Shopify product tag not available for conditional trigger split in flow

Hello! I’m trying to add a conditional trigger split in an abandoned checkout flow based on a new Shopify product tag I created, but the specific tag I’m looking to use is not available when I am setting up the trigger split. (also not available when I try to create a segment for the tag) I did set up this new tag today, and I also refreshed my product data sync with Shopify. Hoping someone can help!Example: A customer starts checkout with a particular product that is tagged ‘smart creamer’ in Shopify. That customer event is added to the abandoned checkout flow, but I am unable to filter on the ‘smart creamer’ tag because it’s not available as a filter. There are other tags available but not that one. I tested this myself by starting checkout with this product and confirmed that the event data does inlcude the ‘smart creamer’ tag -- but for some reason, it is not available as a filter in the conditional trigger split criteria.

Hello everyone,I'm currently working on refining our "Abandoned cart email" system, and I'm facing a challenge regarding how to display the amount saved from discounted items. I'd like to clarify that this doesn't involve coupon codes.Here's a snippet of what we have so far in the email template:{{ item.ProductName }} Items: {{ item.Quantity|floatformat:0 }} Total: {{ item.ItemPrice|floatformat:2 }} USD However, we're encountering an issue where the total amount mentioned in the email doesn't reflect the savings customers make from discounted items.I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions to what shortcode I should add to the above. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Welcome email flow is behaving erratically!

I’ve set up a welcome email flow. It has a total of 3 emails. The list to which the sign-up form is connected has a double opt-in.Here’s what it looks like:Sign up form (10% discount code)    - User enters email id in this form in exchange for the 10% discount code Once the user confirms their subscription they’re entered into the list connected with the sign-up formThe welcome flow:-Trigger (When someone is added to a list) First email: Welcome email (With a 10% discount code) Time delay (I set it at 2 mins to test out the flow) Conditional split (If someone has not ordered in 30 days) If Yes (Receives an email with a discount code + Brand story) - Second Email If No (Receives an email with just Brand story and no discount code) - Second Email Last email: Contains Customer testimonials Flow endsHere are the issues I’m facing:The time delay is not working correctly. Sign Up Forms based on quantity of product.

Hi, I am wondering if there is an option to have a sign up form trigger when the quantity of a product in Shopify is 0. I’m launching a subscription box, and only have so many to sell each month. I’d love to have a sign up form automatically start when the quantity of the box goes to zero so I can capture people back onto a waitlist. Is that possible?

Subscribed At Least Once

I have a flow condition set up “Subscribed to List At Least Once Between 4/19 and 5/20”. To confirm, if an existing subscriber puts their email into the entry field again, this flow condition will not capture them, since they are already on the list right? I have a separate flow for existing subscribers, so I want to make sure they don’t also get put through this flow as well. Thank you in advance.

why can i still see my klaviyo flow on my website after deleting the flow from klaviyo

I wanted to delete one of my flows from my Shopify website since it was causing inconvenience for my customers. But even though I deleted the flow on Klaviyo 12 hours ago, it's still visible on my website. Why is this happening, and how can I completely remove it from my Shopify website? Even though I deleted it from Klaviyo, it's still visible on my Shopify site.

How to separate landing page and pop up form flow emails (both have different type of discount)

Hello, I hope my question will help to many Klaviyo users who encounter similar case :)  Regarding to landing page and pop up page in Klaviyo, I have both of them in different type of discount, pop up is 15% off and landing page $10 off. Since both are different, I created 2 flows of welcome series (newsletter). I am afraid that either subscribers will get into the wrong flow emails. Back in Stock Flow and Apikon

Hello everyone, I have a customer who already uses the Appikon pop-up for “notify me when back in stock”.   I’ve created the back in stock flow.  Is it necessary to remove this pop-up and add the back in stock code to their theme? New Feature Request: Open Flow Recipient Preview in new tab.

When checking flow email recipients previews the “PREVIEW” button will not open in a new tab. In Chrome it actively blocks left click “Open in New Tab” option. This also prevents loading multiple customers previews to quickly review a few at time.Instead you click the button, it opens in the same tab. eg:Then on clicking the Browser Back button, you loose your placement in the view groups, going back to the default “Waiting”. Meaning you loose your placement in the other queues.  Can we change this to allow the button to open in a new tab please. In a similar way to how you can when viewing the Users Messages at a profile level here.

One trigger, separate segmented list, repeat messaging

We have a two-sided marketplace. For simplicity purposes, let’s say that the two sides are: Teachers and Students.I want to accomplish the following:When a New Teacher joins our website, that should trigger a series of emails that promotes the New Teacher joining. However, the audience would be Students. Teachers would not receive this list at all. We want to publicize the New Teacher. Students would receive 3 emails over 3 weeks. And every time Step #1 occurs, we want the same Students from Step #2 to receive 3 new emails (which will have some personalization/dynamic variables within to reflect the New Teacher details).The issue seems to be…The trigger for #1 would mean that Klaviyo will look to message New Teachers only. But that’s not what we want. There doesn’t seem to be a way to have a trigger that detects when a New Teacher joins that then sends emails only to Students. There also doesn’t seem to be a way to have the same emails on repeat because flows only send to a segment/lis

Trigger Klaviyo flow for order in progress from Big Commerce?

I would like to be able to trigger a flow on Klaviyo when a customer’s order status in Big Commerce changes from “Awaiting Fulfillment” to “Awaiting Shipment”. I don’t see that as an available metric, though. Is it it possible to add that? I would like to be able to notify the customer that their order is in production -- they already get a notice when it’s completed/shipped, but I would like a notification before that.

Added to cart trigger on shopify home page

I'm currently working with a single page e-commerce website. We're looking to use a flow that triggers with an abandoned cart, but since the customer never goes to a designated product page, the 'added to cart' trigger isn't firing. After discussing with support they are saying an add to cart, from a product page must be used. Does anyone know of a workaround, or a way that an add to Cart button on a homepage can trigger this event in order to activate the flow?

Spamming emails despite conditions on time

So I have an abandon cart flow and I have something in my cart. It is set to wait a certain amount of time before emailing but it just spams me… Like email every hour repeatedly, how do I stop it from spamming my customers :S

Blocked preview tests and live campaign

Hi, my colleagues and I are not receiving any preview tests or live campaigns. I have raised this issue with support who are looking into it, and have raised it with Product and Engineering, but wonder if anyone in the community has experienced a similar issue?

Uploaded coupon codes sequential order?

Hello! I just uploaded 200 coupon codes to be used and all is well. Just want to ask if the sequence on how Klaviyo distribute the codes is based on the order from the CSV file upload or it is random? I just observed that one of our new sign-ups received the 52nd code in the file. Just want to confirm this one. Thanks!

INCORRECT PRODUCT SHOWING IN ABANDONED CART

Hi, I am not a coder not did I input any coding or URL into Klaviyo app used through Shopify. I have noticed that one product is displayed in every single flow sent to customers who have abandoned their cart. It is not relating to the product they have abandoned and it is the same product in every email?I cannot find any settings on the app I am using via Shopify and I have no idea how to fix it? Please help!
