Anyone Experienced in Countdown Timers within Klaviyo?

Best (or Worst) Countdown Timer Apps for Use in Klaviyo?Sentric?CountdownMail?Mailtimers?Motion Mail? Hey, all!Just wondering if anyone has personal experience with countdown timer apps and can recommend one app over another for use in Klaviyo email campaigns and/or flow emails. (Or if there are any apps to stay away from.)We’ve not used a countdown timer app before and I’ve researched reviews/blogs about some of the seemingly top choices, but I’d love to hear opinions from actual Klaviyo users. Any must-have features? Best practices? Image Block vs. Text Block Source CodeI read a previous Klaviyo Community post where the conclusion was that using the text block source code for a countdown timer will allow the timer to run down to zero in Klaviyo rather than an image block (every time the email is refreshed the timer counts down from the beginning again), so we will take that functionality into consideration in our decision. Campaigns are meh since moving to klaviyo

I moved to klaviyo a year ago from mailerlite and my campaigns have just been pretty shocking since I moved. I haven’t changed anything in my campaigns since moving, but my deliverability was almost 50% every time in mailerlite, it’s around half that on here. My click rate is also about half of what it was on mailerlite and I’m paying a ton more for klaviyo than I was on mailerlite per month. I’m getting new subscribers and every area of my business is growing, but I have noticed such a huge drop in sales from my campaigns since moving over here and I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but it’s very discouraging and I’m thinking about moving back to mailerlite. I like the reports and analytics on klaviyo, but definitely not loving the large decrease in revenue :(I’ve moved email marketing providers before and not noticed the dip that I’ve seen mentioned on other posts when moving and becoming trusted when moving between other platforms and would this still be an issue one year on?

How to change flow trigger

I have a flow set up based on someone entering a list that’s about a year long. I’m trying to get that flow to repeat once they’ve finished it instead of exiting the flow. I know I have to set up a date-based flow instead but how do I do that with my existing flow? I’ve already created all of the emails and time delays so I don’t want to have to start over.

Hi there, Klaviyo community!  I am currently building a campaign for previous customers that have purchased within the last month and am wondering how to integrate a simple questionnaire into the email. Klayvio & Woocommerce

Hi,I have built out flows and they were running fine, however the product feed seems to be having an issue. Some products are linking to admin.site.co.uk instead of site.co.uk. Now it's not all products only some. I have reviewed all the options and there isn't anything different in the way that they are listed on the product side, so I am confused as to what the issue might be.Any advice on why some products are going to admin and not the live product like other products are?Thanks

trigger an abandoned cart flow

Ive added the code to create a custom Added to Cart event for Shopify that tracks when a customer adds an item to a cart, which you can use to trigger an abandoned cart flow. But Klavyio still wont allow me to create the campaign. The button to create the new campaign doesnt allow for it to be created. Any ideas? Thanks

Automated flow to people who have bought some product but not others.

In my webshop, there are products that are sold both as samples and as normal products. The difference is which items they are sold with. Therefore, I would like to know if it is possible to create an automation that is activated if some products are included and others are NOT included.

Campaign sent with ”Send now”, but stuck in ”Scheduling” status

Hello, I’ve also just had this issue and I don’t know if I should send it again or just wait, but I need this campaign to be sent today. What should I do? I sent it at 11AM without scheduling, using “Send now”, but it’s been stuck in the “Scheduling” status ever since.

I used the "Send now" option but the campaign still appears as "Scheduled to be sent on" to hours later. What should I do? Clone the campaign and try again?

Can you create a segment/filter based items added to cart with specific product tags?

Hi i’m trying to create an abandoned checkout/cart flow that splits based on they type of product put in their basket. eg if they put dog food in their cart at checkout and abandoned they’d go a different path.for post purchase i’ve used the product Tags to do this, but I can’t seem to see the tags option in the checkout options.Is this possible?

Back in Stock Flow and Apikon

Hello everyone, I have a customer who already uses the Appikon pop-up for “notify me when back in stock”.   I’ve created the back in stock flow.  Is it necessary to remove this pop-up and add the back in stock code to their theme? Why are all products (SKUs) and collections not appearing in trigger filters?

Does anyone have any insight why all collections and product skus are not listed in trigger filter options? Any idea?I would like to make specific “Thank you” flows based on 1 of three product categories purchased - and when I try to filter by product sku (ideal solution), all of the product skus are not there. In fact, of the 4 products we offer, only 1 is listed. The three product categories are: gift purchases people who subscribe to the recurring membership one off purchasesOur 4 product SKUs are: MEMBR, GIFTM, GIFT1, GIFT3As you can see in the screenshot, only MEMBR is showing.

Back In Stock Only Working On Some Items - Shopify

Hi! I’m trying to get Back In Stock set up on my Shopify store and am running into some issues. The button works properly and will subscribe someone to marketing if they check the box, but on some items it doesn’t add the “Subscribed to Back In Stock” action within Klaviyo. Some items it will work perfectly, some it only allows marketing subscription. The products in question have the exact same default product template applied. I have another Shopify store that is the exact same theme and products (US vs. Canada stores), and I was able to get Back in Stock working perfectly on the US store. Any ideas as to what could be going wrong? Thanks!

Custom property changing back after it has been updated

We are using a custom property to put a profile into a segment which is then the trigger for a flow where customers get an email to welcome them to our private buyers program. However I am having an issue where profiles keep getting kicked out of the segment. Full story is the submit a form to be accepted into a private buyers program (PBP), at that point they are allocated a custom property ‘PBP Status’ equals ‘Pending’. If they fill particular requirements they will have that property updated to ‘Accepted’ so ‘PBP Status’ equal Accepted.Once accepted they then fall into a segment ‘PBP Members’However, we are having issues where people keep ‘falling out’ of the segment and their PBP status is being set back to pending (the only place this should be set is when they fill out the original subscription form).Can someone help me figure out how to stop this happening?

We have "Back in stock" flow, do we also have "item* will soon run out!" flow? It would be nice if a potential customer, preferably someone who added a specific item in their cart, will get email notifications if that item will soon run out so they can purchase right away.
