Hi, I’m trying to build a flow based on currency & our bundles, however i’m not sure if our trigger split currency depends on the country trigger split or if it’s one currency only - Example: I’m trying to differenciate people based on whether they have a bundle in their cart, or not, so I can get them to upgrade to a bundle, but we have set currencies in AUD & USD. Any help is appreciated. :)
Hello, I want to create a flow automation with following conditions. I could not find any solution for this. I’m not sure it’s possible with Klaviyo. When customer left their checkout:If checkout value is more than $500 > create a unique personal 10% coupon code for this customer’s specific cart then send an automation email with 10% discount code.Discount code should be dynamic and only valid for this customers and their cart.
If you can see on the left hand side, you can see “Properties about someone smile state equals member”.So the term “Smile State” was created by one of the previous Klaviyo user of this account (correct me if I’m wrong). My question is how do I find the history behind this term?I want to remove this conditional split but I want to make sure I understand it before deleting it.Can anyone help me out on this one? : )
What are the best practices for exporting a list of users who have received or been skipped from a flow? Since I can only export the full list and not set date parameters, the number of users gets bigger every day and sometimes can take hours to export. Is there a certain time of day or better strategy for exporting these lists?
Hey there! For reference, I’m working with Shopify Plus in this instance. So I’m working on a very specific case that is similar to a ‘Back in Stock’ flow, though not tied to a product coming back in stock. We have customers sign up to learn when they can preorder an item, based on its availability by Variant (ie, XS may be available for preorder but not M). Right now we are downloading that list of signups and uploading the properties needed for the email to trigger with relevant info for that product to the customer’s profile. It’s messy, and less than ideal, but better than the arduous process of creating a segment of the people who have signed up for one of several thousand variant IDs that change regularly. My question here specifically, though, is if there is a way to bring the image of the product into the email even though the flow is triggered by ‘added to list’, not an action the customer took related to a product. I would just use the default image URL for each product and try to
Hi folks!Say I have a flow, and I tried some different conditional splits to test out some timing etc (this was done before the new A/B testing built into flows)… If I want to remove the emails at the end of the splits and refine how the flow is structured, will the reported performance of the flow as a whole stay the same, or will it “lose” whatever results were associated with the emails that are removed?
How can I ensure the same dynamic code is being shown in the Sign-up form success page and the email
I’ve created a sign-up form that shows a dynamic code on the success page. Once that form is submitted, the customer gets entered into an email flow. How do I ensure the dynamic coupon code they see on the pop-up success page is the same one they receive in the email flow?
Feature RequestI design the emails for the company I work for and currently need to send previews to other members of the team for approval. However, most members lose the previews or don’t realize they are previews because they think the email was actually sent. This causes a lot of confusion. My work around currently is to go backwards from the content tab, back to the recipients tab, add in the word “PREVIEW” in the subject line, go back to the content tab, send the preview, go back to the recipient tab, delete the word “PREVIEW”, and then schedule once I have approval. The solution I would like to add would be to have the email previews automatically say “PREVIEW” in the subject line so that it is very clear that the email was not actually sent and is just a preview. If this is already a feature I can enable too that I just haven’t figured out yet or if someone knows of an easier way to solve this, please let me know!! Thanks :)
Hello, I want to create a campaign in which each week I suggest a random selection of trendy pieces. The problem is that if I choose an ordering proposed by Klaviyo, clothes can be the same from one week to another. I want the process to be as automated as possible (and avoid selecting each piece myself), is it possible ? how can it be done ? Thank you for your help
Hi all,I have created an abandoned cart flow with different structured emails depending on the product. The trigger for the flow is ‘Checkout Started’. Should I add a conditional split ‘Has placed order at least once since starting the flow’ where ‘yes’ exits the flow and ‘no’ leads to the next email or will Klaviyo automatically stop the flow if a customer does indeed place an order? Thank you in advance!
Hi everyone,Our commercial team wants us to send a 20 EUR coupon to anyone who is placing an order between Nov 21 and Nov 28. The coupon will be redeemable from Dec 1 to 11. How do I schedule a flow such that:IF someone places order Nov 21-28 THEN they receive an email with the coupon code?I understand I cannot schedule Flows… Yet this is not a campaign I know how to segment. How do I segment customers who purchased on certain dates? What would you do?Thanks!!
I am running a flow which shows personalised recommendations - but it shows the ‘was’ price. I want it to show the ‘only’ price (the reduced price). Is this something Klaviyo can fix or does it have to be fixed from the WooCommerce side?
