2+ purchase flow help, customised by item.

Hi guys,  I’m setting up a product-specific flow  for people  that have purchased  twice, and am getting a bit confused with the filters. I would like to send a different email depending on whether the customer  has purchased the same item for a second time, or has purchased a  different item for their second order (as shown in the screenshot). Does the conditional split include the current order? So if it says “Has not  had checkout success zero times” does this refer to before they started the flow, so this wiould be their second order, or shhould it  read ““Has had more than one checkout success”. How best should I set this up! Thanks

My welcome flow is not working

Hello! I am hoping to find some help with my welcome flow. I have created a pop up on my shopify account to collect email and phone numbers. I linked my flow to that list and made sure my shopify integration was working properly. I am getting names, emails and phone numbers on my list but the emails are not being sent out. I was hoping to get some help. Thank you

Abandoned Cart link not working

Hi All!It's already been 2 days and nobody is responding to my queries. Can anyone please help me with the links for our abandoned cart? The photos of the products that our subscribers abandoned are not showing, and even the links are showing that the cart is empty. Resend Notification Recipient Confirmation

I have a co-worker who I wanted to receive a notification for contact us form submissions. I added his email under “send to” in the configuration of the flow step, but he says he did not receive the email confirmation to receive the notifications. Is there a way to re-send him the confirmation, or manually send him a link? It’s the email below.

This a unique code that I created inside Shopify. I can’t seem to find it when building the flow trigger. Is it possible to build such logic? Price drop flow triggered when price went UP?

Hi folks.I have submitted a query about this via email to support, but curious to see if I get any insight here without the time zone difference playing such a big factor.Essentially, we removed the sale pricing from some items in BigCommerce, returning them to their normal price. One of these items triggered the price drop notification email and I have no idea why!A secondary issue is that the same profile viewed about 5 other products that had their prices dropped enough that the flow should have been triggered, but it wasn’t.Smart sending is turned on, but I don’t see any data in the “skipped due to smart sending” section in the recipient report. Does anyone have any insight here?Thanks!

Double Opt-in Email Setup - Frustrated

Hi Everyone, Can anyone please help in real to setup the double opt-in email. Newsletter list is setup and the double opt-in check box is ticked Then → Subscribe & Preference center → set the Email → PublishThis email should be auto triggered once the customer clicks the checkbox for newsletter. But the flow is not working and Email is not getting triggered. What is the way out for this ? Please do not share articles, I am tired of those and feeling hopeless. I have to switch back to Hubspot if the platform is so complicated and no support. In the name of support, I receive only article links.

Flow Needs Sent to Only One Email

I have a bit of a pickle I need some help with here folks.I have a flow set up that is triggered when a user has a company-approved subsidy to use on workwear. All of our accounts are fine with those end-users getting emails to log in and make their purchases when alerted via the flow, except one.This one account wants the eligibility emails to only be sent to one user (who is apparently managing the purchasing of all items). My idea here is to have the users populated into Klaviyo as accounts without an email attached, clone my flow that already works, and put in a condition that the user must also have a specific “user account number” associated with it (already set up) and that their email is not set.My problem is that there seems to be no way in Klaviyo to send the info in a flow to only one person about the account that triggered the flow.Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Multiple lead magnet flow logic

I’ve read (and re-read!) all the threads on this topic, but I’m still struggling.I have one main list. My subscribe form offers a lead magnet.  The link to the LM is sent in the first message of the welcome series. I’d like to add several new lead magnets via different forms on landing pages. These subscribers should get a specific first welcome email with a link to the correct LM, then go through the same welcome series as the main list does. The LMs are different, but all related to the same topic which is why I want everyone to go through the same welcome series.Option 1 is to create a flow split for every LM at the top of the main welcome flow. Deliver a unique first email, then all subsequent messages are the same. This results in an “ugly” wide flow, but it works. The only downside is, once subscribed a person can never subscribe for a new LM. Yes, I can send all new LMs to the list first (sneak peek), but people will stumble upon the new signup forms and try them (and get nothin

To use Klaviyo abandoned cart instead of the shopify email installed on shopify

Im confused on whether to turn of send abandoned cart box in checkout settings on shopify in order for klaviyo to send abandoned carts or leave the box checked on shopify so klaviyo can send the email. I just dont wish to send two abandoned cart emails one from shopify and one from klaviyo

Why didn't this Flow suspend?

Hi,I set up a Flow Filter to stop sending if someone logs the the event named LOCAL ORDER at least once since starting this flow, yet the flow kept sending. Why?  See second screenshot for profile activity. You’ll notice the email sequence continued to send.

Custom Templates from separate HTML builders using Klaviyo Event Variable tags

I'm using Stripo to build out my HTML emails and looking to add event variable tags like Abandoned cart products. Should I copy the code from the Abandoned cart Klaviyo template into Stripo or do I need to alter the code once importing the Stripo HTML into Klaviyo?

Is the New Editor Auto-Save feature broken?

We've been facing this issue every single time we build an email in the new editor. We'll build the email, but when we click 'Preview and test' there are many blocks missing. Not all, just some. I have no idea how it decides which ones o keep and which ones to not. Even more annoying than that is when you exit the editor and come back (or refresh the page), and find out those blocks are missing.Refreshing, or exiting and coming back, and then rebuilding the email with those missing blocks usually works. But obviously this is frustrating because we're doing twice the work for no reason.Anyone else having a problem with this? Not to mention that this new editor is outrageously slow… Typing anything inside a text block is a slog. We've been having to resort to typing everything in Word or something, then copy / pasting it into Klaviyo and having to format everything for each block. But that's another issue entirely. Is the new editor in beta? It's clearly very buggy and slow, but it's adv

I have a few different optin offers and each have their own nurture sequences of emails associated with them. When I send a campaign I want to exclude a person if they’re in any one of many nurture sequence flows. What’s the best way to accomplish this?

Flow filter trigger for repeat customers

Filling up a date based flow for existing profiles by shifting the date

I’m working on filling up a date-triggered flow with 1000s of profiles and can’t seem to figure out why I’m not seeing the numbers I should.  I definitely am getting 100s into the flow but that’s far below what I was expecting.The flow trigger is based on their Subscription Paused Date at 12pm.  With a flow filter of Subscription Status doesn’t equal active.  Then there is a 40 day wait for the first email and 105 day for the second email, etc.And to back-fill these flows I am segmenting my profiles into lists that should be included.  Then I have a script which pulls all the profiles from those lists and updates their Subscription Paused Date minus 5 minutes.  Updates to property on a date based flow should trigger re-evaluation for the flow.  And I can definitely see that working on a small percentage of the profiles.

Can I remove profiles from a list during a flow?

Hi,We are giving our users some reward points 3 weeks after their first purchase to encourage a repeat purchase. When we deposit the points we add the profile to a specific list in Klaviyo so we know who has been recently given points.  We use Loyalty Lion and I want to use the ‘Reward available’ trigger to send our own emails notifying customers they have enough points for a reward. I want to build a filter into this flow that sends people who have just been given the rewards a different email to people who have earned the rewards organically.  So I want to use a conditional split to send people who are on the list we created a different email to people who are not on the list. But for this to work we need to remove them them from the list once they have that email so next time they enter the flow organically they get the normal rewards available email.  I hope that makes sense!

Klaviyo & Shopify: Abandoned cart flow doesn't work

Hi everyone, I am new on Klaviyo and kind of struggling with the abandoned cart flow.I double checked all my settings like 100 times and everything seems right (i checked all the integration infos, the added and abandoned cart infos) but nothing seems to work. So: I integrated Klaviyo via the app on Shopify. Onsite tracking is enabled, embedded App is activated and snippet (id) is inserted in the custom liquid of my standard product page. I tested it with starting the check out (up until having to insert my credit card infomation then I closed the shop). However: the flow does not get triggered. I don’t know if it matters but I was able to integrate the sign up pop up which works perfectly fine (despite appearing more than once). So the integation must be ok. But even though a few people started the check out, it says: “Checkout started = 0”Can anyone help with this? Eventbrite flow not sending all emails in flow

Hi there This is my first post in here so please forgive me if I make a mistake. I’ve set up a flow to invite people from a list to register to attend an event via Eventbrite. Email 1 has been sent to the backdated contacts correctly. The next step isn’t working though. Once they register for the free event on Eventbrite there is a time delay of 5 minutes before sending a thank you and next steps email (email 2) Even though someone has registered via Eventbrite they have not received Email 2. What am I doing wrong, please? My second question is since this is a monthly recurring event should I be using a list or a segment??Very confused!

Browse Abandonment Flow (For customers who've logged in)

Hi, I need some guidance over setting up a browse abandonment flow. My website has two features.a. You can browse and shop products on my website without having to log in.For these customers, I already have set up some flows.b. You can browse and shop products after logging in to my website (for additional discounts).I haven’t setup any flows for this yet, I’m not sure on how to accomplish this since the browsing link and pages would be entirely different.Would be great if someone has insights on how to get this done.
