How can I create a Re-Engagement campaign with CTA to unsubscribe or manage preferences?

I’m wanting to create a re-engagement campaign for my business. I’ve been doing some research on templates and a lot of brands show subscribers YES or NO CTAs. If someone clicks NO I think they should be taken to a page that is confirming they no longer want to receive emails or are opting out. Unfortunately my business is not technically capable of that.Are there any alternate landing pages people have used or is a there a option available in Klaviyo for this? Thanks all.

Welcome Offer Email with Discount Code

Hi there,I have setup a pop-up promotion to capture email addresses and offering a 20% discounthttps://hangoversecret.comFirstly, is there a way to make sure that anyone who is already a subscriber / customers cannot use the same email address to get an offer?Second, I want to send an email to the person with the same discount code they get on the screen during the sign-up process. Not only is there not an option to add a discount code to the email body. But there isn't a way to make sure its the same code.Here is the flow I am using Third, I receive an email asking me if I wanted to subscribe to this list - where did the email come from? Is this a Shopify thing or a Klaviyo thing? How do I turn it off? Thanks in advance for your help

Sending a Flow to New Users who Join a List

Hello, I have a list that people have subscribed to for an online program that starts on Monday. I want to send them all an email with information about the program tomorrow, and for each new person who joins the list to be automatically sent this email as well. Do I need to create a campaign to send to everyone the list first, followed by a flow after, or does the flow automatically send to everyone that is already in the list? Hope this makes sense. Appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

Send coupon only to certain signup forms

Hello, Im looking for a way, to send a coupon mail only to user who came from certain signup forms:Right now, I have a main “Newsletter” list where I get all the user who signup via checkout in Shopify and users who signup via a popup. Now I would like to add a flow, which sends out a coupon mail to users, who came via certain signup forms, but not to every new user on the “Newsletter” list. How can I exclude users in my Flows, who did not came via a signup form?  Thank you,Louis

Hi everyone,I’m new to email marketing and hope you guys here could help me with the following questions:How do we evaluate email marketing performance? Do you guys have benchmarks for sign-up form, flow & campaign to know what your current level is in doing email marketing? I have researched a lot on communities, Google and asked for some experts but I have not found the best way to make a report and evaluate our performance. Please give me some advice. What is the best way to audit our Klaviyo account? The document from Klaviyo to guide how to audit our account is a little general. I would like to make a detailed audit. Could you guys here share me some ways, tips, suggestions or templates that I could follow? What are efficient ways to collect more emails aside from sign-up forms? Currently, I only grow email list by creating flyouts on website. Please advise me some ways in order to collect more emails from other sources. What are the best segments for sending email campaigns?

Why aren't my breakdown of Placed Orders showing in Campaign's settings?

Hey Klaviyo,Since yesterday July 23, I cannot see the breakdown of placed order in our recent campaign.It says here that there were 10 Placed Orders for the campaign.But when I check the breakdown of orders, this is what I see.Same goes with our past campaigns that has new orders for July 23 up to now. It does not show the breakdown of the new orders, but I can still see the orders before July 23.Let me know if there is anything I need to do so I can troubleshoot this. Thank you.

Birthday Flow - "Birthday" not coming up as trigger

Hello! I feel like people have asked this, but I still cant seem to fix my problem. So I am trying to set up birthday flow, but under the trigger dropdown, I couldn’t find “Birthday”. The only things that pop are these. (continue below...)The thing is I’ve already set up signup forms with birthday on it (DD/MM/YYY). And in some of my customers’ profiles, they DO have “Birthday” under custom properties:So idk why I cant access the “Birthday” trigger flow. Can someone help?Thank you.

How do you set up coupons to show based on how the user subscribed?

I am setting up Welcome and Exit Intent pop ups on a site (Shopify), with 2 separate incentives - so 2 separate coupon codes. How do I set up the coupon block in the welcome email series to display the coupons to users based on how they signed up?Example: If a user subscribes through the exit intent pop up, how do I make the exit intent pop up coupon show in the welcome flow emails, and not the welcome pop up coupon? Thanks

Setting Flow Conditions

Hello! I am revamping our product reorder email flows and we have since added a subscription service to our website. Customers who sign up for the subscription are auto billed for their next 2 orders and will not need to get reminder emails from us to reorder. When I am building the flow conditions what can I use to exclude those customers from entering the flow?

Not sure the best way to construct post-purchase flow for specific items (in a specific category)

Hi folks,So my client has some free product samples. There are 4 different sample items, and I’d like to be able to send post-purchase follow ups in the following conditions:Someone purchases 1x Sample A, with or without additional (non-free sample) items Someone purchases 1 x Sample B, with or without additional (non-free sample) items Someone purchases 1 x Sample C, with or without additional (non-free sample) items Someone purchases 1 x Sample D, with or without additional (non-free sample) itemsI have a separate flow that sends a generic PP email to anyone who orders a sample, regardless of type or quantity, but I’d like to get more granular. It seems like the display conditions are suited to profile properties, and I can’t quite figure out if I can do this with a trigger split, or whether it should be a separate flow for each sample item. My first thought was to use a trigger split like below, but I’m not sure if that will work if there are other items in the order besides the sam

Unique vs. Total Opens and Clicks

I want to bring your attention towards campaign and flow reporting. Specifically, Unique vs. Total Clicks under ‘Link Activity’. Unique clicks means clicks that unique users made and it avoids any duplicate clicks from the users. Whereas ‘Total clicks’ would include all clicks even when a user clicks the same link more than once. So, the number of total clicks should be higher that unique clicks. And so is mentioned in the article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005085427-Unique-vs-Total-Opens-and-Clicks#signupdownvote:~:text=These%20totals%20will%20thus%20typically%20be%20higher%20than%20the%20unique%20counts. However, that’s not the case in actual reporting. Unique clicks are higher and include duplicate clicks.Am I missing something? Please check.

Typeform Responses Not Integrating With Klaviyo Flow

I have set up a flow in Klaviyo that is triggered anytime somebody fills out a Typeform survey.  I created this flow and tested it repeatedly over 2-3 days and always received the automated trigger message from Klaviyo. However, I have now sent the Typeform link to our customer base and have had tons of responses, but nobody has entered the flow. I know that Typeform responses sync every hour, but it has now been 3-4 hours and nothing has been sent out. This is extremely worrying as we’ve trusted Klaviyo to help us run our business, but it looks like there are significant issues with the way the platform is set up.

Setting annual email flows based on specific fixed dates

Hey guys as I understand you cannot trigger an email flow annually on a specific date. For example in an email flow:1st of January - Happy New Year 8th March - Happy Women’s Day 25th December - Merry XmasCurrently there is no way to do that.Email campaigns won’t work for me as I have 27 dates to fill the year with these automations.  Would this be a suitable workaround?Set a custom property as “NewYear” with value “2023-01-01” for every contact in list Then count the number of days with a time delay  For example to send emails every 15th of January, the time delay would wait 14 days from date of “NewYear” property to trigger an email every 15th of January every year. Naturally 1 extra February day will mess up the flow every 4 years so will need to be adjusted twice every 4 years. Would this work?

Verifying Items in an Abandoned Cart

I have set my abandoned cart, and browse abandonment flow live. However, when a customer replies to the designated email account, the person handling our account doesnot have any clue as to what items are placed in the cart. Do Users Stay in the Back in Stock Flow when they buy the item?

Hi all,With the Back in Stock flow - when a user signs up to receive the email notifications, do they remain in that product flow indefinitely? So if it goes out of stock again, they will then get another “back in stock” email? And if they click on the “back in stock” link, purchase the item and then it is out of stock in the future - do they get another “back in stock” email when it returns to being back in stock?Thanks,Steve
