How do I show past Klaviyo jobs to Clients?

Hello here. I was recently certified by Klaviyo academy, and I have been trying to get clients on various platforms to show my skills and help their businesses grow.  However, this has proven to be very difficult as most clients are asking me to show flow and campaign creation portfolios (work samples). While I can design email templates and show them to clients, I don't know how to show them past flows/campaigns I have created. Note that I don't have any work samples, indeed mainly flows and campaigns, as I am still looking for where to make use of all I have learned in the past weeks, but I am curious even when I am finally able to work on one, how will I show it to clients?

Adding Dynamic Image of Last Viewed Product

I have already built a browse abandonment flow that is triggered when someone is entered into a list. I have a Klaviyo pop up on product pages when they intend to leave or after they have been there for a certain amount of time but have not added to cart or started checkout. I want to add an image to the first email that will display the photo of the last product that they viewed. For some reason it wont show up when i follow the instructions from: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000104431-How-to-Insert-a-Dynamic-Image-in-an-Event-Based-Flow-EmailIt does work if i use the template flow browse abandonment standard but even if i make that a template email and put the same email into my current flow, it doesn't show the dynamic info. I wonder if its because my flow is not triggered by an event? I track the viewed product from Shopify inside Klaviyo, but for some reason this dynamic content isn't working….what am i doing wrong?

How to hide missing address lines

I’m building out a “your order has shipped” email and adding in a section to show the shipping address.  Not all customers have all of the address lines (shipping line 2 being a good example). How can I show that address line for profiles that have it but also not have a blank space for those that don’t? I’m hoping it isn’t a case of building a block for every possible variation of address data held

Campaign didn't send as scheduled and stuck in "Ready and waiting" status

Hi all, I scheduled a campaign to go out during a specific time this evening (not recipient local time) and it still hasn’t sent almost 1 hour later. It appears to be stuck in the campaign’s “Ready and waiting” status which I don’t understand. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to troubleshoot the issue? Klaviyo live chat support shut down at 5pm ET and my email was scheduled to send at 6pm ET, so live support isn’t available tonight to help me with this.Thank you in advance!

Is there a way to show a specific category of products in an email?

Hi,I’m trying to create a product block only to show when a person has recently browsed the homeware section of our site. It is a homeware and clothing store so it doesn’t make much sense to show clothing as recommended items when they’ve browsed homeware and vice versa.I’m going into the preview mode and seeing that {{ event.Categories.5 }} is ‘homeware’ so i’m trying to show a dynamic product block based on that, but it doesn’t work, it just keeps on still showing clothing items. I’ve successfully managed to just show blocks based on the person’s sex using the person|lookup:'Sex' = 'Female' variable, but for some reason just can’t get this homeware category to work. Something i’ve also noticed is that the category number sometimes changes depending on the preview, it was 5 in one preview and then in another the category 5 was Trousers. So do I need to put the text homeware in rather than the category number? The store has multiple iterations of homeware, like homeware candles for ins

Can I get Analytics from a Cancelled Campaign ?

I had an email campaign scheduled for April 6 at 4:08 p.m and Canceled During Send on April 6 at 4:23 p.m. During that time it went out to everyone, 99.8% delivery rate. You can technically say the campaign still went out. It doesn’t come up in my reporting though, is there a way of pulling the analytics for these types of campaigns. Also I find it strange how archived campaign show up in analytics but canceled campaigns don’t.

Hey Everyone,Really trying to dial in my abandon cart flow and want to make things as simple as possible for a customer. I don’t want the customer to have to remember a code when they go back to their cart to checkout. Conditional statements for first name tags if blank or incorrect

Hello,I am trying to personalize my email campaigns, but some customers first names are either “Unknown Customer”, blank or have been mass-imported incorrectly with first name “bc”. How can I hide the text block from people with incorrect first names and show them a generic message instead, for example:Hey Jessica!  vs  Hey Swimmer!I have found the blog post that outlines this, but can’t seem to get it to work for both blank and incorrect names. Thanks!Brooke

Post-Purchase Flow - Why are there more people in the 'No' branch?

Hello, so my team just set our post-purchase flow to live. It has the usual trigger (Placed Order) and conditional split for first-time buyers (Placed Order equals 1 Over All Time).However, the first thing we noticed is that there are more recipients in the ‘No’ branch -- see pic.My teammate says this is unusual, because we’re only expecting only about 5% of the total recipients to be repeat customers, i.e. to belong in the ‘No’ branch. We should be seeing more in the ‘Yes’ branch. Instead we’re seeing the opposite.Are we missing something in the flow setup? What could explain this?Thanks, appreciate your time!

I'm setting up a headless shopify store and trying to get back in stock notifications working, but I'm having some trouble

My fetch request looks like thisfetch(`https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/catalog/subscribe`, { method: "POST", headers: { "Content-Type": "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" }, body: new URLSearchParams({ a: process.env.NEXT_PUBLIC_KLAVIYO_KEY, email: email, variant: properties.variantId, platform: 'shopify' }) })but the issue is that my shopify variant Ids are alphanumeric and this endpoint is requiring the integer ID that comes from my klaviyo catalog, and I’m a bit stuck on how to get this working properly. Any info would be great, thanks!

Several flow that clash with several coupon code

Hi there, If I create welcome flows that contain 15% off coupon code, will it clash with my browse abandonment 10% off coupon code? As once customer opt-in, they would automatically receive welcome series and will receive browse abandonment flow if they click the product. And how do I prevent them from receive both.My welcome flow filter: Placed order zero times since starting this flowMy browse abandonment filter:Checkout Started zero times since starting this flowPlaced order zero times since starting this flowAdded to cart zero times since starting this flow

Replenishment flow emails - but the 'last purchased' section only shows products specific to a category? (Shopify)

I have created a Replenishment flow and email, that emails a customer after a certain time frame, to remind them to repurchase shampoo. However in the ‘last ordered’ block that I have found in the pre made Replenishment email. (where they can click and see what they purchased last time). It will show the customer their whole cart, rather then just the shampoo products within the category I am targeting. Is there a way to get the ‘last ordered’ block section to target specific categories of products. aka if they also bought a conditioner, it would not show.

Plain and simple :)I realized I had a typo on a en email that have 7 people waiting to get it. If I change the email content, do they get the new one? I understand that trigger times cannot change with people waiting but what about content? I also updated a picture :)

Why isn't my "Add to Cart" snippet for Canopy theme/Shopify 2.0 working for my class button?

I'm struggling here. I'm using Canopy Theme and when we updated to Shopify 2.0, it knocked out our Added to Cart code. So I screwed up and edited the templates before saving them and now I’ve screwed them up and they aren’t working properly.Is there a way to restore the templates? Or find them online so I can start again?

How to Double-Opt in "Accepts Marketing" on Shopify checkout even if not purchased?

Hi, I want to start an abandoned checkout flow using Klaviyo. I want to send out my abandoned cart email to anyone who accepted marketing on checkout and double opt-inned. What I would need is, that once a customer types in his email and proceeds to the next step in the checkout process klavyo automatically sends out the “confirmation mail” (obviously only when having the “accept Marketing box” checked).I can only find solutions to send the abandoned cart email out to people who signed up through another list. how do I integrate the double opt in email for the checkout emails? I cannot find a solution for this.  thank you

Should I create a Main List and Connect it to my Welcome series flow?

Welcome Series flow to be triggered every time that a new customer provides their email, not just through the email sign-up pop-up form or email sign-up footer. Can we update the existing flow someway to be triggered multiple ways, including when someone new provides their email during checkout? Our checkout is hosted on shopify. I’m thinking maybe we merge all the leads to a single list and then make that global list as the trigger for the flow. Can anybody suggest if that’s a good idea or if there’s any other way to approach this?

I am sending out my first campaign. I need some suggestion on which segment to send to.  Since I previously used mailchimp, and that’s why most of the audience haven’t received any email from klaviyo. I want to know if it’s ok to send to this main segment?

What happens to historical metrics when changing a flow trigger?

Back storyI have a welcome email that triggers anytime someone joins my master list. I want to change it to a segment triggered flow so when someone subscribes through the American edition of my website they get the welcome email in English.QuestionSince the flow has to be cloned to change the trigger, is it best to keep the draft version so I know open/click rate metrics before the change? Has anyone thought of this?
