard to track, you know when someone places order, I don’t want to send the next mail to them.However, if I use Flow, I can’t choose all the lists of audience. It always starts with trigger, I can't choose my available customers.Anyone who has experience in doing this can advise? How to send 2 - 3 emails to the existing customers and optimise the flow? Should I download all the mail contacts from my List and Segment and then re-upload when I start the flow? Thank you so much for reading this! Your answer means a lot to me!Tristan

Flow not working - pls help debugging!

Hi all, I’ve created a product specific emailer flow but that’s not shooting the desired emails. Sharing screenshots below-Flow to trigger as soon as an order is “fulfilled” on Shopify AND the item name must contain “FOR 3 YEARS”Test order I placed and marked as “fulfilled” on ShopifyConfirmation proof that the order was “fulfilled” AFTER the flow was created

Why is my segment triggered flow not sending emails?

Set Flow > Email to ‘Live’ Set Flow > Trigger Setup to ‘Birthday Month’ segment Set demo profile birthdate to ‘10/09/2021’ My demo profile shows in ‘Preview Trigger Setup’ screen. It is the only profile with a birthday value Demo profile shows in Segment screen Wait 15 minutes (or more) No recipient activity displayed in Analytics No emails received.

Campaign started sending again 2 days after it was originally scheduled?

Hi!My most recent campaign has just in the last hour started sending out again to a small group of our list. So far it’s around 300 and the number keeps climbing.This is a problem because it was about a sale that has now ended - and we are even out of stock on the item it references. Does anyone know why this would be happening or how I can make it stop? Thank you!

Help! Will an archived campaign still send?

I have a cloned campaign i don’t want to send to a few recipients, which is paused for 16 hours due to ‘smart send’ (i.e it has been sent already) and I have  archived it. So will it still send in 16 hours from the archive? I want to delete but there is no option…  Please help :)

Cannot View Hyperlink in Body of Email

I am creating a pre-launch campaign being sent via email where I am inviting people to visit our website. I have created a hyperlink (visit our website) but it shows up as a blank in the body of that email. Will it be visible after it’s sent out or I have done something wrong?Thank you!

What are some abandoned cart tactics/examples that our Klaviyo Community has thought up?

Hi there Klaviyo Community, (New to Klaviyo) I’ve been thinking about how to salvage whatever’s that left of my Abandoned Order on Shopify. Set-up product specific replenishment flow emails

Hi all,We are sell subscriptions to kids activity boxes via our shopify store (something like lovevery). We have 12 boxes for kids in the 3-5 year age bracket (1 box for every 2 months). I want to set up an email flow depending on the most recent product purchased by the customer. For e.g. if someone buys Product A, I want to send them a pre defined email every 2 weeks. Can someone help with this? Our subscription is designed to send them a new box every 2 months, hence between any 2 months people receive 4 emails from us (1 every 2 weeks). Thanks!Rishabh

Cloning a flow email into a campaign (ie to send to every profile now!)

Hello, looking for help please as very new to all this.I set up a flow but then obviously didn’t get any of the conditions right and it has only sent to some people in my list not all (as intended). Is there now a way to replicate this email and send as a campaign so I can push through to all my subscribers? Fairly urgent as includes a code to access my store on launch!Thankyou

How can I Show/Hide different buttons depending on different tracking carriers?

Looking to see if we can show various buttons based on shipping carriers. My guess is this needs to be done in the dynamic content dialogue box, but I don’t see any contains logic in the documentation. Is the below possible?The buttons will split between UPS tracking and FedEx Tracking. First Time Buyer Thank You Flow

Hi, I want to create a flow of 3 email sequences for 1st time buyers. The first email should be sent immediately after purchasing, to simply congratulate the buyer. In the second email is where I offer an incentive. And in the third email is where I send a reminder, referring back to the second email. Which of the existing templates can I use for this?

Is there documentation for what properties I can target from Magento? I'm trying to do a flow based off of someone purchasing a specific product and I can't figure it out. $ordered_product doesnt seem to have SKU or title as an option.

Spam on Hotmail

Hi! Hope you're doing well. We want to know why when we send a mail in mass, it always gets to spam on hotmail users. It's only with them, other users receive the email properly

Analytics not working in flows

Hi Team, For one of my email flows, I press the “Show Analytics” button and I am getting the following error: Network Error: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”.  Can someone please let me know what this is and how to overcome this.  Thanks.

Can I Manually import contacts who subscribed via 3rd party app to Klaviyo's "back in stock" flow?

I’m working with a business whose store built on BigCommerce, and they are currently using a 3rd party app for back in stock notifications. We’d like to try the Klaviyo option instead as apparently the app is a little buggy, however, there are already people subscribed to notifications from this app (I don’t know what it’s called). Is it possible to manually import, then add contacts to the back in stock notification flow? I don’t see a way to smoothly transition from the app to Klaviyo. It looks like manually adding contacts to a metric-triggered flow isn't possible, but I wanted to check if that was still the case with this. Thanks!
