Unsubscibe links to an unknown and unsecure page

Hi, I have a problem that the Unsubscibe link, links to an unknown and unsecure page. You know when the browser state that the landing page is unsecure and donsent recommend you to proceed.How to solve this?Dedicated sending domain?The funny thing is, that its only a problem at some mail clients, any anwsers to this?

Abandoned Cart Emails

We currently have our Klaviyo account set up with Big Commerce.  We have the funnel set up that three emails are generated for shopping carts.  One the day of, two the next day and the third one is sent 4 days later, what happens if the price changes during the time the first one and the fourth one is sent? Does it change the price on the email?

URL is HTML encoded in received email

Hi everyone,  We are facing this issue and we haven’t received any response from Klaviyo support yet. Dynamic content in Flow based on date in person custom field

Expiration date of unique coupon code in a FLOW setting

Hi everyone,I want to create a flow that sends out a unique coupon code which is valid for 7 days.Now, from what I understand, Klaviyo will “request” a code from Shopify once someone reaches that stage in the flow, and Shopify will create 100 codes with an expiration date that’s 7 days in the future. Now my question is:What if another customer reaches that step in the flow, say, 3 days later? Will Klaviyo send one of the 100 pre-generated codes (99 still being unused)? If so, will the expiration date be 3 days later for this code or not?Or will Klavio request a new set of 100 codes with Shopify that feature the “later” expiration date? (which would be very wasteful!)--Please explain in detail how this works!Thx

Saved blocks from old editor now showing in new editor, BUT...

So I noticed today that my old saved blocks are now appearing in the new editor as universal content, on one hand, great - but on the other hand… it would have been nice to know this was going to happen or at least the names could have been somehow appended, tagged or sorted.I was being thorough with only saving specific things for (new) universal content, while the old editor blocks had a lot of junk from well, learning the platform, now they’re all in there together and with a lot of similar names it’s going to be a headache.I’m still pretty stoked now that the new editor seems to be working well, and the universal content is a big time-saver.

How do I add a custom web feed in the New Template Editor

I have successfully set up a custom web feed. When trying to use the `feeds` variable in a template it (obviously) does not show up. In the documentation it says If you’re using the Classic Editor, click the Data Feeds link in the footer of the template editor.But I cannot find the same option in the new Template Editor. I tried `Hacking` the feed by adding an empty Product block, but the Web Feed cannot be selected as it’s dynamic input (which makes sense). Where can I find the feeds in the New Template Editor?

Tracking Redemptions of Klaviyo-Generated Unique Coupon Codes

Hi Smarties! I’m gearing up to create an email-exclusive offer using unique codes generated in Klaviyo for my Shopify store. We’ll be sending them out to existing subscribers as well as including them in our initial welcome flow, temporarily, while the promotion is running.  Thanks to this great tutorial from @cassy.lee I’ve been able to find some information on how smaller unique codes we’ve used in the past have performed by searching the coupon name in Shopify.  But I want MORE. And while I’m 50% sure that it’s not currently possible… is it possible for me to see which of my Klaviyo used a coupon and segment on it? For example: Customer 1, an existing subscriber, receives the coupon as part of a standard campaign. Customer 2 receives the coupon a few days later when they sign up for our emails. Can I create a segment of customers who A) received one of these “coupon_name” offers, AND B) have not used it? I’d like to send campaign reminding them if they have not redeemed their coupon

How to add a variable in update_property_link

Hi, we have a collection buttons in “Header / Link Bar”, and we want to send the user to a different pages when user clicks on them. Insert HTML code through a property into an email template

In my email template, there is a text block, which content is based on a user’s property, let’s call it “description”. The description may or may not contain an HTML link, eg:<a href="example.com">Example</a> and some other plain text. In normal text block, the html is displayed as is, so the user sees the tags and everything.Is there a way to insert such a user’s property into an email template so that it would be formatted as HTML? So in the given example, user would only see the text “Example”, which would be a link?

Dynamic Table Duplicating Itself when more than 1 Product ordered

Hi,I am encountering an odd issue with building a dynamic table in our click & collect flow. For scenarios where our click & collect customers have placed an order with 1x product, it displays perfectly.i.e:For orders where our customers have placed an order with 2+ products, the dynamic table duplicates (as a whole).i.e: Cuts off a little in the second screenshot, but you get the idea.Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks, Caitlin

Data feed products not lining up on desktop

Hi, Many of our products in our data feeds have varying text lengths, and when our products are pulled into emails, many products titles take up 2-3 lines of text while others only have one, which leads to our product shots, titles, and buttons not lining up correctly on desktop emails. Is there a way to align products even with different text lengths?

A couple of things I've noticed while using the new template editor

So I know the new editor has been plagued by bugs, but it seems to be improving. Enough so that i’ve started using it to build new templates. I have noticed a couple of things though and thought I’d mention them here and see what’s up:Not being able to save colour swatches is a bit of a pain There doesn’t seem to be any sort of grammar checking in the text editor? It wasn’t something I relied on a lot, but I noticed there’s no more red highlighting on spelling mistakes etc. It used to be a handy, simple visual check.  It would be great to somehow save testing email addresses. It’s kind of annoying to type in my email every time I want to send a test.

How to show variation-specific prices on browse abandon?

We have a browse abandon flow and we have a case where the product shown was the less expensive variation of the product, but once clicked, on the website it defaults to the most expensive variation, so now we have a case where customers said they demand the marketed price to be honored. Is there a Django code snippet that we can leverage? what would be the best approach? We were thinking on adding a “Starts” before the price for now, but in this case it will show for ALL products regardless of them having price variations or not, so it a product doesn’t have variations and costs $50, it will say “starts $50”. This is not a good experience overall.

Feature for Giphy Generator

I used this feature on another email platform that went bankrupt and closed the doors on me.But it’s really cuteIt allows a block that is a sticker or Giphy free and links to giphy so I could search my topic - such as Happy Friday - and it would find stickers and giphy’s to enter, so cute.I really would like this feature on Klaviyo.Please lets all let Klaviyo know we are interested in having this feature.My temporary work around is to add image block, download the giphy to my computer and add it as an image. It still works that way.
